I say otherwise, how did you become the admin for this group, stop defending him, people will always set their bid price lower and ask prices will be reduced to accomodate so that they can get rid of the stock. I think your a Wolf in Sheep's clothing covering for Philips.
definitely not..
ok garygary it had nothing to do with MM's; if there wasn't enough demand then it wouldn't have pushed back down it was bullish and then bearish, anyone who buys this stock for the short term will want to buy it below the ask and vice versa for the sellers. Understand how it works, the news came out, people got excited it pushed up then people came to there senses, and the day traders seeing the history of the stock got out so sure there was lot's of volume but in the end the stock still isn't that appealing for the long run.
who cares even if there was a filing, it might return it to current information which means we took a little long to BS the report. This company is always late, who knows the next report might say they went bankrupt in February
also if you look at the candle setup, the stock is poised for a downward trend. the demand is far greater for short sellers.
If you ask me he put out the stock to pump it up, now that they are able to sell their shares, they will sell whatever they can at whichever price to make some more money screwing other people out of money. just a theory though.
why is it that some of the posts I put up are deleted when there is nothing wrong with them and just have valid points in them?
I agree with Seanac28 and I-Man they are completely right, I have a feeling that he realized his wrongdoing and knows he's been caught red-handed so all of a sudden he's taking steps to answer a few questions to say that he was keeping his investors informed. I have the same feeling a reverse split again to justify to the merger to only further dillute the company.
just something to ponder they had numerous press releases stating sales in the millions furthermore the months after only declared that sales were doubled if not trippled from what I recall they had a $1 million dollar day or some absurd amount, something which would be crazy especially for a company of their size to handle, even mid-size corps dream of such sales days.
so all of these sales where did they go, how can they not be making a profit, when Dunkin Donuts or Tim Hortons can make such a vast sum of money with all of their operating costs by selling $2 confections.
Thanks couldn't have said it any better myself :)
well your opinion means nothing especially when we're invested at much higher prices, I came in at 11 cents so still not as bad as the guys at $1, but you don't have much to lose, 2 cents is what it is at now so your not losing anything, I think you feel that bad press on this site will make it go down further.
I'll be honest with you it won't make a difference but if this was a scam then I would hope that other people could save there hard earned money and not get put in the same boat as us.
* what winner do we have? We don't own a company who manufactures the rebuilder, do you not understand we own no part of that company anymore, his family will own full ownership of that company all we're going to be left with is a company who from what I can understand sell the item?
It's like a store who makes gold, and there's an individual who buys the gold from this renowned store and resells it, why would you buy from that individual why not buy direct, there's no difference.
don't start twisting words buddy, I said it is most likely that there was some foul play because if he really wanted the profits to go somewhere then he would just have given us dividends that way the profit could go to the shareholders, did you notice how they were saying rebuilder medical would remain the company who would make the products and american med tech would sell them why are both still selling them.
I think you need to realize that we've most likely been duped. In regards to the statement there's no basis for a lawsuit that was not a slanderous remark, rather it was a hypothesis, so don't go and start trouble, if Phillips has a problem then we all know he's on this site why doesn't he clarify something.
How would it be slander? I'm just putting hypothetical possibilities out there.
btw I just read past posts of yours and you seem to believe alot in him. Why do you believe in him so much when it's so apparent that something is going on.
Do you really believe that out of 151 shareholders there's going to be significant naked short selling going on, and with all those millions of dollars in sales and a quarterly report with $0 in sales that the company is doing well.
Remember I'm invested in the company too, as almost everybody else on here and we have a right to know what the company is doing.
That's pretty much the best way to put it, if he was an honest CEO, he would have just given dividends based on the profits. Your exactly right, since his family owns the business, he will keep the business, no loss to them, who's going to want to invest in a company that does nothing?
It seems like a hoax, all this money put into the business, they keep the investments, they really didn't have to sell anything, they're profits could have purely been based on what individual investors put in. They keep that money then later on they can say the business failed.
Right?
let me know what they say I'm with TD Waterhouse, I believe the change should be automatic let me know if they have anything different to say?
I don't own that much share volume about 60,000 shares, this is complete BS, I think we should determine what legal recourse we have if any? This company is not doing anything, they basically are shifting ownership, once they have the ability to sell their shares they will dillute it all.
If anything they would do a reverse split, and sell their ownership, bsaically they have less shares to sell, on the PR's the stock looks great, looks like it's a must buy and it still is worth something, once people buy it will just become sub penny. I mean cmon from over $1 to 0.02 and you know where it's on it's way, btw what naked short sellers, that isn't an excuse for a small cap company like this, I belive there are only 151 shareholders anyways.
I agree, it seems like he had a fight with himself and this is complete BS. Was this even legal? I mean none of this was disclosed.
This was a complete scam, I still have a real investment of about $4000 in the stock, which I'm pretty sure I've lost now. Do you we have any legal recourse?
I believe that's because finance.yahoo.com; isn't showing that the quarterly report is in, rather just a pr news article.
