Unfortunately their (not BLDV) website is under construction. That is what it says if you go to the homepage of their email address.
I really would like to get more information about them now.
This was a VIP meeting! And their CEO seems to be a real capacity in business if you read about his business history (was responsible for 1 billion $ in assets).
Nice partner for BLDV! And I am so sure that they have ties with BLDV: Just read the last BLDV press releases and connect the dots ...
It seems to start in February!!! Just have read the new presentation and there is mentioned twice February 2009 at page 13 of the presentation.
Page 3 says they are currently retrofitting the plant and terminal since October ...
Yeah, February is only 3 days or 1 trading day away !!!
Can´t wait for great news soon ...
You could easily try to find out if they have assets or even are producing biodiesel right now:
Go and send them a binding fax that you want to buy a bigger amount of biodiesel if they have some for sale.
Probably you will be surprised if they have already biodiesel for sale and send you an answer.
But please stop saying that they have nothing when you can´t prove it.
If you don´t know where you have to search for a thing you can´t say that it is nowhere just because you haven´t found it yet ...
Some highlights of the presentation:
- conducted R&D on cellulosic ethanol and biodiesel
- purchased 7 acres of adjoining port property for expansion and access to rail
- awaiting final shareholder vote on acquisition (are they also a publicly traded company or why shareholder vote?)
- ramp up production capacity
- secure long-term competitive feedstock contract for biodiesel
- construct or acquire additional biofuels plants in Gulf Coast region
- acquire or develop port terminals to support the Marine & Biofuels industry
Volume is the first sign for news and we had monster volume the last two days compared to the volume of last weeks.
So I am counting on tomorrow that we could see news. And the next news will be great imho ...
Oil, I have no information if news will come next days or why they haven´t announced anything yet but I am really sure that they have assets.
All my findings on the internet and the way some people from other companies answered my emails bring me to the conclusion that BLDV should have assets already.
So I got an email response from a CEO of a company which I believe to have ties with BLDV that they want to have the biodiesel plant online in first quarter of 2009.
After that response I asked by email if the company could have ties with a publicly traded company from Houston. I got then the answer that I should call them to discuss further about that. But I wrote back that my English speaking is not so good and asked directly then by email again if they have a joint venture / cooperation with BLDV. Then I have never heard again from them ...
I think the answer should be clear now why I never heard from them again.
Because we are already in the first quarter of 2009 news could come every day now imho.
So I can´t understand that people sell their shares although we must be very very close now.
But people: it is your money!
So do what you think is best for you.
I really would like to see the faces of the people when they realize that selling their BLDV shares was one of their greatest mistakes in their lives ...
Still have never ever sold a single BLDV share.
nomonet, don´t know your email addy
Guys, I had a nice find today and I am once again more convinced that BLDV is in wind energy now.
Seems that the BLDV partner company (joint venture or reverse merger) is a part of a bigger group that is active in all kinds of alternative energy.
Hold your shares long and strong!
Jet test should spark quest for new biofuels
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/editorial/6190466.html
I do not think that I am wishful speculating:
I am kind of sure that I have found the plant because it all fits in 100 % to the searched plant and I even contacted a responsible person at the plant who answered some of my questions about the plant in several emails until I asked if they know BLDV. Then never heard anything from them anymore ...
The answer from a biodiesel magazine (its plant list manager)to my inquiry very well explained to me why we probably can´t find the BLDV plant on the internet yet.
And everything else I found out says to me that BLDV should have already assets. (biodiesel and maybe even wind energy)
The question is when they will announce the things they have done in the past months.
But I can wait patiently ...
OilCan61, please ask investor911 or salty forthe email because I don´t know your addy!
Please laugh now but the longs will laugh last when the truth comes to light.
Close at HOD? Bid 0.0016 / Ask 0.0019
A close at 0.0019 would be really nice but the pps doesn´t matter in fact.
The more encouraging thing today is the volume that might show that something is on the way.
Hopefully we could see news on Friday. I hope so because the 9 was my shirt number at soccer in former days and brought me luck and many goals.
So January 9th in 2009 would be a nice day for news, Mr Moaning.
Good news will come soon imho even if news should not hit this week. But they should come every day now if there is no plan behind it why they are waiting with a news release because of a special reason.
Longs should contact investor911. I forwarded him the mail and he might forward it to you if he agrees to ...
(Sorry, but I can´t PM because of being a free member)
The email is from a plant list manager of a biodiesel magazine who I asked about the current status and ownership of a biodiesel plant in the Gulf Coast area.
The inquiry includes the name of the biodiesel plant that I believe to be the plant which BLDV might have acquired or will acquire.
If mods think that it would be better for BLDV´s future to hide the plant name I will not post the email.
Mods, shall I post the email or better not?
Today´s trading tells a lot: High volume and up!
I think something is brewing for days and maybe the high volume and the pps going up so high are indicators that some people already know something.
Also I got an email today that might interest a lot of people because it might explain why there is still no link available on the internet for the biodiesel plant which BLDV might have already acquired.
If people want I can post it ...
Every school boy is able to have his own homepage.
Do you really wanna say that a website might be down because a company isn´t able to pay the bill? Even poor students can pay the bill ...
I think it has technical reasons for a website being down some hours or even a day.
But the BLDV website is down now for a longer time so that I have the impression that they might renovate the whole website instead of just adding some details.
In Europe we say:
Good things need a little time ...´
So I am really excited what we may see when the website is up again.
Something is brewing: Website down for several days
I think they could be updating their website because the old one wasn´t updated for years now.
My guess would be that their old plans for small capacity biodiesel and ethanol plants in Belize and the U.S. (formerly 3,5 - 5 mgy) will be replaced on their website by their current plans for their 100 mgy biodiesel plant in Belize and their probably already existing biodiesel plant in the USA.
My second guess is that their second business will now be wind energy instead of goat meat and aqua farming.
I think goat meat and aqua farming are old stuff for BLDV after they realized the great potential of biodiesel and wind energy in the USA and abroad for the coming years.
Considering the very small number of shares available the last weeks I am convinced that we are very, very close now.
You better watch out now for the BLDV bloom coming ...
Who said jatropha biodiesel would have no future?
http://domesticfuel.com/2008/12/30/kiwis-make-first-jatropha-biodiesel-flight/
Added another 469.000 shares today
It´s really hard to get shares:
I got 10.000 shares at ask 0.001 at the beginning of trading. I have to say only 10.000 shares because I had a bid in at ask for 499.000 shares.
The ask went to 0.0012 then and even at 0.0011 I got no single share the whole day.
Imho the people who want others to sell their BLDV shares themselves will not give away one single BLDV share.
Just take a look at the trades from last days:
Low volume and mostly trades between 1.000 and 50.000 shares.
My advice to all current shareholders: Keep your shares whatever some people will tell you. You won´t regret it imho ...
Doesn´t look to me that shareholders are leaving in panic:
10000 shares bought at ask and the ask went up to 0.0012
So it seems that no more shares were available.
Nice 33,33 % up for today! Didn´t people say here that we will sink further rapidly?
Markets open until 1 pm or 4 pm? TIA
Merry Christmas to all !!!
A 12 mgy plant isn´t so small imo
And they already said that they want it to expand to 70 mgy ...
I will tell you something. Read carefully.
I contacted many, many companies in the USA, Belize and many from Houston, Texas.
So I found out that Moaning has told some people in biofuels business the same things which he told to people on this board who said that they talked to him.
So I am kind of sure that
a.) the mods and the people who said that they talked to him have not lied to us on this board.
b.) Moaning did not lie because I do not think that he lies to business partners or people working in this business, too. Otherwise he would risk to loose all credit in the biofuels sector if one single lie would come to light.
c.) BLDV has already bought the biodiesel plant mentioned in their last two press releases.
d.) BLDV is in wind energy.
Another kind of "proof":
I contacted a company and asked them by email about their biodiesel plant. I got a short time answer. I then asked them if they might have a joint venture with a Houston-based public company. Two hours later I got an email that I shall call them to discuss further. Then I asked directly per email if it could be that they have ties with BLDV. Still haven´t heard until today from them ...
Sorry, wrong again. They should have assets already and will prove it soon.
All only my opinion but you will see it happen.
Increase of Authorized Shares for reverse merger?

Tip of the Week: Need a Reverse Split? Avoid a Merger Proxy
By David Feldman at 30 April, 2008, 8:07 am
When a public shell is in the process of completing a reverse merger it often finds itself with too many issued and outstanding shares or not enough authorized shares. One solution is a reverse stock split. A reverse stock split is a pro rata reduction in the number of shares of capital stock of a company that are outstanding. It is often used to increase per-share price, or to make more authorized shares available in order to complete a reverse merger. At the time of the split, each shareholder still owns the same overall percentage interest in the company. Most states’ laws require a reverse stock split to be approved by shareholders, and this requires a proxy or information statement under SEC rules, if the shell is subject to the SEC’s reporting requirements. If the reverse split is a condition of the reverse merger, the SEC requires a much more complex merger proxy.
There are three lawful ways to avoid an involved merger proxy:
* If sufficient shares are available for issuance in order to consummate the transaction, the reverse merger is closed with the number of shares already existing. After the merger is completed, the combined company could then seek a reverse split that is not a condition to the merger and only a reverse split proxy is necessary.
* Even if insufficient shares are available, the shell might be able to issue pre-authorized shares of preferred stock that converts into common stock when a reverse split or increase in authorized shares is approved after the reverse merger. Other strategies are possible even if the shell does not have so-called “blank check” preferred stock.
* The SEC requires a full merger proxy when the reverse spilt is a condition to the merger. To address this provide in the merger agreement that the parties request a reverse split, contemplate it, but do not make it a condition to the transaction. Again, in this case only the much simpler reverse split proxy is necessary
balamidas, if you have some details for your attitude please explain me further by email. Thanks in advance!
I am kind of sure that - if the number of outstanding shares has increased too - these new shares were used for financing.
So nothing bad about that ...
Yes, important are the number of outstanding shares and for what reasons they increased the number of authorized shares.
If they did it for financing the plants and the land deal or because of the speculated reverse merger all shareholders will be happy.
In my eyes the increase tells us that something bigger is going on behind the scenes ...
Perhaps some mods can say something about the increased number of A/S.
Did anybody talk to Quincey lately and can explain for what reasons (financing the biodiesel plant, the land buying in Belize, construction costs for the planned new facility in Belize, etc) BLDV increased the number of A/S.
Or does even anybody have the new number of outstanding shares?
Thanks for sharing ...
Some things to think about:
Taken from pinksheets.com
Estimated Market Cap
$125,000 as of Dec 19, 2008
Outstanding Shares
125,000,000 as of Apr 14, 2008
So everyone should have to consider now:
- Is there really anybody who believes that BLDV sold further 775.000.000 shares in a half year? Even if every single share on the market would have come from BLDV directly (who believes that?) you should look how many shares were traded all together in this time. 900 million seems only to be the authorized number of shares but won´t be the number of outstanding shares up to date. Maybe the increase of AS has something to do with the speculated reverse merger.
- I believe/am sure that BLDV has assets and owns already 1 plant they announced in their latest press releases. And I don´t think you can take over a plant by free. So they might have sold some shares to the market. In my eyes it would be understandable if they would have done so ...
- The land buying in Belize will also cost money or has costed money in case the deal is already done. So same as above ...
- Take a look at the market cap (125.000 $ as of Dec 19) that is today even lower because the pps fell from 0.001 to 0.0008. Can you imagine how undervalued BLDV must be if they have bought the speculated biodiesel plant and the land in Belize?
The land in Belize should be worth more than 500.000 $
http://amandala.com.bz/index.php?id=5805
because you have to consider that the acres of land increased from 180 to more than 200 acres.
And what do you think how many million $ a complete biodiesel plant with storage tanks, rail road and so on is worth?
So BLDV is worth only 125.000 $ ??? A complete joke imho!
LOL, Moaning sells shares to bring his own stock down from 0.001 to 0.0008 ???
How stupid he must be then?
No, somebody lost patience or had other reasons and sold yesterday.
Everybody can sell now but don´t blame others then when you might realize soon that your decision was wrong.
Absolutely stupid imho. Seems that somebody needed cash for last Christmas presents.
But anyway an absolutely wrong decision to throw away BLDV shares.
At these prices per share and this time (who waited so long should wait this further little time too) I would never give away a single share.
But again: Everybody has to do own decisions and everybody is the only responsible person for his/her doing. And so I will not comment on such decisions again.
Open your eyes: This should/could be our plant
http://www.biodieselmagazine.com/plant-details.jsp?plant_id=738
Fits in exactly to the last BLDV press release and is already sold months ago to a joint venture between Consolidated Energy Holding and an investor group (probably BLDV holding a majority interest in the plant).
The buying price was very cheap: 1000 $ and taking over debts for the plant.
As said the sale was already many months ago. So you know what this means?
BLDV should have assets and they should already generate revenues ...
Assets >>>>> Uplisting to NASDAQ in reach >>>>>> Kaboooooommmmm !
