Hey guys...
I got tapped for an emergency business trip, that I wasn’t able to get out of.
I will be away from the computer for a few.
I promise to post any updates when I get back! A lot of cool things waiting in the wings!
Good luck
I would be a buyer at these levels. At this price, this IS a low risk stock..(jmo)
I also see nothing wrong with profit taking from time to time.
That is why people invest..To make money.
Good Luck
Hello ggraessle...
My name is Steve not Scott
I am 'long term' on this stock, 18+ months
Remember, this company is focused on selling its service, NOT it's stock.
Good Luck
Also the Key word is...
long-term liquidity ratio.
An OTC Bulletin Board listing is an important step in our corporate growth which will help provide ongoing liquidity and
enhanced access to financial markets, as we expand our dial-around service internationally " said YAK Communications President and CEO Charles Zwebner. "With five consecutive quarters of profitability, continued growth in recurring customers and the recent signing of a strategic Marketing and Services agreement with TELUS Corporation, we are well-positioned to meet our projections for this fiscal year and beyond."
Catch my drift?
Hello ggraessle...
If you know it just started trading
than how can you ask if the sock performance is 'typical'?
Lets see how the stock performance is in a few months, and I will let you know if today's volume is typical.
Good luck
Steve
Is it typical ?
This stock just begun Trading On OTC Bulletin Board.
Please read the PRs
Good Luck
Hello The Original dpb5...
Steve Collins is the name my parents gave me...
Steve Cunningham is the name worm06 gave me...
I am sure you get the point!
Good Luck
Hello ggraessle
Of course I have a financial interest, but by all means, I encourage you to do your own DD.
I recognize that a full and fair discussion of the merits of the Company and its stock is essential and I invite full discussion of YAKC and its activities on this board.
I also recognize that some posters will disagree with my view of the Company’s future and its prospects and will try any means necessary to accuse me of posting insider information or being an employee because I am positive on this stock.
That is why I encourage posters to 'do their own DD' and 'take responsibility for their own investment decisions'.
Unfortunatly, there is a group of known bashers that have been unjustly harrasing the Zwebners, myself and a few others for years, mostly out of retaliation because of the Zwebner -vs- the_worm06/Johndoes.org basher lawsuits, but it started way before that.
I quote It is common for these bashers to claim their disinterest in the company or its stock while spending hour upon hour researching and posting. It is simply unreasonable to assume that a person whose day consists of posting and responding to posts has no financial interest in the company or the outcome of the posts. The very fact of their excessive presence on a given thread suggests that these bashers are uncommonly interested in the stock price, not that they are freelance monitors of the investing public’s general good.
I do take caution though with those that post under aliases and assumed names. I and many others are of the belief that if you need to hide your identity, then your motives are invariably questionable.
Good Luck
Steve Collins
Hello ggraessle
Just to let you know that I have NOT posted any insider information. All the the information I have provided is publicly available to all interested parties.
Have a great evening.
Good luck
worm06..I am
sure I will do just fine..thanks..
"Oh...Ok...I understand...good luck in your investment"
Yak is also the largest of three dial-around companies in Canada, and it recently expanded in British Columbia and Alberta with the signing of a $100-million deal with Telus Corp. of Burnaby, B.C.
It also is growing in the United States.
Also worm
Please tell us WHEN Yak borrowed about $500,000?
was that before five consecutive quarters of profitability?
Sorry worm.. YAKC is a profitable company that is in a 'high growth' phase.
It has shown a history of strong and consistent profit margins, and we are showing good earnings per share growth.
YAKC has beat it's own earnings estimates on a quarterly basis over the past five quarters.
I think YAKC can offer basic value over the next three to five year period and we have projected growth of at least 18% if not more for the current fiscal year.

ROAD SHOW>>>One part of the road show was to put IVP on Brokers (investors) radar screen..(believe this was accomplished..to a point)..however believe >>> due to market downturn ..the turnout was NOT as enthusiastic per expectations (some have gone broke..some just not interested at the monent)...So in this sense did not fair as well as expected!!! Part 2 ...road show FAILED to create an increase in IVP stock price...as as "Hopped" for...So...apparently Market conditions and investor confidence (presently) are such...
that their is not much interest an "unkown stocks"..HOWEVER>>good news (I believe) the market will be turning around shortly (their are indicators that point to this)..(economy`s steady returninging to a 3-4% annual
growth rate..efficiency manufacturing rating has increased...unemployment levels have stabelized for 3 consecutive quarters....Am sure IVP will contiue to keep doing what it has for the last 9 months...SURPRISE
US...I agree with some will prob take a couple more quarters...By that time IVP will be REALLY ROLLIN !!!!Eventually wen IVP become recognized..our patience will be rewarded...Of that "I AM" sure ..baring WAR or "act of GOD"!!
the_worm06
TVCP was no where as fundamentally sound
as YAK is, nor did they have the same customer base. Plus TVCP never had five consecutive quarters of profitability
(wink wink)
TVCP was a 'pet project' that never really took off!
It had good potential, but the market was not ready for Videophones. Even I knew that TVCP's stock would crash. That is why I sold when I did.
Good Luck

T1215..............
Thanks for sharing your e-mail response from Brian with us.
I remain very confident that we're in good hands and on the right track for what will, in time, turn out to be a GREAT stock. I'm anxious like everyone else, but realize Brian is making sure to "dot all the i's" and "cross all the t's" as he goes. He's an experienced professional who's been down this road before and knows what it takes(better than we) to get us where we ALL want to be with regard to TALL"s ultimate pps. I'm really happy with the way TALL has held up in this market relative to the rest of my portfolio. I firmly believe those who are patient and keep their faith in this stock will eventually be glad(to put it mildly) that they did.
Onboard For The Long Haul........
The strategic alliance between YAKC and TELUS will also give us infrastructure needed to be successful in providing customers with premium long distance services. That also allows YAKC to expand It's services.
LOL..eom
ggraessle don't forget that YAKC had five
consecutive quarters of profitability and 2 of its 'mainly large' competitors are Worldcom and Qwest
Don't forget that YAKC had 356,000 subscribers before we went public and will be expanding throughout the United States now that we have a customer base growing in Las Vegas.
Good Luck
ggraessle
I post my 'opinions' from the information I have..
Good luck
"well they can come back to bite you,"
For the first quarter of fiscal 2003, which ended Sept. 30 Yak's revenue is expected to exceed $8 million which would be a 14 per cent increase over the previous quarter.
Good luck
Also...Anyone who does not buy around $3 or below will surely miss the boat..(jmo)
Good luck
I think the selling pressure is only temporary ..YAKC has 5 quarters of profitability and new customers signing on monthly. You can use all the charting you want but the simple fact remains..The fundamentals of this company are very strong especially being in a hard hit telecommunications market .
Good luck
We should also be hearing the results from joint ventures in Argentina soon.
Good luck
A little bit of selling pressure..may be able to pick up a few shares at these bargain prices before we go back up..
Good Luck
Hello Folks

Q3 report should be out by the end of OCT, but no later than early NOV according to Rollins. I emailed the company for this info. Also, Rollins noted that he planned more PRs after TVCP becomes "soldily profitable." Hopefully the Q3 report shows a continuation of the trend toward profitability as Rollins noted in the last two Quarterly reports. You may recall that he indicated that we should see profitability in the second half of this year. Good luck! I continue to increase my position as I expect a better year in 2003 for TVCP!!!!
That post was a little
too long winded for me to read! Too many excerpts and not enough of the WholeStory (jmo)
Good Luck
I think he is telling us that a lot of high priced stocks (IN) the market (stocks that are/were market makers at one time) have lost close to what UCSY has..
I also believe that he was talking about a 'PPS' loss not just a '%' loss!!
Look at CMGI, QCOM, AMD and other high piced stocks, and the loss they took...QCOM was at $600 at one time? What was GE at?
Now, in now way I am comparing QCOM to an otcbb stock, BUT...
I doubt that the sellers of those 'proven' high flying NASDAQ stocks, (which some are now penny stocks)... sold so that they can put their money into speculative otcbb stocks ..do you?
If I were to have been selling QCOM and INTC, I sure would also have been selling my penny stocks too.
Good luck
Great post Surf..Well said and keep em' coming!
worm....it is no secret that
Michael has stated publicly that he plans to acquire financing for acquisitions. Enough answering questions for the day..I have work to do!
Good Luck
Steve
Thanks worm
I am glad you are asking dpb5 to let me post on my own board...LOL
The Original dpb5
I would ask that you not post personal attacks on this board!
Thank you
