Thanks M1Maggot for your reply. They are RESTRICTED shares but issued May 3, 2000. Surely that's way beyond any restrictions the SEC would have allowed. They were signed by Secretary and President. The person who presented them to me was Ronald Mills. Bet you know that name?
I found stock certificate in safe for eCare Solutions, Inc. Issued May 3, 2003. Signed sealed by President Betty Jones. Are they worth anything? Help appreciated I have 17,300 shares.
It's time to remember EFSF, NVLX, now PMCB. Next it was going to be CVS ConronVirus Savior but CVS Medical already has Symbol so we are finished.
.DJI ten points from an all time HIGH and PMCB could be next
Let's see what Friday brings and I hope it's XMAS gift.
I was at the LAX airport this afternoon. I think I saw KW at the gate to Orlando, Fla.
Like his trip to Chicago lets spend some time researching the Pharm companies in Florida.
Scam I can't say but just look at the open today!
Bid Was .0355 Ask was .036 - 1st trade was 1400 shares @.037.
Been going down ever since.
This I believe is called painting the TAPE.
I understand so many holding because if you entered above .10 what else is left. Just think you owe it to other's not to pump but just deal with facts.
I have followed this company thru many CEO,s from EFOOD Safety to tatoo inks and Cinnergen for diet controls. Many on this board I remember including my old negative poster MIXER. He like me could be called day(monthly) traders.
First thanks four ? Go to Yahoo business & lookup PMCB.
View communications tab.
You will see Wagg and Timothy Matula facts as SEC ruled.
Also check out Patricia Gruden past CEO.
Their is a lot more so LOOK.
Pete I feel the same. I got back in and out several times the past few months. After staying away for years I kinda hoped there might be a little price movement but not worth trading for me. I visited the Yahoo message board a day or so ago the read all the negative history on our CEO and other board members. I have decided to wait until the IND (if ever) is filed.
No PPS movement, low volume, same old PR's for years. Seems nothing has changed except I have sold and taken my change.
Good luck everyone. I have an alert set for PPS movement and news so I will watch indirectly.
RCSTOCK, SUSAN, RAYLA & EFOOD I remember you guys from a longtime past. I started buying over the past few months believing the IND is getting very close. I read you guys post and hats off to Susan for such informative details & facts. Been gone for years but I'm happy to see what Mr. Waggner can accomplish.
Well darn. If KU can't use our Cell-n-Box then I might pull out my old CINNERGEN t-shirt(remember).Have a great week end everyone.
Hello Ray. I did sell all several yrs back. But I'am back in since I see you, Susan and Efood. All three of you can't be wrong? My new PPS is a healthy .035.
Thanks Susan and glad you are still helping us.
Thanks I was thinking the same way. One day they will report INHALE/EXHALE to stay alive. OMG
I am ready efood and let the progresses begin.
Mixer could you please restate/rephrase so I can understand what you are saying?
Nice post EFOOD 'FR'
A lot like the NFL draft, get the players the championships will follow.
You are not wrong BUT Market Makers use this time to correct a previous day trade. Not often but quiet on the up and up.
We are no longer using wheels. It's jet propulsion!
TOO The Moon from here.
Guys....for sure both FDA and EMA should have made a decision by Christmas. I think EMA has already been filed for almost 60 days and max time for decision is 90 days....FDA is about 60 days so both should be known in December.
63 or 65 or 165 pages in SEC filing is not important. Cut/Paste what you saw about Dr. Ryan leaving. Or maybe you were mistaken!
Only 63 pages in the filing. Could you cut/paste what you think you saw about Dr. Ryan leaving?
Can you cut /paste where you saw this about Dr.Ryan?
HELLO
New York, NY / ACCESSWIRE / July 23, 2014 / Nuvilex, Inc. (OTCQB: NVLX) will begin preclinical studies in early August with its Contract Research Organization (CRO) Translational Drug Development (TD2) to study the first of 4 symptoms associated with pancreatic cancer and other abdominal cancers. In what is essentially the biggest step in Nuvilex's history to date, the company will enter the clinic under its own brand for the first time ever, and it will do so with the highly respected oncology CRO, TD2 and its Chief Development Officer, Dr. Daniel Von Hoff. In the studies, Nuvilex and TD2 will determine what effect the company's pancreatic cancer treatment will have on these symptoms.
My comment on Dr. Daniel Von Hoff is
"On Wednesday(3 weeks back or so) NVLX put out a gentle news reminder to the market announcing its Pre-clinical trials were to begin in early August. The Pre-clinical trial will be handled by Translational Drug Development - headed by cancer super star clinician Dr. Daniel Von Hoff".
Now weather he called Nuvilex or not is not important. His heading the project is.
Hotel I believe the next filing is the 10K. That they are given more time. Last year it was June 29.
Hotel nice perspective. I have been in/out more times than I can count. When Dr. Ryan got involved I became a more mature investor (longer view) but it still is a Pink Sheet stock. I am involved with a small group of Nuvilex investors. They sometimes seem angered when I post sales but when I see 100% I generally sell 1/2. I use too sell 100% but because I think NVLX could hit the moon I hang on to 50%. On my current holdings of Nuvilex I am down 30% plus. Not at all concerned. Have a sell in at .90 for 50%.
A short squeeze, a buy out or trial results could be GREAT. I do not invest in penny stocks but this one has my interest.
The management BIO's are off the charts.
GO TRE
Rick23 Do you work for the company? years ago I spoke with you on Yahoo board. You said you believed. Heck man it's four 4444 years later and you have moved to IHUB. The last thing sold for a profit was the Jackets and stuff on Web Site. This dog is dead & yes I profited. Be maybe two years since I last posted but this will be the last.

Review of fast Track by FDA
I got this from that other board.
FDA APPROVAL...FDA Offers New Guidance on Acceptance of Foreign Clinical Trials
In 2008 80 percent of approved marketing applications for drugs and biologics contained data from foreign clinical trials....and more than half of all clinical trial subjects and sites were located outside the US....why do you think that the FDA has clinical investigators that inspect both the U.S. sites and also the foreign sites.
Another good article on Nuvilex

Great post Otsy, thanks
DOUGHBOY thanks for your details on Nuvilex today.
Thumbs Up Mr. EFOOD
Just like Dr. Ryan decides to take a position with Nuvilex for the least amount of money he has ever made.
You are right 'NOT TRUE' I mean. A few news letters are not paid i.e. OTC Journal. But this is the truth but that seems not what you wish or can handle. Also paid promotion is ok with me since most everyone does it.
The email I received was because I signed up for it from The OTC Journal. Maybe one day you could give us an example of one of the spams you have so often referred to?
Here is an email on Nuvilex I got from the OTC Journal
Nuvilex (NVLX): A Huge Step Towards Clinical Trials
Lost in all the controversy about Nuvilex (NVLX) and its potential upside are the facts about their technology- the indisputable facts. And, while I'm sure I'll read some BS from some self appointed micro cap cop, it's disappointing to me no one focuses on the potential upside of the Cell-In-A-Box technology to treat Pancreatic Cancer.
Here are some overlooked facts about their Pancreatic Cancer Therapy:
A clinical trial was performed at Rostock Medical University in Germany. NVLX's unique "Cell-in-a-Box" technology was used with the Chemo Drug Gamzar. Gamzar was encapsulated and placed directly at the site of the tumors through a catheter. 14 late stage pancreatic cancer patients were in the study. The outcome was:
The median survival rate doubled.
The one year survival rate tripled.
Only 1/3 the normal dosage of Gamzar was used. Far less of the chemo agent was required when introduced with bioencapsulation. The patients experienced far less toxicity than with the accepted normal dosage at the time.
It is widely accepted that any cancer therapy that extends life expectancy by 10% is worth $1 billion plus. What does that make the upside potential for NVLX?
So, when I read all the negative noise that's out there, I just simply look at the facts. You can find them on the company's web site along with a number of follow up papers by well respected doctors and scientists.
Does this mean NVLX has an effective treatment for Pancreatic Cancer? The answer- I don't know. Here's what I do know- nobody knows. None of the detractors or believers know. Today's version of the therapy must go through tests and clinical trials to prove it out.
I also know a year ago this stock was dead on the screen at $.05. Today its up 600%, and trades an average of 17 million shares a day. The company has raised $4 million on very favorable terms in the last six months, and has a fund that has expressed interest in investing another $25 million in the technology.
If you eliminate all the noise and just look at those facts, it seems like a pretty good long term speculation to me.
A Huge Piece of the Puzzle
Today, a huge piece of the puzzle on the path to a Phase II/III clinical trial fell into place. Today, NVLX announced it has selected Translational Drug Development (TD2) to conduct their preclinical and clinical trials. Click Here to read the release.
On the surface, this seems like pretty good news. After all, it's a concrete step towards starting the trials that could take the company to the next level. It's the step the market has been waiting for.
However, when you drill down a little deeper, the story becomes far more compelling.
It seems the Chief Development officer of TD2 is Dr. Daniel Von Hoff. Check out his bio on Wikipedia.
According to Wikipedia, Von Hoff has spent the last two decades developing anti-cancer agents, both in the clinic and the lab.
Von Hoff has been responsible for the clinical trials for most of the new cancer treatments in the US. Wikipedia lists gemcitabine, docetaxel, paclitaxel, topotecan, irinotecan, fludarabine, mitoxantrone, dexrazoxane, nab-paclitaxel, and many others.
Von Hoff also served a six year term on President Bush's National Cancer Society Advisory Board, and has served on the FDA's Oncology Advisory Committee.
As if that's not enough, Dr. Von Hoff is a past president of the American Association For Cancer Research- the largest cancer research organization in the world.
So, to me it's rather startling today's announcement didn't put a little better charge into the stock, but I don't believe it was very well delivered. I don't believe investors get the impact.
Here's what you need to ask yourself. Does TD2 and Dr. Von Hoff need little NVLX's business? After all, TD2 has conducted clinical trials on over 200 new antineoplastic and biologic agents.
Or, is it possible Von Hoff has taken a look at the past trials and the current state of the technology and decided NVLX has technology that's worth paying attention to?
So far this year NVLX has mitigated the capital risk and now seems to have limited the technology risk.
Clues are falling into place. Ignore the BS you read and focus on the facts. Fact- median survival rates doubled, one year survival rate tripled, 1/3 the dose of chemo was used, the company has raised cash and has a pledge for more, and one of the greatest cancer investigators has signed on to handle their trials.
Does this seem like a good speculation to you? It sure does to me.

MarketByte LLC has received 300,000 newly issued restricted shares of Nuvilex. MarketByte LLC no longer has any contractual obilgation to provide coverage, and does so voluntarily.
Stop Loss on a PENNY stock ? Where are you allowed to do that? Not in an American Market. Hard enough to find an off shore MM to sell short.
And it gave us 27 million to work with. You beginning to see the LITE!
Latest hatchet job on Seeking Alpha referring to Nuvilex. http://seekingalpha.com/article/2095923-nuvilex-another-cannabis-story-stock?isDirectRoadblock=false&source=email_rt_article_readmore&uprof=45#comments_header
The funny part about this one is I got confused as he tried to convince me that Nuvilex manipulated their balance sheet by changing from audited to unaudited, until I realized that April 30, 2013 is their year end, thus audited, and October 31, 2013 is an interim unaudited period.
Little discussion on 10Qif you would allow
Took a glance through and nothing that we really did not know already. I see premarket is being pulled down, however that is probably only due to a higher share count then some realized, including myself. There were a bunch of transactions post 1/31 besides the $2 million stock sale, including warrant exercise and another share purchase.
Overall we are now very strong in terms of balance sheet, we have a large sum of cash on hand as of March 17, approximately $4 million. We settled all our outstanding debt and lawsuits. we have positive equity, of course ignoring accumulated deficit.
There was nothing disclosed in the document that would raise concerns that we were not aware.
Overall, it appears we are in good shape moving forward. It is now all about execution and not about money. We paid all our licensing fees and therefore next payments are due after we start phase III.
