Question about today's PR. I envision 5,000 business stands in China as those that are very small to scale. Perhaps they're similar to ones found at farmers' markets or bizarres. From my shopping in Paris, Bulgaria, and the U. of States, IT services aren't really needed unless one would call a cash register IT. Your thoughts?
"Zhuang International has a well established business with a network of roughly 5,000 business stands that sell small wares such as clothing, handcraft items, sporting goods and more."
My bad
Peace!

Good catch! I didn't even notice the spelling. Hmmm?

PMCS is a buy for me today. I like that T.Rowe Price, Vanguard, Fidelity, and more own this stock as part of their mutual funds. Oh yeah, PMCS's product in China and other potentially thriving countries cannot be a bad thing. Right?

Cheers!
I've been following TGC for the past month and I think the market woes of housing, war, company lay-offs, etc will certainly help the oil industry for such a reasonably priced stock. Exxon Mobile - no thanks, but Tengasco - why not! It's a buy for me today.

Thanks for the info Soyelpato.

Have you actually called? And if so, what happened?

I agree. It's become clear that even the fattened-up PR's cannot lure new trades, as investors are starting to catch on. We're sitting under 800,000 trades on a "hot?" pinkie?
Give us a break GLCC!
I think the appropriate question s/b , What will it take to move this stock to .02 cents per share? JMO
Cheers!
I hope you're right.
I too would not care about the "numbers" if this stock made money for me, BUT that's not the case. Revenue is up 45? 45 percent of what? For example: GLCC has pocketed an extra 45 percent of my money via diluted stock.
Wow! It looks like $7.30 in trade movement with 9000 shares in volume. Hmm....ideas?
I have to stop wasting my time with this one.
What about the Olympics? What about our Olympian we've sponsored? What about my dividends? What happened to generating revenue from the 1800 plus stores throughout China?
How dare can anyone get excited about $300,000 spin-offs and "killing two birds with one stone"?
I'm starting to believe these PR's are only to keep the investors looking forward to the future. I'm tired of looking forward to the future, as I want it NOW! I'm the first to admit I was a fool for dumping money into this hole.
Cheers!
Why are there 9 dead links on this board in relation to GLCC? I know that old news expires, but where does it go? The last time I checked, I could find "old news" about AT&T, AMVAC, PMCS, and more. I'm not pumping these stocks, I'm just citing examples.
Cheers!
I have an observation I made awhile ago, since the topic of spelling is the issue now. Perhaps this has been discussed, but I don't remember reading about it on this board.
Who remembers the on-line video with Garr being interviewed by some woman at the desk? She had bad hair if I remember correctly. Anyway I can't find the link for the video, but I remember the woman giving out the website to Goodlife at the end of the video. The only problem with this ending was that she misspoke and gave out some other company's name.
Just a thought, as I should have steered clear of GLCC after watching the video.
Your thoughts?
Cheers!

IMO of course....GLCC is not related to Goodlife China as we are led to believe. After I've lost a few grand in this deal, my DD has turned to independent research as to the validity of this company.
First, I cannot find one photo of a Goodlife store in Beijing. I know I can go to their website and find all types of pictures. China has over a billion? people, surely a tourist can snap a photo and post it online. No I don't want replies giving me the web address for GLCC.
Second if one Googles the sponsors for EY, the only sites that state this signing are those paid by Miramar. If Pepsi was sponsoring her, I know that I could find information about the sponsorship on other websites.
Third, I'm sitting on div's that were suppose to be released in July. I've read the PR's stating this, but I really have to believe my brokerage account's word over Miramar when I look at the success of my larger holdings. I honestly believe that my "div's" will be sitting locked in my account forever.
Fourth...if Miramar is going to sue Investorshub, wouldn't there be a letter of suit handed to Investorshub? Perhaps I'm wrong, but I haven't read a post from the moderators stating that they have been contacted by MiraMar's lawyer.
Fifth..Look a the PPS and its history since February. Does it make sense for a company to have 1800 stores, 3 distribution stores, etc...to be trading so low? I know my numbers are off on the store count, but that doesn't change my opinion.
So to answer your question, my opinion is not truly stemmed from a cash or stock basis. I'm just frustrated that I was sucked into this gig.
Cheers!
Once the merger takes place, look out for a strong run into the sub-pennies!
Are you saying that I'll see you and Breezin in the '08 Olympics competing in rely? J/K Thanks.
Next question, anyone can chime-in of course. The average daily volume has been over 6 million shares traded per day, yet since the company announcements made around the 4th of July about lawsuits, etc... the volume has dropped "big time". Today, just over 1/2 million shares trade. Does that mean shorties or naked traders ;) are backing off from GLCC or is something else happening.
FYI - I found GLCC via my divi and I have bought more GLCC since this discovery.
Ciao
Thanks for the info. China is "huge", but perhaps they'll need a quick snack and a soda purchased at a Good Life.
Cheers!
Thanks Goodlife and Breezin for your DD and their links.
I would like to read a post about someone who has actually been inside one of these stores. Even better, I would like to see a snap shot taken from the outside of the store, from a tourist's prospective and not from the company's prospective.
Thanks again!
Besides the GLCC website, does anyone have links that show actual photos of these stores? Is there an Ihub tourist town with a camera that can upload some pix? :) I hold over 110,000 shares so I'm only interested in the positive, reliable feedback for other credible posters. Thanks!
715,000 shares traded today? Typically day's trade ranges from 6 million to 20 million shares trades. Hmm... I think GLCC has rocked the shorty's boat. IMO
Only 1,920,000 shares here.
Perhaps I'm wrong, but doesn't the press release state that one share will be given for every 1000 shares outstanding. Aren't outstanding shares the part of the 10.4 billion shares that are for sale on the market?
Your thoughts?
My evidence.
"In order to complete these aforementioned transactions, together with the previously announced pending transactions the Company is undergoing a recapitalization process. The first step will see the Company issuing 1 share of Esprit for every 1,000 shares currently outstanding. This will be done by having the Company's Transfer Agent cancel all share certificates currently outstanding, and reissuing new share certificates to provide assurance that the public float accurately reflects the true share position."
