Blue Diamond Ventures Announces Project Financing For Huerfano Wind Power Project In Colorado, U.S.

I can´t find the whole article there anymore. Who can still get the article and post a link or copy it for us? TIA
Yes, many people have lost money. But ...
You are right that many people lost money here. This surely also has to do with the finance crisis and the difficulties to loan money (project financing). Nearly the pps from all stocks went down in the past.
And you only loose money if you press the sell button when your stock is lower as you bought it.
BUT:
Have you really ever thought about it that a lot of BLDV shareholders lost high sums of money because of people who are bashing this stock the whole day by repeating negative comments and even lies???
Just remember the guy who even faked an email from Government of Belize to make people stay away from BLDV or sell their shares.
People who do such things are the real ones who steal/stole our money imho.
Please think about it. And don´t take it personal ...
And up we go! Start to move baby
No sellers: 161000 shares are no sign of dilution
Don´t you think that there should be traded more shares than 161000 if your dilution theory would be right???
Why is nobody selling (even not Mr Moaning) although the end for BLDV is near if we can believe some posters here?
I think it´s a good sign that only a few shares are traded. Still many BLDV believers left ...
Only the pps could do better. But with one single good news we should see the pps jump again rapidly.
Must read: Year in Service = 2011 ??? Go BLDV

Project Name: Huerfano Wind Plant
Project Owners: Freedom Works LLC , Blue Diamond Ventures
Capacity (MW): 198.00 MW
Fuel Type: Wind
Technology: Wind Turbine
State: Colorado
Year in Service: 2011
Status: Announced
Estimated
Construction Cost: 420,000,000 $
Region: WECC
And who just bought 3,430,000 shares (one trade)???
Someone is buying in big today. Mostly these buyers know more than others if they buy such big blocks imho
Perhaps the pps moves up quickly if we get green again.
A change in direction of share price might help after someone drove the pps down again.
Who drove the pps down to get more cheap shares??? Insiders??? Who bought yesterday all these 111 million shares? For what reason? And who is buying these million shares blocks today???
Sparky, you bought 12 million shares? Special reason for that? Any rumors or any information that made you accumulate?

Blue Diamond seeks funding for $420m wind farm in Colorado
08 February 2010 Plans for a 198MW wind project in Southern Colorado have taken a step forward with the identification of funding sources for its next development phase.
Blue Diamond Renewables, an affiliate of the biofuels company Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc., has been covering costs of the Huerfano County project itself so far – including wind assessment and transmission studies.
It has achieved the number one position in the grid queue for the San Luis Valley Substation, although will need to build 68 miles of transmission line to connect.
The Houston-based company requires around $420 million to complete the proposals.
“We have essentially taken a project from being a good business plan and strategically moved it toward actualization and implementation, which is not easy,” said Blue Diamond CEO John Quincey Moaning. “Bringing inherent value is paramount when you are seeking next-level financing.”
Last year, wind study results for the Huerfano Project came back “highly favourable” according to its developers. Blue Diamond said wind speeds represented some of the best in Colorado.
Blue Diamond said today it has identified key markets in California to market power generated at the wind farm.
Mr Moaning said: “If America’s economy is to recover and sustain, our business model must be developed around energy. This will require, in most cases, unpopular leadership, focus, determination and the bold resolve to bring America into the 21st Century — despite them kicking and screaming.”

Edd, sure???????? Maybe two years ago I heard rumors that a really big player in energy (market cap high above 100 billion $)might have an interest to finance the BLDV biofuels project in Belize.
Unluckily it did not go through as it seems nearly two years later but it was a sign to me that Mr Moaning must have connections to bigger companies ...
So why could you be so sure that BLDV will not be able to work with General Electrics or other big companies?
And please remember:
http://www.wind-watch.org/news/2009/09/04/developer-colorado-wind-farm-will-feed-power-into-california/
Developer: Colorado wind farm will feed power into California
Wind developer Freedom Works LLC said on Sept. 4 that a 198-MW wind farm it is planning to build in southern Colorado will initially feed power into California.
The Harpers Ferry, W.Va.-based company is partnering with Blue Diamond Ventures Renewables LLC to build the $420 million wind farm in a small town in Huerfano County, Colo., and announced on Sept. 3 that it had filed preliminary designs with Public Service Co. of Colorado to build a 68-mile transmission line from the wind facility to the utility’s San Luis Valley substation. Tim Williamson, FreedomWorks’ managing director, said Sept. 4 that the wind project is set to supply power to a corporation in California under a power purchase agreement that will run for at least 20 years.
Williamson declined to identify the California company because an agreement has not yet been finalized, but described it as “a major player” in California’s electricity market. Williamson said his company is also in talks with another smaller corporation in Colorado that is “immensely interested” in contracting to buy power from the wind project.
The company’s filing with the PSCo, a unit of Xcel Energy Inc., comes at the heels of a wind study it recently completed revealing what the company said are rare afternoon winds that can generate power when customers need it the most.
FreedomWorks has been testing wind speeds in Walsenburg, Colo., for nearly a year, using a state-owned, 50-meter tower near a spot in town called “Sheep Mountain.” After 10 months of testing, the site was classified a “5,” meaning “excellent,” for wind power.
“We’ve been working for a couple years now to prove the existence of these winds, and we finally did,” Williamson said. “The data we have is irrefutable that wind exists there, and they’re probably some of the highest speeds in Colorado.”
FreedomWorks and Blue Diamond had initially been hoping to develop the wind farm under an ownership agreement with Xcel Energy, but talks fell through when the recession hit, Williamson said.
Negotiations with the unidentified California company are far enough along, Williamson said, “that we feel comfortable about announcing what we’re doing.”
The planned wind farm is in line with the business strategy that Houston-based Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. announced last year to expand its renewable generation portfolio in the U.S. and Africa in 2009. The company said last year that its U.S. projects would be particularly focused on the Midwest. Blue Diamond Ventures Renewables LLC, an affiliate of Blue Diamond Ventures Inc., is also working on a project in Africa and another in the Caribbean, company President and CEO John Quincey Moaning said.
FreedomWorks has also been working to expand its renewable energy development in the U.S. In December, it filed a bid with the U.S. Forest Service to install test facilities in the George Washington National Forest along the Virginia-West Virginia border, but the forest service ultimately turned down the bid, saying the project would’ve caused too much disruption to the forest.

Proven scam? Nearly all nations came together in Europe a few weeks ago. It´s important to save OUR world ...
Green energy does ...
And so Obama, Merkel and Co came to Denmark.
I don´t think that Obama would attend a scam meeting ...
General Electrics? Great info EDD! Only connect the dots!
Climate Change Summit in Washington DC
http://aaenvironment.blogspot.com/2010/01/aabe-energy-and-climate-change-summit.html
"The summit was sponsored by AABE, Bonneville Power Administration, American Electric Power, Consumers Energy, American Gas Association, Edison Electric Institute, Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc., General Electric, Nuclear Energy Institute, Peabody Coal, Progress Energy, Southern Company"
Surely was a good opportunity for Mr Moaning to negotiate with important companies like General Electric ...
Taken from today´s press release:
"Along with identifying key markets in California to sell the power, Blue Diamond Ventures has also covered costs for legal services, consultants and other fee requirements."
Isn´t General Electrics (GE) the big power company in California???
EarnestDD wrote: "GE Capital provides this type of funding"
This should be proof that BLDV is NO SCAM!
Still people here who claim that BLDV is a scam company?
If all these phrases (CEO Moaning going to court, BLDV is a scam, BLDV has nothing etc.) which were repeated multiple times each day from some people would be really true why should Mr Moaning be so stupid to announce more false and misleading press releases ?????
Please ask yourself:
Would you further announce scam press releases if the SEC is watching you RIGHT NOW and this press release might send you to jail ????
My answer to myself:
BLDV has to be a real company with a serious business plan!
Otherwise they would have not released a press release at this point of time while a group of people stated here again and again that Mr Moaning will be in court or jail soon.
I could not get better proof than this press release today ...
BLDV sponsored Energy+Climate Change Summit in Washington DC
http://aaenvironment.blogspot.com/2010/01/aabe-energy-and-climate-change-summit.html
"The summit was sponsored by AABE, Bonneville Power Administration, American Electric Power, Consumers Energy, American Gas Association, Edison Electric Institute, Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc., General Electric, Nuclear Energy Institute, Peabody Coal, Progress Energy, Southern Company"
Surely was a good opportunity for Mr Moaning to meet important business people and politicians.
Mike, seems that the download file was listed after 2009/9/24 because first there are listed download files from January 2010 and then former download files follow.
Because this file is above the one from 2009/9/24 the list might be from late September till November 2009 in my opinion.
But very interesting that they are listed there so that they are on focus of people with big money to invest in promising projects like the BLDV project in Colorado ....
Service in 2011 would be really outstanding if the listing is up-to-date.
Some information considering the Colorado wind project
http://chieftain.com/articles/2010/01/17/news/local/doc4b52d419919ce479870861.txt
Hm, may I ask one question? How many fights did you have already with Moaning at work?
I can´t believe that you work together with Moaning although you write all the stuff here and you want to bring him to court. And despite all you are a collegue from Moaning? What does Moaning say to you at work when he can read all the stuff here posted from you?
Well, kind of funny that someone posts his illegal information on an internet board (if this information should be really true ...)!
Where did you get your information from? From the police? I think no police man is allowed to give away any information about a third person if this third person is under observation of the police. And when there is still no proof that this third person did something wrong it would be really a scandal if the police would give already away information and - just more important - illegal information ...
So where did you get your "information" from?
Then maybe the person who gave you the illegal information will end up in jail instead of Mr Moaning ... LOL
Does anyone have an email-address from IPWG? One that works ...
Perhaps someone can send it by PM? Thanks in advance!
Any comments about the new CEO Patrick A. McGowan?

Happy new year to all + answer for boatman
First of all this is still only your opinion and there is not one piece of proof that Dilley is involved with BLDV.
I also do not say that T. Boone Pickens or Bill Gates are involved with BLDV because I can´t prove it and I still did not found any relationship between them. So why do you claim again and again that Dilley and BLDV work together?
The other thing that I doubt:
Even if Moaning really should go to court or jail one day (what I do not believe) why should the stock be delisted? A delisting of the stock would hurt then again the shareholders of the stock.
If Moaning can´t be the CEO of BLDV anymore there will be named a new CEO for BLDV imho.
And considering the negative comments of the non-believers here about Mr Moaning that would be great news for all shareholders if there would be a new CEO for BLDV. The new CEO only could make things better then believing your comments about Mr Moaning ...
So I do have no fear about BLDV because both possibilities should turn out well for BLDV:
If Moaning is no scam artist, we might come through with our wind farm and if he is, we should get a new (better) CEO.
I could live with both sides of the story ...

"dilley and moaning buy a few shares and paint the sp.When newbies see the increase they buy more millions.Only thing is the masses know this thing is a scam.Manipulation won't keep it from going to .0001 no bid. When the soon upcoming court trail hits moaning it will probably be delisted"
Wow, nice beginning! And I thought at yearend people are selling because of tax write off ...
But great to see. Does anyone have a clue why it goes up today?
Me too. The heavy activity of some people here last weeks must have a special reason imho. Maybe there is something big coming so that some people got really nervous lately ...
Balamidas, do you have any further information on things coming or what made you come to your conclusion?
Merry Christmas to Mrs Roehm and all plus explanation
Mrs Roehm, I have to apologie for my misunderstanding with your person involved. It wasn´t my goal that you have to discuss with the people here on this board.
But let me point some things out:
1.) Please don´t believe any posters here who claim that the pro BLDV posters here are paid pumpers. That is definitely not true. We are only shareholders who believe in the great chances this stock has for the future.
2.) It is easy to explain why I was some kind of sure that the Blue Diamond Ventures mentioned on your website is "our" Blue Diamond Ventures: I only know two companies Blue Diamond Ventures. Our BLDV and the construction company in New York. Because you are open to new businesses and far ahead of the people´s needs I was kind of sure that it is our BLDV because biodiesel, ethanol, jatropha and wind energy are businesses for the future and so it would have fitted in perfectly to you. Sorry, but a construction company like the Blue Diamond Ventures in New York did not sound as "new business" to me. It´s old business in my eyes. So I was wrong ... Sorry again.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!
I think the Colorado wind project is pretty much alive:
http://209.85.129.132/search?q=cache:pn3ReDE5OdAJ:www.dora.state.co.us/puc/docketsdecisions/decisions/2009/R09-1356-I_09A-324E_09A-325E.doc+%22blue+diamond+ventures%22&cd=16&hl=de&ct=clnk&gl=de
What´s coming? Up and more than 23 million shares traded so far today.
Compared with the volume of the last days and weeks this should have some reason. Some Christmas news would be great ...
How should I knowingly post false information when I personally did not know that the information is wrong?
I posted what was standing there in the article: "Blue Diamond Ventures" ... And we are here at the Blue Diamond Ventures Board ... And didn´t you ask yourself why I did ask others for more information about her to get the puzzle complete?
After EDD doubted that they have ties with each other I contacted her to check if it is our BLDV. When I came home from work today I have read that she already clarified it herself on the board. Nothing wrong about that ...
But if you are so correct you surely filed a complaint with the SEC when one of the bashers here faked an email from a foreign government. Did you??? I think this criminal act did cost a lot of people´s hard earned money when they sold their shares in panic with loss.
Thank you Mrs Roehm for clarification. Never thought that you would reply on my inquiry but you really did ... Really impressive and smart
Would be really funny if you now really would call Mr Moaning (CEO from our Blue Diamond Ventures) to discuss with him about their business plan. Maybe you could give him some good advice for his strategy and their projects. I have read that your ideas are sometimes steps ahead to others. So your knowledge would be really aprreciated from BLDV shareholders.
Would be really interesting to know what you think about our BLDV after discussing with Mr Moaning.
We might have a winner here: please read!

http://juliearoehm.com/?page_id=137
Is anyone familiar with the name Julie Roehm???
Who can tell anything about her?
Christmas only a few days away so I accumulated again today because we might get a nice Christmas present (375,000,000 $ financing???) from IPWG next week and because of that I am expecting the pps to rise starting at least on Monday. I hope so ...
My online broker is Nordnet (Swedish bank) and I have to call in to place orders for IPWG.
GLTA and wish you all a happy Christmas coming ...
LOL, how should people take you serious?
First:
"Bad things are coming down the line for moaning and bldv bldv.I would love to tell everyone wht it is,but I don't want moaning to know what the future holds for him"
Then:
"I have no idea when the news of moaning being put under a spot light will be released. But it is coming. john moaning WILL BE IN COURT."
Really funny: I don´t want to tell you, I tell you, I don´t want ...
How about the possibility that Moaning will bring YOU to court? I think if you and others claim that Moaning is a liar and steals people`s money without being able to prove it, he might bring you to court for telling lies about him and harming business.
1-billion-$-investment! Now it´s clear why some get nervous!
http://www.windaction.org/news/24511
"Balancing those announcements is the fact that Vestas is still set to invest $1 billion in the state, Colorado economic- development officials say."
"The company clearly sees Colorado and the U.S. as a key part of its long-term growth strategy," Evan Dreyer, a spokesman for Gov. Bill Ritter, said in a statement.
In numbers: 1,000,000,000 $ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And now remember the BLDV press releases:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Blue-Diamond-Ventures-Moves-iw-1158447308.html?x=0&.v=1
"The new study is the culmination of five years of wind data studies throughout Huerfano County and proves the existence of resource at the Colorado Wind Generation Resource Area #8 as described by the Governor's Energy Office. The project's transmission line has been identified by Colorado Governor Bill Ritter as the number one transmission priority in the State of Colorado."
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Blue-Diamond-Ventures-Submits-iw-446287617.html?x=0&.v=2
"Discussions with Vestas (our selected turbine manufacturer) and the Public Service Company of Colorado regarding our proposed generator model conclude this week."
@Mods: This is definitely NOT off-topic!!! BLDV announced that Vestas is their selected turbine manufacturer. And Vestas wants to invest in Colorado where BLDV´s project is standing in first queue position as they said. So these articles are very important to know for shareholders.
Right, that´s why they were working already 5 years on the project
Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLDV - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=BLDV.pk)
Sept. 2nd, 2009-- Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLDV) -- Following highly favorable wind study results in Huerfano County, Colorado, Blue Diamond Ventures, through its affiliate Blue Diamond Ventures Renewables, LLC, and its joint venture partner Freedom Works, LLC, have moved toward a wind turbine supply agreement and final designs to construct a 198 megawatt wind project plus 68 miles of transmission line.
On-site met tower wind data for the joint venture's Huerfano Project will be completed on September 8, 2009. The data for the project is available at: http://www.engr.colostate.edu/ALP/ALP_62_Sheep_Mountain.htm.
The new study is the culmination of five years of wind data studies throughout Huerfano County and proves the existence of resource at the Colorado Wind Generation Resource Area #8 as described by the Governor's Energy Office. The project's transmission line has been identified by Colorado Governor Bill Ritter as the number one transmission priority in the State of Colorado.
"Despite the current economic environment, we have worked extremely hard to meet our goals and increase shareholder value," said Blue Diamond CEO John Quincey Moaning.
Last year, the company established a goal to implement its renewable generation portfolio -- the foundation of which is the development of basic infrastructure to facilitate timely transmission, substation and wind turbine generator installations in the Midwestern United States.
We might hear some news soon about Colorado project
Maybe we could hear some news about the Colorado wind project soon because the town comissioners in Colorado are in talks about the wind energy projects as you can read in internet articles this week.
And this week´s silent climbing pps makes me optimistic that someone is accumulating for a special reason.

molson, sounds like you heard something good about BLDV
Back from blowy Colorado?
Can you share new rumors (maybe by PM)? I think their Colorado wind energy project is pretty much alive so that you want to add more ...
Great stock! Accumulated on Wednesday at 0.0031 $ and couldn´t be happier with that decision. Looking forward to next weeks ...
Good luck for all invested people here!
Oh yes and Derek Dyson surely would work for a scam company to ruin his name while being AABE chapter president.
Are you kidding? BLDV mentioned lately the Governor of Colorado in their press release. If they would be a scam company you could be sure that the Governor would be the first to stop their business ...
