(OTCBB:SEVU - news) announces the SeaView Board of Directors has approved the engagement of Aidman, Piser and Company of Tampa, FL, (http://www.apcpa.com) as the Company's auditors. SeaView Chairman/CEO George S. Bernardich III indicated in a statement that moving to a full-service regional accounting firm is the first of several planned measures ``to strengthen the infrastructure of our company as we continue our growth into the future.'' To allow additional time for the transition, SeaView has secured an extension for filing its 10K annual report. The results for FY 2001, due no later than April 15, 2002, are not expected to differ dramatically from FY 2000.
