If he did get an answer from Ed???
If the answer had been bad for BLDV we all would have been able to read it already here. But nothing yet. So he might have been told that BLDV is NO SCAM ...
John Moaning and Derek Dyson attended ...
... both for Freedomworks LLC !!!

News should come soon imho considering that copies were delivered to the parties on 27th of October, 2009 ...
News for Ethiopia from BLDV soon?
http://af.reuters.com/article/investingNews/idAFJOE5A006D20091101
What do you think? Own suggestions?
Don´t know but both Caveat Emptor:

http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=incl
I had BEHL on my watch list but I am wondering if it will be a good investment. What are your opinions about BEHL? Scam or not?
EarnestDD, please post a link proving that John Quincey Moaning is working together with Carl Dilley as you stated here many times.
If you don´t have any proof please stop posting those unproven things. It misleads shareholders ...
Looks like news coming: MONSTER NEWS regarding volume today!
Seems that some people already know what is coming. 100 million shares without news out tell a lot ...
Please read this article and then tell me what intention FreedomWorks LLC should have to announce these things if it wasn´t the truth? FreedomWorks is no public owned company so why should they tell lies if they have no shares to sell?
It makes no sense to me and that´s why I am so optimistic that BLDV will surprise us with major news soon which will reward all loyal shareholders.

Tomorrow news? Today wind data is completed
"On-site met tower wind data for the joint venture's Huerfano Project will be completed on September 8, 2009."
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Blue-Diamond-Ventures-Moves-iw-1158447308.html?x=0&.v=1
Ladies & Gentlemen, please check this out *strike*
http://www.snl.com/Interactivex/article.aspx?CdId=A-10010918-15662
"The Harpers Ferry, W.Va.-based company is partnering with Blue Diamond Ventures Renewables LLC to build the $420 million wind farm (!!!) in a small town in Huerfano County, Colo., and announced on Sept. 3 that it filed preliminary designs with Public Service Co. of Colorado to build a 68-mile transmission line from the wind facility to the utility's San Luis Valley substation."
"Tim Williamson, FreedomWorks' managing director, said Sept. 4 that the wind project is set to supply power to a corporation in California under a power purchase agreement that will run for at least 20 years (!!!)."
"Williamson declined to identify the California company because an agreement has not been finalized, but described it as a major player in California's electricity market. Williamson said his company is also in talks with another smaller corporation in Colorado that is "immensely interested" in contracting to buy power from the wind project."
"The company's filing with the PSCo, a unit of Xcel Energy Inc., comes on the heels of a wind study it recently completed revealing what the company said are rare afternoon winds that can generate power when customers need it the most."
"FreedomWorks has been testing wind speeds in Walsenburg, Colo., for nearly a year, using a state-owned, 50-meter tower near a spot in town called Sheep Mountain. After 10 months of testing, the site was classified a "5," meaning "excellent," for wind power."
"Negotiations with the unidentified California company are far enough along, Williamson said, "that we feel comfortable about announcing what we're doing."
"The planned wind farm is in line with the business strategy that Houston-based Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. announced last year to expand its renewable generation portfolio in the U.S. and Africa in 2009. The company said last year that its U.S. projects would be particularly focused on the Midwest. Blue Diamond Ventures Renewables LLC, an affiliate of Blue Diamond Ventures Inc., is also working on a project in Africa and another in the Caribbean (!!!), company President and CEO John Quincey Moaning said."
ALSO WORKING ON A PROJECT IN AFRICA AND ON A PROJECT IN THE CARIBBEAN !!!!
READ CAREFULLY:
BLUE DIAMOND VENTURES RENEWABLES LLC IS WORKING ON THESE PROJECTS AND NOT BLUE DIAMOND VENTURES BIODIESEL LLC !!!
SO TWO ANOTHER PROJECTS BESIDES THEIR BIODIESEL PLANS AND THE WIND FARM IN COLORADO:
WASTE-TO-ENERGY FACILITIES ???
BTW to WTGR: Germany ...
Balamidas, did you hear rumours of biofuels update?
That would be great to hear also news about their biofuels plans and jatropha plantations in Ethiopia ...
A GOVERNOR WON´T TALK TO A SCAM COMPANY SO THAT ...
we have PROOF that BLDV is REAL and GENUINE !!!
You should be sure that a Governor of a state gets INSIDER INFORMATION about a company BEFORE he opens talks with the company. Everything other would be a waste of time for a Governor ...
And the big volume again indicates that people with BIG MONEY are jumping in right now ...
Joint-venture or even merger between BLDV and FreedomWorks???
Did anyone think about the possibility that BLDV and FreedomWorks might merge their companies?
FreedomWorks LLC is a big private company and it would be a cheap way for them to become a public company if they merge with the public company BLDV ...
What do you think about it?
Last chance for today, tomorrow won´t get cheaper imho
Volume´s nearing 2 million $$!!! BIG FISHES BUYING!!!
Who really thinks that we longs could buy all these shares?
No, it must be really BIG FISHES filling their bags today for a special reason. Who would risk 2 million dollars for a scam?
Imho we will see a nice run next days and weeks ...
Project data will be completed Sep 8th. Then boooom!
BLDV partner FreedomWorks is partnering with U.S. DOE
http://www.engr.colostate.edu/ALP/
"The Governor's Energy Office (GEO) is partnering with the U.S. Department of Energy's Wind Powering America program and Colorado State University to provide the Colorado Anemometer Loan Program (ALP)."
"There is also a 50m tower installed on September 9, 2008 on the Usry Ranch near Sheep Mountain west of Walsenburg (Site No. 62) through the GEO's Community Wind program in cooperation with FreedomWorks, LLC."

On July 27, 2009, Blue Diamond Ventures/FreedomWorks Joint Venture, LLC (Blue Diamond), timely filed a Motion to Intervene in this consolidated proceeding. As the developer of new wind energy generation in the Energy Resource Zones that are proposed to be served by the Project, Blue Diamond has demonstrated a sufficient interest in the subject matter of the consolidated proceeding and has shown that its interests will not be represented adequately by any other party. The ALJ will grant the motion and will permit Blue Diamond to intervene.
Hmmmmm, can you smell the governmental funds for BLDV?
BLDV is "developer of new wind energy generation"
Check it out:

32. To clarify the situation, the ALJ will order counsel for Blue Diamond to make, on or before August 19, 2009, a filing that states whether Mr. Dyson will represent Blue Diamond in this consolidated proceeding. If Mr. Dyson will represent Blue Diamond, then the August 19, 2009 filing must establish either that Mr. Dyson is licensed to practice law in Colorado or that he has complied with (or has begun the process required by) Colo.R.Civ.P. 221.1 in order to be granted leave to appear pro hac vice in this matter.
Yes, imho you can bet that wind energy will be the first BLDV project. Biofuels are having some problems at the time so that BLDV is doing wind first imho. But they will have it still on their list ...
50% up! Very nice but with news we fly!
I think we are very close to news because we were not updated for 6 months now. So any day could be the update day now.
And as we have already seen at our last find this next update could be a really huge one with a lot of substance.
I am already forward looking for it and can´t wait to hear what BLDV will announce ...
Hopefully all longs will be rewarded then for their patience.
Green week after sidedraft´s confirmation that it´s BLDV and not another Blue Diamond Ventures?

Yes, where did Moaning find Derek Dyson and all those other people? LOL
It must be our Blue Diamond Ventures because Moaning and Dyson already worked together at AABE and how many Blue Diamond Ventures do you think are member at AABE? To be member at AABE you need to have an energy business and a business leaded from a black person. So you really wanna say that it is another Blue Diamond Ventures???
And all is fitting in here:
BLDV > Derek Dyson > Wind energy company > Colorado
Just read the last two press releases ...
Unbelievable: AABE Chapter President Derek Dyson represents BLDV
http://www.aabe.org/docs/newsletters/7/AABE%20ENERGY%20NEWS%202ND%20QTR%202008.pdf
"AABE was asked by Operation Push to develop a session on renewable energy technologies for the Push annual Wall Street conference. DC Chapter President Derek Dyson and Houston Chapter member John Q. Moaning, CEO of Blue Diamond Ventures, offered a very compelling session on the entrepreneurial opportunities in these new energy technologies."

"11. On July 27, 2009, Blue Diamond Ventures/Freedom Works Joint Venture, LLC (Blue Diamond), filed a Motion to Intervene in this consolidated proceeding. Blue Diamond does not state whether it opposes or contests either Application. Blue Diamond is represented by counsel. The certificate of service appended to the motion shows no service on Public Service, Tri-State, or any other party."
"28. The following discussion regarding Mr. Dyson assumes that Blue Diamond is permitted to intervene in this consolidated proceeding and further assumes that Mr. Dyson wishes to represent Blue Diamond in this matter."
"29. Review of the Application reveals that Blue Diamond is represented by two counsel: Messrs. Derek A. Dyson and Seth T. Lucia."
Looks like an alternative energy project in Colorado
Maybe I found something great about BLDV
Do you remember this article? See page 6

BLDV business: Jatropha, wind energy and waste-to-energy projects
In my opinion BLDV is concentrating right now on Jatropha cultivation, wind energy projects and waste-to-energy projects in the U.S. and in Africa.
As well they still have plans for own biodiesel production but Jatropha cultivation, wind energy and waste-to-energy projects come first now.
And you can be sure that BLDV will be an interesting acquisition or merger candidate for other alternative energy companies when they start their first project.
And to those who say that Luiten has nothing to do with BLDV anymore:
I think Zenergy International (CEO Luiten) would be the first option for a possible merger because Zenergy (ZENG) is searching for acquisitions and merger candidates for growth. And Moaning and Luiten already work /worked together. Luiten once was close to become a board member at BLDV. So you should have a possible merger still on target ...
I am optimistic for tomorrow: PPS is climbing for days now and volume gets bigger again. And it´s Friday tomorrow ... BLDV´s favourite news day ...
Up, high volume today = News on the way?
We are up 20% and already 8 million shares traded today: volume almost means that something is on the way. It would fit because we are nearly 6 months without news now. So we can expect an update soon.
Investors develop jatropha cultivation for biodiesel in Ethiopia
Jatropha? Ethiopia? >>>>>>> BLDV?
Would be no surprise if BLDV was 1 of the 18 investors ...

Investors developing Jatropha, castor bean, palm oil tree
Wednesday, 29 July 2009
Hawassa, July 28, 2009 (ENA) - Investors with 617 million birr aggregate capital have engaged in Jatropha and palm oil tree development in two zones of South Ethiopia Peoples' State, the state’s trade and industry bureau said.
Pubic relations department head with the bureau, Abebe Dengamo told ENA on Tuesday that foreign and local investors are developing castor bean, Jatropha and palm oil tree on over 2,900 hectares of land in Wolayita and South Omo zones.
Close to 3,000 farmers in Gamogofa and Wolayita zones are benefiting from the sector, he said, adding, farmers in Wolaiyta zone have harvested 3,000 quintals of jatropha.
The investors have created jobs to about 10,540 people so far.
He said some 18 investors with over 3.4 billion birr capital have already received licenses to engage in Jatropha, castor bean and palm oil processing industries.

"Blue Diamond Ventures has also signed agreements with the Ethiopian Ministry of Mines and Energy to utilize a minimum of 50,000 acres to grow industrial hemp, rapeseed and jatropha plants. In addition, Blue Diamond Ventures has formed partnerships with other African nations, which will allow for the control and diversification of feed stock produced from non-food crops."
This could be a really big fish for Moaning

Biggest biodiesel facility for sale and in Houston ... Would be a nice asset to become a leader in the biofuels / alternative energy sector ...
Nice move up before the close= News tomorrow???
Sure? Maybe new established partnership ...? Search and find
Hm, looks good! Huge news on the way?
Probably / Perhaps you can meet JQM there
FYI:
An announcement was published in the Federal Register last week (attached) by USDA that invites public comment on the proposed Environmental Impact Statement for BCAP. BCAP (biomass crop assistance program) was established by the 2008 Farm Bill and is being proposed to be implemented in 3 alternative ways: 1) no implementation, 2) implemented in target areas around bioenergy facilities, and 3) implemented as a broad national program. Comments are solicited on which approach should be used, as well as other related matters. Please see the attachment for the details. Several public comment meetings are scheduled across the country. One is in Alexandria, LA on June 4th as follows:
June 4, 2009; 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. local time; Alexander Fulton Hotel & Convention Center, 701 4th Street, Alexandria, Louisiana 71301, Ph 318–442–9000.

Asked expert of biofuels business: Merging would make sense to him because then the merging companies could bundle their efforts ...
So just do it BLDV, GCEH and NYMH !!!
I would say time to move up again!
Amazing how some people bring her down again. If their bags are full they probably let her run. We will see soon.
