I haven't been keeping up recently with comments on this site . . . but I was curious if "Team Rufus", who so vehemently defended his actions, have had any comments since the sentencing. Do they still believe he had nothing but good intentions? They were loyal to the core and along the way they totally disregarded every scrap of evidence that indicated Rufus was anything but a saint . . . I guess I was just wondering if they still think he had their best interests at heart.

I'm curious to know if Gails aka Griff, H20, Duke aka One & Only, River Rider and the rest of that gang are all still standing behind Rufus and thinking that their stock certificates have value and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel . . .

If I had to guess, Rufus is pissed about a lot of stuff . . . including 23 years behind bars! Did he get credit for time served while awaiting sentencing?

It would seem that the reverse of the idiom "too little, too late" might aptly apply in this case!

Instead of offering a proper defense at trial these idiots have decided to enter countless details and documents after the fact! How stupid is that?

Rufus's style of talking in rhymes, riddles and musical stanzas might have been successful in convincing the "true believers" of their innocence, but it just doesn't fly in Federal Court. To quote Gomer Pyle: "Surprise, Surprise, Surprise"

OK, I must admit that I'm totally confused as to who, what or where . . .

The message I'm getting is that we are waiting for "the other shoe to drop", so to speak. I can't even figure out who's supposedly holding the shoe!

h2o . . . in the civil case brought by the SEC I don't think Rufus did anything to show the court he had good intentions. To the best of my knowledge he did nothing to defend the company.

During the most recent trial he was limited by the time-line of the charges against him. That wasn't some conspiracy, that is just how the legal system works.

If Rufus had all this information and knowledge of wrongdoing by others why didn't he address these issues legally on behalf of CSHD?

Well h20, all I can say is this . . . I lost money, I did listen to Rufus and . . . . . . . I can't seem to make heads or tails out of the stuff you write. I mean no offense. I know your intentions are 100% sincere. I simply have no idea what you are saying. You seem to suggest that there is some big revelation coming . . . and Duke and Gails are paddling in the same boat along with you. As nice as it would be to see a resurrection of CSHD, I seriously doubt that you are correct in your supposition . I guess time will tell.

This stock was a scam. There is no money. There will NOT be a miraculous reincarnation of this stock despite what Gails claims. The only real reason to "watch and wait" is to see what the court decides about sentencing.

*In reality, Rufus is a small-time con running a Penny Stock scam.
*Another reality is that most everyone who purchased CSHD was a "believer" at some point.
*Most of us eventually overcame denial . . . some found this a very difficult challenge but commonsense prevailed . . . the "faithful" are still hanging on
*Rufus didn't act alone . . . but he was the "big mouth" and his arrogance made him a target.

For a very long time Rufus's supporters talked among themselves on the "other board" where we were not welcome.
