Are you suggesting JARCO is behind Integral Technologies' silence? If so, why?
marsred:
Well then, one can only assume Integral Technologies' CEO William Robinson is the culprit responsible for the silence: are his actions an SEC violation?
marsred:
It appears to me the primary function of the Investor Relations Department at Integral Technologies is to make sure the shareholders learn nothing: most frustrating and possibly illegal.
QLT:
Thank you for your assessment of Integral Technologies and their product, ElectriPlast.
marsred:
I tend to look at life as glasses half full rather than half empty: to each their own.
I think Integral Technologies will do well; if I didn't I'd sell my meager holdings.
Here is some interesting news regarding Integral Technologies and a new patent that is using ElectriPlast:

All:
Isn't this something the people in Investor Relations are obligated to report to the shareholders? Has any one called Mr. Pound at Integral Technologies and asked him?
daViking:
Sounds a bit obsessive on your part; personally I’d just walk away from ITKG if I thought it was not for real. The most recent US Patent that was just issued fortifies my belief in ElectriPlast’s future.
qlt:
Would you please provide the Yahoo link?
Thanking you in advance.
qlt:
I never thought ElectriPlast would be all things to all potential customers.
Hopefully JARCO's sales force is moving forward with the companies that have signed NDAs.
I contacted Heatron and asked if they were still using or experimenting with ElectriPlast, Below is the email response I received.
#################################################
Thank you for you inquiries.
As in the past, with the many inquiries from ElectriPlast investors, I am unable to confirm the extent of the usage, volume, or specific projects where Heatron has utilized this technologies.
I can say that Heatron is a manufacturing of custom heating solutions, with each project having its own set of specific requirements.
Heatron engineers have worked with and are aware of Electriplast, and in the event that a project called for it, would again evaluate Electriplast as an option.
Thank you again for your inquiry.
Have a nice day,
Dusty

gktignol:
Has anyone recently contacted Heatron and asked them about their status with ElectriPlast and Integral Technologies?
Vancop:
How do the two companies get together? How does A learn about B?
I have to side with oldguy. I believe when, not if, this company succeeds it will surpass even the most optimistic expectations.
I just wish I could find a way to free up some more money to purchase a few more shares of Integral Technologies.
I finally bought my first few hundred shares of Integral Technologies shares last week thanks to the pros and cons on this and other stock boards.
I think Jasper Rubber will make this come to fruition; I just wish I knew when.
NEWS RELEASE:
(This answers a lot of my questions:)
Integral Responds to Questions on Sales Cycle of ElectriPlast(TM)
9:39am 02/07/2008
("Integral"), wishes to provide further information relating to the Client Specific Application Development process of its signature technology ElectriPlast(TM).
In November of this past year, Integral and Jasper issued a joint news release explaining and describing the work that was accomplished in 2007 and the focus for 2008 towards the goal of commercialization of ElectriPlast(TM).
We are pleased to report that 2008 has begun with an abundance of new customers contacting us and current customers who are now deciding what ElectriPlast(TM) materials they would like for their research and development tests in order to make business decisions for their specific applications.
One of the most frequently asked questions we get is how does a potential customer get ElectriPlast(TM) samples and how does this Company decide to use ElectriPlast(TM) for their products?
When a Company reads about ElectriPlast(TM) in one of several industry magazines which focus on material science and or manufacturing they can contact us in several ways. The most common is through our web-site that has a contact page or by our Jasper sales team who target specific industries. At this time we always contact the individual personally and set up a conference call to see what their needs are and how ElectriPlast(TM) will suit their product.
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that has been prepared by our attorneys Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates and Ellis is then forwarded to the customer for their approval. There are instances particularly from large multi-national companies that will only use their NDA which is fine but often takes time as the attorneys on both sides then must agree on the interpretive language.
The NDA in place, a conference call is organized and often leads to broader in-house introduction where more development teams are informed of our technology, enhancing the development of ElectriPlast(TM) uses. Discussions are based on their respective product(s), the ElectriPlast(TM) technology, the uses, the benefits, our manufacturing capabilities, and how we can best to suit the customers needs and wants.
At this time we will share the ElectriPlast(TM) product specifications in order to help the customer decide on a specific polymer blend. The sales team will now provide samples of ElectriPlast(TM) plaques and pellets and in specific cases we will also send various blocks ranging in size from solid hot dog shapes to solid 1 lb. frames. The plaques are molded in an industry standard size in a square shape 4 by 4 inches with a thickness of 4 ml. The reason we send the plaques is to give the customer a quick and easy way to test the electrical characteristics of the blend they have chosen. Pellets are also sent, so the customer can mold or extrude their product within their facility. If the customer does not have the equipment to do the molding or extruding, Jasper Rubber can facilitate this for them in order to enhance the prototype.
The time frame up until this point may well have taken several weeks but the customer now has the ability to begin their own research and development based on the ElectriPlast(TM) technology. At this point we are not aware of the customer's timeline for engineering procedures but we are readily available to assist them with all their wants on engineering, processing techniques and manufacturing.
The procedures outlined above together with research and development, testing, engineering, design, and tooling make sale cycles time consuming especially when a new technology as diverse as ElectriPlast(TM) is being introduced to an industry that has been devoid of a product like this forever. This hard work, diligence and a world leading technology brings us closer to capitalizing on our Intellectual Property and Patent Portfolio.

But the Release didn't say anything present shareholders and/or potential shareholders don't, or shouldn't already know.
I guess there is no news regarding ElectriPlast thus the silence.
I hope today's rise in the share price signals the start of somthing good!
qlt:
Thank you: I sense some of your response was intended to be tongue in cheek. I'm young, and yes a neophyte investor. I understand the volatility of penny BB stocks yet I'm still hoping to hit a homerun right out of the box. Right now it looks like I have two strikes against me and the National League's best closer is staring down at me. I only bought 500 shares of this stock as I was hoping for it to be my seed money for bigger and better things.
I read some of the stock chat boards but they don't seem to be much more than endless personality clashes; thus I'm not learning anything.
qlt:
I'm sorry, I thought companys operating under SEC guidelines were obligated to include some truths in their press releases. All I am aware of is that almost nothing Integral Technologies has predicted has come true.
How does I do research on a company that doesn't answer my emails and the one time I called the Investor Relations Division I was treated as if I had the plague?
sfs:
If what they wrote was untrue couldn't/wouldn't the SEC sanction them?
