Could the issue of this patent effect the results of the T Mobile suit?

What a diatribe. Hope your last few posts made you feel better because they have accomplished nothing else. Your comments can also, over the last couple of years, be addressed to your buddy, Christian. The truth and his statements about many things have not always been the same. Of course you being a facts only kind of guy you probably know and would acknowledge that. If your blinders are big enough for a race horse or you are willing to share cool aide with Jim Jones, this is a new revalation for you. Here is what I think is important. Drago , all along, has shown that he wants to keep the shareholders whole. This has been demonstrated by the original agreement, the extension he signed to sell the patent to Calypso and his continued tolerance of the B/S he hears from some stock holders. He is in a no loose position. If he wants either Richard, Christian or Santa Clause to make this happen I don't care. Once this patent is validated by the industry, running this company will be a "No Brainer". Create a licensing formula to figure how much to charge, have the attorneys mail infringement letters, and deposit checks. There will come a time when Drago has enough, calls the attorney and tells them to call T-Mobile to arrange the sale of this patent. I will bet he is getting close. So if your goal is to screw this deal up for everyone, you and your friends can keep ranting. If your goal is to see Calypso succeed and make a lot of money, change your focus, get positive and help get this done. Again, Christion, Richard or Santa Clause, I DO NOT CARE.

The date has come and gone, after extensions, for T Mobile "To Answer". I have not seen any post to indicate this has been done. Has anything happened?

i do not think there was ever a tmobile test. the prs during that time were generaly fabricated by carlos and his buddies to generate interest in a company that had nothing going on. if you look some more you will find a release about a contract that was signed in south america, do not remember the country, for several million dollars. they were smoking the same stuff before writing both prs.

I think you will find the court that this suit was filed in very interesting. It was picked for a very specific reason.
