OK, I got it next time. Buy shares the day you start posting more than two times. Wait one week and sell to make a killing. Thank for the inside LGL.
Call Gary Z and find out what the wait is or just call Joe yourself.
BDGR's chicken's are coming home to roost.
Gary needs you to help him with the financials. How about it.
Sounds like a turncoat to me.
Does BDGR have leases in the Shanksville Shale?
I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.
Either spit it out or shut up. Freakin pumper.
What are hearing down there?
My suggestion is to leave Summit alone. I received the same statement from Ben and it seems he is sticking to it.
Are you Joe's nephew.
Tommy Boy
Joe wants to talk to about your rambling.
I herd Keiser Sose come cleen howse
Hey TommyBoy
Why have you been so active lately. What are you up to?
Now that is funny.
If this deal goes south.
There is more to lose here than money!
No one has picked up the last PR on the newswire. Someone call Frohling and tell him to get it right next time.
Thank you for your questions concerning our involvement with Black Dragon Resources. I can understand your interest in hearing from us to confirm the information contained in the recent press release. Since the company is publicly traded, we can only tell you what is generally public information. That said, I can confirm the following:
1. The press release confirming the involvement of Summit Resource Management, Inc. is correct. As you can see from our web site (www.summitrm.com), we do have a wealth of experience in management of oil and gas assets, both with major oil companies and smaller independents.
2. John Martineck and I are not employees of BDGR nor are we working for the company now. We were brought into this transaction by the outside funding group who recognized the value of the company’s latent assets and insisted that experienced professional management run the future direction of the investments. According to the terms mentioned in the press release, we will take over management of the assets once the funding is in place. The current management must be completely out before the new funding can be implemented.
3. We are now working on the business plan for the disposition of the significant new funding. That work is ongoing.
4. It is our understanding that there has, in fact, been a letter of intent signed between Black Dragon and the new funding group. The finalization of the deal will require several additional steps, and we are working on those now. We wouldn’t spend our time and effort on this project if we did not believe that there was a good probability of accomplishing the stated objectives.
5. We will try to encourage the existing management of Black Dragon to release information to the shareholders as it is available.
Thank you for your time. As you can imagine, we are extremely busy working through the details of this project and we don’t have time to speak to each shareholder individually. I hope this email has helped answer your questions.

Wolfpack99 is an idiot. Have you spoken with him. He has no pull and presents himself as a go to guy to help shareholders. I believe he was the point man for Mike Ellis's disaster. By talking about all of this you are making it worse.
No Trouble
I just laugh at the stupidity. Why don't all of you write a letter to Joe and telling him what you are up to. Your code is not rocket science. If I were you I would relax and wait. I think my first post speaks for itself and some of the replies who agree.
The Day the Earth Stood Still
Lighten up Francis.

Gary told me your a regular at the office. He gave me your real name and I did a back ground check. Wow, you did some heavy time. I am surprised they were so easy on your sentence.

When I read this board I am remembered of this Jack*** giving away the 101st airborne's position during the gulf invasion.
I say again.
No Audit, No meeting, only jail time. My suggestion is that all of you stop posting until things are settled. There are too many poster who do not know what is going on. Your posting is irresponsible, especially, LGL8054, WolfPack99, upabuckandout and dragonman.
