Has the company gone bankrupt
CEO should be answering your question here, but apparently he is goofing up somewhere.
The number of boats between Covid 19 and now is around-1.5 million. But there has been lots of international growth, especially in Asia. Anyway, for a company making 2 million per q, it hardly matters if boat TAM is 10 million or 12 million. Besides, scuba activity is exploding worldwide.
Again, these guys are late with 10 q
We truly provide the world’s most portable Dive Systems
Please say it to the rest of the world. Not here to a 4 people audience.
You really have no idea do you. And if Carmichael had an iota of brain, he should be starting to advertise the new Ozempic and Mounjaro patients to try his gear. Advertising locally to the happy people who have lost so much weight that they want to try casual scuba. But of course, the guy is happy with his 1 cent price stock.
I think I own a lot more shares than you do.
Shorts? For an OTC stock with volume in the hundreds?
I really don’t care about how the ex CEO did this and that for another company? His record here was dismal.
As for the new old CEO, it’s his company. So why doesn’t he use legitimate PR to bring the stock to say .08, RS 50/1 and take it to Nasdaq? There should be enough fundamentals to support.08 share price.
This bwmg handle guy, i guess he is the ceo. What has this idiot been doing for the past two and half years. Is this guy, who I presume has millions of shares, satisfied with a mere 6 digit salary when his stock should be worth so much more?
Chances it will make 440000 in profit this year is not slim, especially after lots of reductions in costs. If yes, it is trading forward pe of 1.
Q1 ‘23 was 1.7 million in revenue
Q2 ‘23 was 2 million in revenue
If Q3 ‘23 and Q4 ‘23 are sequentially higher and they break even (now Constandine is not in the payroll, salary paid to him might bump this to positive eps.), the current price is totally surprising.
Is this going to 0
This company had invented a market.
Sorry but this is no parabolic growth, from 44 mill to 42 million this second quarter.
Excellent execution despite horrendous market headwinds: yes
Parabolic growth: no
DM, any thoughts on this company currently. Looks like this is going to be at least 3 year hold.
Have you heard anything from the company?
Thanks
Having looked at the presentation, it looks like Dye screwed up majorly with Emerald Fields acquisition. He paid around 30 million for 2 shops I think.
I hope NK is checking numbers for 3 pending CO acquisitions carefully since they are also quite expensive. We don’t need these acquisitions just to increase the store count.
Latest presentation is dated May 23. They completed Everest with 14 disp last week. The 3 remaining in CO will close soon.
Why do people screw around/ mislead with these bad guesses?
10. Business Combination Transaction
Is this offering being made in connection with a business combination transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or exchange offer?
X Yes No
Clarification of Response (if Necessary):
Old fart McConnell has kept quiet. The regional banks, including the ones in KY are desperately begging for cash.
If you call AVCO and ask if they do solar, the receptionist says ‘Not yet, but in a couple of months when we merge with SIRC’. AVCO management and install employees are in some kind of retreat this week.
Former Colorado Rep. Dan Pabon (D) will take over as vice chair.

Biggest acquisition by SHWZ in terms of numbers. For 36 million. Not bad.
I think it is the Balance and SIRC finance that the market might have been interested in. Troy is more credible than Maasey.
Business model is simple, just like a car insurer, becomes profitable much faster than solar install. And solar finance is here to stay. Who knows, they may scrap everything else and just pivot to finance.
Are they overpaying? Standing A revenue is around 7 million. But they are using Standing A brand to open the CS store that they bought out last year.
More importantly, how much free cash will they get from these two stores? Their cash deal, paying 4 million later is a very good strategy.
This and Twitter allowing advertising and AMZN not testing employees- slowly but surely.
Thanks for your usual detailed analysis. Another thing is HEED3 has taken off in sales. For 5 months of last year since its introduction, it did very well. A big government contract would be a big boost.
Sorry, 5.6 million

9 month rev until q3 was 11.2.
Revenue ramped up to 5.8 million in q4.
Q3 revenue was 4.2.
That is extremely impressive considering 4q is quite slow with holiday season.
So with that much revenue growth and the prospect of being cash flow positive this half year, why is it not trading at 10* revenue, a standard for medical device?
That would put it at 200 million. For say 1 billion shares, that would be around .2 share price.
Find me a company in the space which has not reported sequential decline in revenues. Maybe MRMD, but it has its own problems.
Also, you keep on harping about insiders getting rich over preferred dividends. Not even Dye thinks being rich from SHWZ means getting rich from dividends. Which insiders? You think NK prefers collecting dividends and be rich like a doctor or he wants SHWZ to go tenfold and be deca millionaire.
As for impairment charges, it is now, that was then. That was when SHWZ bought Manitou Springs Emerald Fields for around 20 million. But they became profitable from that too. Look at the situation with AYRWF and Columbia.
Brochstein, the name says it all
Schwazze is looking for a platform to be number one in a new state, according Dye. He mentioned entering a new state several times, something he has not done before. Hence my belief that any news pre AGM will be on M and A.
Good they did not provide guidance. Last year’s guidance of over 200 million was over the top. But I think they are not providing guidance because some sizable acquisition is going to happen in another state.
“Schwazze is well-positioned to play offense in this challenging environment. As market forces become more favorable, we believe Schwazze will emerge with a much stronger position which will reward shareholders. For now, we will keep executing our strategy and playbook."
You say increasing share count, IPS says paying back debt.
Your estimate of 162 was 2 million more than Dye’s own estimate of 160 million.
Half of cash flow from last year was from q4.
Wow, gross margin for the year was up to 53%.
What was 4q groumargin?
That is true for every piblic company. People resign and people get appointed.
The only big deal is that the new guy is a private equity veteran. Is there a chance that he will help Dye take SHWZ public?
I would not be unhappy if Dye takes this private at 4.5 bucks per share.
SHWZ will make around 160 million in revenue with around 39 stores. The revenue per store is 4 million on avg; Manitou is way higher, some are lower.
In order for them to get 200 million in revenue next year, they need to acquire maybe 15 more stores. They have acquired 4 until now.
Yellen said OK
Shwz is ghe best among the lot, but please don’t dream too much. 100 bucks a share is around 25 billion mkt cap, fully diluted.
I want to hold on for the next 5 years; unfortunately there is zero catalyst in the sector. If anything, all the news pints to skepticism in the wellness of the sector.
The most asshole of all the organizations, a begging bowl, giving orders to the US:
https://www.marijuanamoment.net/un-suggests-u-s-federal-government-must-force-states-to-repeal-marijuana-legalization-to-comply-with-international-treaty/
At around what price would you sell your long-term SHWZ holding?
Finally, branching out to e commerce. It takes lots of time and talent to create a payment order website. They can copy it to CO if the state allows it. I think Nurup’s experience at AA came through.
This can be very good for SHWZ. It essentially allows Texas residents to do interstate commerce in limited quantity with NM with petty fines.
