Lol, I choked on some water on that one.
Nothing but blue skies ahead as far as I can see!
Best of luck to all on here,

This is well said but sadly seems to be impossible on most boards let alone this one.
I’ve learned over time whose posts I find value in and enjoy reading and those are the only ones I read now. I’m thankful there are so many knowledgeable people on here that share their thoughts and ideas frequently or infrequently.
Count me as a believer in LWLG and I’m super excited for what’s coming! I think my history will show this as a once in a lifetime opportunity and I’m so fortunate to have stumbled across LightWave when I did!
Cheers all!
Tcubed.
Thanks proto, I like the way you think! EOM
I’ll get in on this, and this is just for Sunday morning fun / dreaming :)
While a year ago I would have jumped at your price and I thought for sure LWLG were setting up themselves up for a buyout, my speculative mind has changed.
Since June, 2020 when Dr Lebby started using the word additive, I now see his (their) true genius and vision. I think some deals will be made in the mode of companies transitioning and using LWLG tech along with current technology. This allows for some more real life testing of LWLG tech and a gradual transition before it is truly deemed the next node! It’s seems to be a perfect and reasonably safe avenue for companies ( big and small ) to follow.
Soooo, I would put LWLG tech worth a minimum of $60 a share and likely much more if allowed to grow organically without a buyout.
All IMHO and in fun,
It looks like we are in for an interesting fall/winter :)
Cheers all,
Tcubed
Thanks proto for your unfettered support, knowledge and enthusiasm for LWLG over the years.
I know the future is bright but like most here I just want it to happen yesterday already :) Our time is near!

One of the new Awards at the ECOC 2020 in December is 'Data Centre Innovation/Best Product'.
https://www.ecocexhibition.com
I'm dreaming that LightWave comes through for us in the next month and we win that award, lol and sigh!
I look at it like the fuse has been lit and every day that passes gets us closer to ignition. I think we just all wish the fuse was much shorter than its proved to be, lol.
Cheers and good luck to us all for the rest of this year and 2021. Our day is coming!!!
tcubed
Sounds great! Thanks for the ongoing positivity.
Cheers,
tcubed
Well this was an interesting day :)
Good luck to all of us and may good things lay ahead!

In my opinion I think these Investor presentations are just seen as a distraction by LightWave to keep us shareholders occupied while they work away in the lab and hopefully a lead up to signing deals or maybe a buyout for many many many dollars :)
It never appears that anything earth shattering comes of these presentations except the odd nugget of info that Jim spills and bringing in a few more shareholders has really never done anything longterm to the share price. Most are here for what we hope is a substantial gain and that will only come with great to awesome news and hopefully that day is soon!
I'm sensing increasing tension on this message board lately. Feels like a spring that keeps getting wound tighter and tighter. Hopefully that all goes away with some substantial news you all so richly deserve!
Cheers

I'm hopeful as well.
I've been invested here for a long time as I figure the risk was worth the price of admission. There's been some decent trading lately (comparatively speaking) with an increase of share price so let's hope that is a sign of good things to come.
Cheers,

Fabrication process of polymer based photonic apparatus and the apparatus
Patent number: 10754093
Abstract: A method of fabricating polymer modulators includes forming an insulating layer on a platform and depositing and patterning a ground electrode on the insulating layer. A bottom polymer cladding layer, a first blocking layer, a polymer core layer, a second blocking layer, and a top polymer cladding layer are deposited in order. A third blocking layer is deposited on the top cladding layer and patterned to define vias which are used to etch ground openings through the top polymer cladding layer, the second blocking layer, the core layer, the first blocking layer, and the bottom cladding layer to the ground electrode. The openings are filled with electrically conductive material from electrical communication with the ground electrode to a surface of the top polymer cladding layer. The third blocking layer is removed and electrical contacts are formed on the top polymer cladding layer in electrical communication with the electrically conductive material.

Thanks, thats great news about the Transfer Agent. It's nice to see a heartbeat after this lengthy quiet period.
2021 has to better than 2020, let's hope MMTC is part of that!
Cheers,
tcubed
I see what you see, I think. lol
I'm no expert but my take was this could be looked at more as complimentary technology to Data Center operations just as LWLG additive technology would be, both do very different things but both have the potential to add significant speed and much lower power to their particular function, which is different.
LWLG is just ready now or very soon :) So Data Centres will get a big jump in power savings and speed in the near future thanks to LWLG. If the chips mentioned in the article come to fruition down the road, they could offer more power savings and speed benefits to Data Centers while performing a different function.
We see the article talk about power savings and we panic but a Data Center is made up of many interacting components all playing a particular role and I'm sure there is room for marked improvements in all or some of those in regards to speed, power, etc but hopefully none more important or as revolutionary as LWLG!
I could be talking out my a$$ but that's just how I read it.
I look forward to the input of the ihub board techies :)
Cheers

Good volume this week relative to trading over the last couple of years.
Still here, still hoping and believing!

Tough to argue we (shareholders of LWLG) haven't gotten our moneys worth yet from MZ but I'm optimistic moving forward based on Dr Lebby's comments about MZ in the ASM presentation and those of Herman Sleegers from Walters post ( https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=155716236 ). Seems like there's a plan in place. Maybe they were brought on too early or maybe that was part of the plan but I'm hoping all of our hopes and dreams for LightWave Logic come true in 2020 and just maybe MZ plays a role :)
Cheers

I agree,
Brad Booth from Microsoft at 59:15 was interesting. Re large scale data centres...paraphrasing, 'It's not just the cost of the materials, it really is now actually becoming now the cost of the power'. Seems the power that current and upcoming speeds demand is preventing them from growing large scale data centres to the scale that they would like and forcing them to build more data centres which is what they don't want to do!
That seems to have LightWave Logic written all over it as a solution :)
Thanks walterc,
It appears all the ducks are lining up for LWLG and the future is incredibly bright :)

Interesting! Yahoo Premium Finance has updated to having 2 related documents now on the LWLG page.
One for a price target of $89 and one for $35. Sure is nice to dream , lol!!!
I would love to confirm if they are LWLG related and what they say?

I tried but being in Canada it appears Yahoo Premium is not to be available to me.
Hopefully someone else accesses the report and of course subsequently shares that information, lol! It would just be interesting too see what it's all about.
Good luck all!
tcubed
Thanks Jeunke22, I agee with your synopsis.
I think this was a great presentation and hints at a very bright future.I don't know of any other companies touting this technology but they may exist. I continue to be impressed every time Dr Michael Lebby speaks and it reinforces my decision to invest in LWLG! It's an unusual time thanks to Covid 19 but i see a bright future once the clouds clear!
Cheers,
tcubed
I really do hope so and it kinda feels like something it going to happen. Been a long trek but I have always had confidence in the company and the technology.
It's been a nice week and I hope it keeps up!
Thanks

I still hold my shares and will till the end, whatever and whenever that may be?
I check in to this forum periodically and will hold my shares till success or the company and idea have long faded away. This was always high risk but I still believe in the product and the people behind it so I wait patiently :) I do wish they would provide more news to shareholders, update the website and become current but all will be forgiven if they hit a home run!
Good luck to all in 2020!

LightWave website appears to be down again.
I fantasize that one day this happens because we have been bought out for a lot of money and they have been asked to take the site down. Ahhh to dream!!!!
Someday soon we will wake to something good!

Thanks for all the info prototype_101.
I think the near future is very bright! Every trading day brings excitement and then a little disappointment by end of day, lol. I think most everyone here will someday soon be celebrating the accomplishments and subsequent nice rise in the share price. Might even have everyone here finally getting along :)
Being such a late comer to LWLG, I see Dr LEBBY as the face of the company and I think we're in good hands.
Cheers all,
tcubed
I believe Dr Lebby said at the ASM that they were going to all meet up sometime this summer but did not provide any more specific details.
Cheers,
tcubed
I'm a newbie here compared to all of you but I just think there's going to be a 'wow' moment sometime soon, out of the blue! (the definition of soon is in question however, lol)
I can't comment on the past but when a company (especially Lebby) is so good at securing patents and protecting IP, I imagine it's all part of a structured business plan to optimize the value of the company. I would think unofficial discussions have been had and that LWLG is holding out for the true value of what they have developed. At a certain point it's going to be must have for someone and price won't matter. I think that day is very soon. While I thought at one time they were looking to at least start the sales process as a way of increasing company value, it appears that opportunity may have already existed but not taken as of yet... so maybe that is not one of the game plan options.
Time plus lack of information always leads to anxiety and rightfully so but in reading and listening to the interviews, ASM's and releases this past year, from my newcomer perspective, it sure looks like game time is approaching. Of course some of you may have said the same thing over the years :)
While sometimes leaks of info lead to run up in share price prior to a deal I have seen the opposite lately with a company in Canada (unrelated to tech) where the price jumped nicely out of the blue on a private buyout without any indication in the stock price before the deal wan announced.
All the best to everyone who has waited this out.
tcubed
Thanks prototype_101
tcubed
I agree. The potential is unlimited! A buyout is short term gratification but the other way has incredible long term potential.
I think that's why many of us see an offer in the near future but it's not to say they have to accept it! I'm assuming insiders own the majority of shares and control the destiny of the company.
I'm excited to see the next news that comes out and hopefully soon!
Cheers all,
tcubed
Thanks prototype, I appreciate all your efforts on this board!
The more I read, the more interviews I listen to, the more DD I conduct, the more excited I become about the near and long term potential of LWLG (If they are not bought out).
I know there are many here that have been around wayyy longer than me but I feel lucky to have stumbled across this company last year. I'm already a big fan of Dr LEBBY and I think very good things are on the horizon for us in 2019. I now own a modest amount of shares and always looking to add more.
Cheers all,
tcubed
Nicely said!
This week would sure be sweet for lift off, lol! I'm confident good things are on the horizon and when that day comes I think I will get a Dr. Micheal LEBBY bobble head and proudly display it on my mantle :)
Every trading day brings us one day closer to the promised land!!!
Cheers all,
tcubed
I'm looking at the stoppage of the quarterly shareholder newsletter as a good thing myself but I'm an optimist!
It appeared to me that it was filler to keep shareholders informed and occupied while they were busy behind the scenes. I got the impression from the watching the last ASM presentation that Dr Lebby and team know how passionate the shareholder base is (kudos and thanks to many of you on here). Much like the development of the technology has compounded quite nicely, so has the impatience of the shareholders and understandably so!
All that to say is, I don't think they would cancel the newsletter without the intention of providing impactful news in the short term knowing how important the newsletter and regular updates were to all of us!!!
Hoping this is the case anyway.
Cheers all,
tcubed

Comments and Question
Hello all, I'm really appreciating the info sharing and discussions on this board. I've only started investing in LightWave since last year so I can't put myself in the shoes of what most of you have experienced and the patience it must have required over the years. The history of LightWave actually revives some hope in me of another investment that I've been in since 2009 where I'm patiently waiting for the tech to develop. Although i understand the risks, I was really really naive to the length of time some of these start ups take I guess!
I'm really excited for the potential and possibilities of LWLG but temper it with a dose of healthy skepticism until sales, partnership or takeover or the tech is not what we think it is and the lights go out.
As some here have mentioned, it seems to me that this is not a linear process and much is likely happening behind the scenes both development and business wise.
Now to the question, if a company makes a takeover bid, does it have to be made public right away? I'm assuming yes but couldn't find an obvious answer in my search. I'm one who believes if LightWave has what is being discussed then it's a prime target for a takeover but hopefully with a very healthy gain for the shareholders with maybe even a bidding war ensuing. (To dream!!!!)
Thanks and sorry for the late night jabbering.
