It was November 15, 2010 when they became current and then nothing beyond that. As from the chatter on board here, please don't quote me, but I thought it was said that they spent over $100K to get current. What is the quaterly cost to stay current after that? I guess when things are tight you cut corners at the investors expense by saving money on fins.

Now that NPR and Discovery Channel are in on the scam with us, National Media has just begun. Open the mainstream media flood gates.
Not sure why you want this to be a private discussion. It is common, plain and simple.

10K Milestones
· Manufacturing and operating multiple processors
· From inception, the processors were designed with safety and green emissions as top priorities. There have been zero time loss accidents to date.
· Modularizing and standardizing our processors
· Continuously feeding waste plastic 24 hours a day
· Approximately 86% liquid fuel conversion
· Approximately 8% of waste plastic is converted to gas and is used to fuel the process
· Operating at atmospheric pressure, not susceptible to pinhole leaks and other problems with pressure and vacuum-based systems
· No need for costly plant-wide fire suppression systems due to design, scale, and safety of system. Fire departments require only portable fire extinguishers and a fire hydrant on site.
· No requirement for incinerators, thermal oxidizers or scrubbers and no stack monitoring is necessary
· Two stack tests conducted by Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (“CRA”), prove emissions are extremely low
· Process validation by IsleChem, LLC, a highly credible third-party independent lab
· Permitting to operate three processors commercially in New York by the NYSDEC
· Permitting exemption from the state of the first Rock-Tenn site, due to ultra-low emissions testing and validation of fuel product by Southwest Research, InterTek, Petrolabs, and Alberta Research Council
· Continuous and ongoing fuel orders by our customers.
· Enter into a ten-year agreement with Rock-Tenn to install and operate Plastic2Oil processors at Rock-Tenn locations

Answer: JBI and all Heaven is going to break loose. Look out.
Just connect the dots and it keeps getting funnier.
Definately KEEP OFF GRASS until we know the outcome of this trial and see some filings for Inca.
Picture of Aaron Resnick with Evan Kaye. What do they have in common?
Even though the amount of shares I have remaining wont amount to the gain or loss as others here, I truly want this stock to succeed for everyone. 3 years ago this was the best board to chat on. I'm just washed on this one, I can't trust them anymore.
If they would just get and stay current on filings. I feel that they have decent earnings from SI exposure last year to report. I'm %90 percent out with a profit and have some freebies here but I really feel for those 6 figure investors in at $.01 pps at the time and now $.002-3 with no liquidity. That's tough.
Now it's a licensed Hobby again
Come on Stacy and Evan, promote this stock like your proud of your efforts here and give these bagholders a chance to reconsider their positions. 3 years of faithful shareholders supporting your hobby. Geeeesh
Better strategy. I've done the same waiting for a bigger gain. I then go over the chart for months to look at my errors. 1 out of 10 times for me the run would continue after 2 or 3 days but now I am just in and out of the pennies in a matter of days for that small percent too and thats it. Cool
First Solar Manufacturing plant should be done in about 3 months in AZ over 1 million sqft

I wonder how involved CRA is with P2O other than Air Quality

There's more emissions from employees just driving to work.
Nope, you're right.
The approval of the increased rate of operation now permits the Company to amend its Part 360 Waste Permit to reflect the storage of similar plastic volumes, and is a key component to our plans for long term growth

I was totally on the wrong track there. But hell. How is the BUD coming along. LOL
I have sent an email to both NYSDEC and JBI, Inc regrading their BUD progress last week with no response still.
JBI, Inc. produces Petcoke through the P2O process and will be seeking a BUD (Beneficial Use Determination) to sell this product to end-users
http://www.plastic2oil.com/site/fuel-specs
Based on this comment from their website I would speculate once the BUD is complete there may be little to no petcoke to landfill. What other waste is accumulated with the premelt that needs landilled? And thank you for going out on Sunday for your JBI update.
I believe a settlement will come being imo a trial would expose the criminals behind these false allegations and good catch too on the skull and crossbones
My email response today from Douglas E Borschel NYSDEC said as of Mar 1 there has been no application received for solid waste modification from JBI.
Therapy is a good hobby. Enjoy the weekend.
Nope. The NYSDEC has not received JBI's solid waste modification application yet as of March 1
