the question for tim is how much money did u spend on this project how much machinery was bot. the answer is close to 0 The lawsuit that people r talking about is about 2 employees and has nothing to do with the joint venture. What tim is doing and saying is very close to extortion they want 50% of this project for doing nothing. can"t wait for this to be heard in court and I believe it has just been moved out of texas court

if u look at the history of tarm rich has put together an impressive portfolio of properties. just imagine if they start to produce this co. will look awfully cheap ur right they have not executed on previous projects thats why this business is risky but we think it is worth the risk. we have already been on a nice ride from 50 to 2 dollars twice we are betting on Rich. If you dont go somewhere else its that simple

There are differant types of shorts in this mkt.Some were looking for a no vote for the proxy, {2} some are using juniors as a hedge {3} some sell on pink sheet cos. that are late on financials and finally some sell because that's all they do. Either way their position is in trouble with no way to get out. We need to have patience to see this play out

I expect a slew of great news to come out of TRGD shortly, Also I believe the current short position to be around 30 to 35 million. They have not covered on this lastest downturn in the stock price. Those of you that are giving up on this stock please sell so I can buy them from you. From what I can figure from these threads is that most of you are not figuring on what Tara minerals brings to the table for TRGD.
