Spec, I hate to say it, but what you said with regards to HCPC is completely false.
Check your own posting history. You began posting when it was at .0002, and never posted when the pps was .0005.
Furthermore, you never posted anything that says anything close to "buying at .0005 is a bad idea."
I hope this doesn't damage your ego too much.
So I said you are wrong, and proved it. Does this mean you'll stop latching on? Or will you prove yourself false yet again
Thanks Spec, for proving my point
Who's holding a bag here? This was a 5-bagger for me in Dec, and a 3-bagger back in Feb. So I guess I am, right now, holding a free bag that has MORE than paid for itself, and still has potential
If I had listened to "vets" like you back in Dec, I would have much less money than I do now.
Glad to know you guys still monitor this board so closely, it just proves our point (must take lots of time going through all these posts, huh?).
Forgive me, but I simply don't believe that people randomly choose stocks to "latch on to" for months and months and continually check message boards/post negative comments about them just to "save newbies."
But good luck to you as well. I hope the boards of your stocks are relatively free of bashers.
Look, this is pretty simple. If you lose confidence in the company, that's understandable, but just sell and move on.
Why come back repeatedly to proclaim to everyone that your confidence is lost? Just sell and look for a new play.
In the meantime, the rest of us here know about the 16bil A/S, and are willing to wait for word from the company, because there is still enormous potential in this.
Good luck in your next play.
That's a likely theory squid.
Over at HSM, the fervor over HCPC was awesome when it ran to .0007 in December. Then on December 30th, two veteran HSM posters joined the board and began bashing, and ever since then they have not stopped - no positive remark about HCPC over there has gone unchallenged.
But it isn't only that. They actively report about what's going on with OUR board here, and warn investors to stay away.
It seems very unlikely that these two posters would continue to control the direction of the HSM board for months and months and report on the status of our board just because they "want to protect new investors."
Like it or not, we are motivated by money. Common sense tells you that for the amount of work they are doing, they probably are also.
cash,
can you PM me your e-mail address? I have an idea i want to share with you, and maybe get your take on it. Thanks.
Well said!
It makes no sense that someone who invests in stocks (and presumably, wants to make money) would waste so much time consistently posting negatively about a company unless there is some financial motive.
Still, you can't totally rule out the possibility that some of them might just be bitter from losing money on this a while ago.
But now that I've checked his post history, your post makes a lot of sense.
We have a great DD crew going here, and the DD is stacking up nicely. We just need a confirmation on the purpose of the A/S increase.
LOL.
You have absolutely no financial interest in this but you spend days and days posting just to combat pumpers who say "to da moon."
So in other words, you combat one type of unsubstantiated claim with other unsubstantiated claims.
In response to your inquiry, HCPC claimed that "based on conversations with the auditor" etc, so they have been in contact. If you choose not to believe that though, a few weeks ago someone (I believe it was cash but I could be wrong) called Webb and Co and confirmed it. I'm sure you could also.
I'm sorry that people who say "to da moon" bother you so much that you repeatedly come back here. Must be tough!
And thank you, but trust me, my heart will not be "broken" even if this company folds. I'm amused you actually think so much of my life revolves around this, when you in fact are the one who's been returning here for months when you have no interest in this :)
Ok that's cool, I can respect that. So why come here week after week telling us not to trust the company. Do you have some interest in this?
Wrong. Please provide evidence to show that funding has not begun yet.
These bashers are hilarious. They have no argument other than "you can't trust the company, most pinks are a scam."
Just goes to show you that we must be on solid ground here when they can't even come up with any substantive reason for people to sell :)
In light of the company's revelation that their audited financials will be done by Webb and Company, P.A., Certified Public Accountants, please provide evidence of exactly why you think their financials will not be audited.
If you honestly believe that your money has gone to help Carol and Ed with their living expenses, then why not sell? It would make no sense whatsoever to stay in if you really think you are just providing them with a cushy lifestyle.
And those who are claiming the fins might not be audited: The fins will be audited, the name of the company doing the auditing has been provided multiple times. Nice try though :)
Anyone know what the 200ma is now?
Exactly.
Those MMs who keep up with IHUB were probably thrilled with the talk of mass exiting, and are waiting for those impatient traders to give up their shares at .0001 after the delay was announced.
Let them play their games. We can wait :)
Hooah, Milo.
Well said.
I think he means you have no financial interest in this.
It's cool to speculate on both sides of the company if you are invested, but to have no money at stake in here and speculate on all the negative possibilities just seems like a waste of time, and a slap in the face of those who do have money at stake here.
Most people here know the risks involved.
The delay of the audits isn't a bad thing at all, they just need more time.
Those who have been around here since Jan will recall that they delayed the closing of their first two loans for 30 days, beginning on Jan 22.
Well, Feb 22 came and went, the board was in an uproar, many got mad and sold.
Four days later they announced the closing of both loans, and it was an instant 4-bagger.
Patience is a virtue.
This is good. Now instead of setting some arbitrary deadline that anxious people will be agonizing over, the PR about the audit completion will come as a complete surprise to everyone when it is finished.
IMO the patient longs will ultimately be rewarded. We were in December (7 bagger) and again in March (4 bagger). The cycle will begin again.
Yep. Anyone notice the run to .0007 in December?
That is not true. Check out Wikipedia's page for "Pink Sheets"
"Many of these companies do not file periodic reports or audited financial statements with the SEC, making it very difficult for investors to find reliable, unbiased information about those companies."
Thus HCPC voluntarily decided to audit.
Notice too what so many of the bashers are doing - creating self-fufilling prophecies.
Scenario 1: The company doesn't release any info (or keeps delaying) and the stock goes under. Bashers turn out to be right.
Scenario 2: The company releases a PR showing something negative. Bashers turn out to be right.
Scenario 3: The company releases a PR showing something positive. Bashers turn out to be right BECAUSE they've already set themselves up for this by claiming the company will be "stringing us along."
So see, they will never be wrong, no matter what the outcome is. You cannot rationally argue with individuals like that.
It's useless arguing with them. They use the company's silence as a means of spreading doubt (and it works). No matter how good the news/PR is, they will always see the worst case senario. Time is on their side until a PR is released.
We can take solace in the fact that so many people are taking so much time out of their day trying to "save" us poor investors from this "POS". If this was really a scam and was really doomed, they wouldn't waste their time here (because they wouldn't need to). I've seen it happen before.
Why else would anyone logically spend so much time bashing a stock that they don't own? Either out of revenge (a disgruntled investor who lost money and wants to see the company fail, or to get cheap shares before impending news.)
I've seen it all happen before. They will disappear when positive news is released.
You have no idea :) Just as I thought.
Can anyone seriously answer the question of why HCPC decided to perform an audit?
Conversely, there are a few on this board that will continue to disparage the company, no matter what it does or does not do.
No one has yet answered the question: Why the voluntary audit? If this was such a scam, why would they voluntarily have themselves audited?
This board moves in waves. Silence from the company allows bashers to spread doubt, and as soon as news is released (for example, back when they posted the closing of the big loan) things take off again.
And so the cycle will begin again.
Exactly. It's important to think in terms of how this move will ultimately lead to the success of this company.
Insiders who own billions of common shares would logically not make a move (without an explanation from the company) that would engender investor distrust and ultimately doom the company and its reputation. It makes no sense.
And Renee is right, without correspondence from the company, we are sailing blind right now. Bashers will continue to claim that the purported raise of A/S proves that the company is a "POS", but we need to keep in mind the overall plan here, and not jump to conclusions. Hopefully the company will enlighten us soon.
IMO they ought to put out a PR tomorrow, but reasonably they have all next week to do so, because both the audit and 1st installment of the loan were supposed to kick of NLT end of May (which would be saturday). So they may need the next week to assess, and then prepare and submit the PR.
I agree Bonez, it's only speculation until the company actually confirms something with a PR, which should happen within the next few days. A merger is definitely a likely scenario in this case, and the audit, fins, and status of the large loan should reveal to us what the overall plan will be.
Whao insanity on this board today...bans and boardmarks at an all-time high!!!
HCPC's day is getting closer...but the way some people have been agonizing over this, you'd think they took out a 2nd mortgage and invested it all into HCPC!!
Some inidividuals will NEVER have a good feeling about this stock, no matter how many positive indicators there are. Makes you wonder if the doubts are genuine or intentional.
200-day ma at .00031, any day now this is due to explode!
Yes the fact that he spoke with you at all, instead of just hiding behind some excuse, says something good. It's understandable that at this point he can't give out any info.
If he did give out or verify some specific deadline for the audit/fins, and then they ran into a delay for some reason, he knows how bad that would look. A basher's dream.
Nor should there be much popularity, because what exactly has transpired since then? Not much.
It does show that there is international interest in this stock that could be enormously expanded once a PR hits the wires. And that is only one German website out of many.

Goose, what exactly about this is "crap"?
From a German HCPC Board:
Die Spannung steigt! Ende Mai naht!
Bin echt gespannt, ob uns hcpc überraschen wird und wirkliche "Knallernews" und Zahlen bringen wird!
Even the Germans are excited about the end of May coming! They know it means numbers and answers :)
Agreed. Some "investors" seem to have agendas that would actually make no sense if they truly were invested and wanted the stock price to go up.
They thrive on attention, so it's best to ignore them. Let's keep this discussion positive, because Lord knows there's only old news to rehash until this PR comes out :)
Agreed.
MMs are winding this thing up tight for the big break with their phoney trades and intentional pps suppression. They recognize something big is coming. All indicators point to it.
We need only sit back and wait before fresh money begins to pour in.
If I can quote Dumb and Dumber: New investors will instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano!
Every day, with the accumlation and low 200ma and impending news, this gets closer and closer to breaking out.
If I can quote some Journey:
"Doooooon't stop, belieeeeeeeevin'!!!"
If you're right, I'll buy you a beer at our HCPC hotel party in Reno!
First installment expected to be funded on or by May 30th, audit supposed to be completed by the end of May.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say PR on Monday, June 2nd!
I agree, it is annoying being stuck down here with this PPS. But better at 2x3 than at 1x2, or at no bid. Remember, this moved up from 1x2 to where it is now with no news or PR.
I'm not surprised we haven't moved. There is no reason to yet, the company has not released the audit, fins, or loan status. Once that happens, or once the pps breaks the 200-day moving average, then it will put this stock "on the map" so to speak, and money will pour in.
Right now, it's only on one of the top 20 IHUB boards. Not really much exposure.
