I just got back from my local Sam's Club here in Denver. They have the display model set up for the motion (outside and inside) LED detector with the other Hoover/CAPC products, but didn't see a supply of them, only the display model. I asked the sales person, and she checked with member services. I was told they are expecting a shipment soon of approximately 250. It is a working display model, and it looks good. I wanted to purchase one but will have to return in a few days when they are on the shelves.
I like the way it's trading! We have some interest, and the stock just keeps churning through the sellers. Whoever is buying doesn't want to disrupt the price too much, but I see a real amount of interest around the .50-.52 level. Building that position is very good for us. We just have to be patient. When it's ready we will see appreciation. Volume has definitely improved ongoing. Go CAPC!
I just saw the company evolve with Stewart taking over. It got really dicey there for a while before, even though we saw some spikes over the years, but I saw a real situation developing. It looks like my patience, hopefully, will pay off. I've been in this thing since the CBQI days! We'll see, I guess!
Couldn't agree more! We're seeing a good consolidation, volume is picking up, and I think we are attracting new investors. As with a real company, we're seeing trading day after day, and although no real upward movement, the consolidation and base-building is what I like. Eventually, the stock will see an increase. JMO
I'm waiting for an announcement at some point from the company that says they are expecting more 1st quarter revenue than previously thought. Who knows!
Do you think anyone is buying the power failure lights back east? They're saying about 50,000 people without power.
What a nice buy for someone! If I had the extra money, I would grab that position. Very attractive, day before the holiday, slow market, just sitting there!
Agree! Now let's look at Q1 and 2012 as a whole. I'm thinking very good numbers from now on based on number of new outlets and their in-country distribution center. Not rocket science!
Anxiously awaiting 1st qtr results. We are seeing continual good news, and I think the trend will continue. This is what investors tend to look for. Technically, I think the selling is about subsided. What happens when there is an influx of buying, and current shareholders see higher returns? No more sellers at some point? Good Luck to all! John
This is all very good dd. I firmly believe we've got maybe through this quarter for bargain-hunting. Once, numbers are seen again for say 4th quarter and with what Stewart is talking about what I call "phase II" for the company, we probably will have to pay more for shares. Should be interesting!
These bozo traders are probably trying to scare out some stock. Who knows they may be a little short, not probably legal, but what else is new. It will all work out positively for the investors. Not too long, now.
I think it is comical where this is trading. Also, once it gets attention, it will respond with a lot of activity. It is just continually boiling, getting ready to blow. I predict we will see explosive volume soon. We will all wonder what happened. These guys are doing it right!!!!!!
Just got back from my local True Value Hardware store here in Denver. I checked to see if they had the eco-i-lites. They had two left. Just great to see them in the True Value store.
I wonder how the revs will be this quarter. How much were they able to book? Also, another profitable qtr?
Valuation of the company! Put revenue and eventual earnings with continued exposure together and current holders will start to think about what is a rational valuation. Personally, I think current holders are starting to understand the potential and are not interested in a quick flip. That seems to have been the case in the past. It will become very interesting, in my opinion.
Also believe we are starting to see a positive trend as far as the company goes. That is what investors will eventually see. Things are becoming a bit more predictable, no negative surprizes. Overall, the future is starting to look upwards. Not a big deal, but with the insiders converting stock and new product coming, we'll start to see some positive traction.
Another good revenue source, and they are already in a good pipe-line for orders from existing sources. This is very good. Hopefully, we'll see shipments starting soon!
With all the tornado activity, I would think that the power failure light could be seeing some traction in those areas that have been hit with tornadoes and could be hit. It has been very sad, but I would probably want one of the power-failure lights in my house if I lived in those areas. The actual season will continue through the month of June according to weather reports.
I think some earnings news for 1st qtr would qualify. Also, some traction for 2nd quarter would be good. If we can start to see a true revenue growth and earnings trend develop, I believe investors would get involved big time.
Agree. I think we will continue to get positive news and revenue/earnings confirmation as we move forward. This is still not seen by the investment community, but in time it will be. Any small volume games here--no big deal. We will need some larger entities to realize what is going on with the company's growth potential, and they will. Then, we will have a good sustained trading environment. I think this will happen fairly soon, just a matter of time. I'm very impressed with what is going on within the company.
That is great news. Bulletin Board is much better!
How should we interpret this information? From the surface, I would see it as translating into more sales worldwide?
Did Howard unload 20 mil of stock? That could be the seller, but looks like he has completed the order. Just looking at the last ownership announcement.
Couldn't agree more. Things are sounding good, but we all need to see "hard numbers." Trend is encouraging, but we need evidence. Once that happens, we'll be in good shape!
Just got back from the Super Target here in Denver (Northfield Shopping Center). Noticed the display case of Capstone book-lights, numerous models. Total left is maybe 6 total from about an estimated 300 or so. Good to see product selling!
Super Target in Denver / Pathway Lights / Great Display about half empty. Purchased one, great packaging, very nice light for reading in reduced lighting. FYI. Keep up the sales! Hope to see their products in more and more big box stores!
What I like seeing though, is that there is someone accumulating stock. If not, the bid would be getting hammered. I know I'm trying to put a positive spin on the selling, but it looks like someone is accumulating. That's a good first step. Very comfortable with current trading.
Like we said before, the good news is now a trend which will most likely continue. I see investors coming into this very soon, probably waiting for endorsement of 3rd qtr numbers confirming all the new sales relationships. I kind of like seeing a base building, pretty solid, no hype, volume will happen!
I'm showing the bid moved up to .089 and the ask is .01. Is that correct?
If you look at the big picture / frame-work, this sort of announcement is going to add to the revenue / profit picture for these next two quarters. They had said in the past that they needed to be careful of mentioning particuars for the orders. I'm enthused. All we're starting to see is good building news coming out regularly. An investor will start to see this picture.
I wonder what 3rd qtr will show.
It's all about sustained revenue, growth, and profitability. IMO, we're starting to see all of these become reality, and there is now or soon to be seen real value here as an ongoing investment. Once viewd this way, we'll see a lot of investors become interested. I think this quarter and next will be key. Hoping for a "turn the corner" in next few weeks.
Hope to see some larger orders coming into the company with this new financing arrangement. I wouldn't be surprized to see more substantial orders coming in as well as re-orders from existing customers. Also, foreign retailers should start coming in.
With continued re-orders, we could see the financial condition of this company change very quickly. All of a sudden they can become profitable and get rid of the deficit. It's all in the acceptance of their products. Personally, I use the eco-i-lite all the time around the house. I can see why the vendors are getting a good reception from customers. Let's see continued exponential growth!
Agreed!
It's frustrating, but I'm very confident the company is doing exactly what they should be doing--concentrating on revenue growth, marketing, and ultimately profitability. In time the stock will reflect this. All the announcements in the world will not take the place of those factors. Investors want to see value. I think this year will show that the company is in this mode. They do need to work on that shareholder deficit though. That is killing them, in my opinion.
Super information RVD. Thanks for sharing it. Tried to purchase the new safemouse , but can't see exactly where to do that. That one site looks like it is an auction type site. I think that product is going to be very popular though. I can't see any other competetive product out there that actually stores files.
Does anyone know if there is a similar product on the market? If not, I think they will sell a bunch of these. I will definitely purchase one, as when I had to change computers, I lost a lot of documents, etc. I think this safe mouse will go over very well!
I'm still long, but I would like to find out where the management stands with regard to the large share-holder deficit. Understand that they need to become profitable, but I believe strongly that that deficit needs to start being reduced dramatically before we attract serious investors. Every quarter it grows. I haven't heard this addressed before and would like to hear from "hu" or someone close to the management about this.
This will certainly help the company with future financings, etc. A big load off their back! Good pre-announcement before hopefully a good 10Q? Folks will start looking at it, I think!
