NuviPhone or IPhone?
With the slowdown and eventual decline of the ipod sales and the price of aapl shares going from $80 to $200 and now current price of $135 base on the iphone hype, has anyone bothered to ask at&t sales rep how well the iphone is currently selling? I don't see the iphone as a must have and the use of only touch screen as rather cumbersome and annoying. Has people with iphone found that to be the case? Would you want the Nuviphone from garmin or iphone?
That was me on ARC for 100K trying to sellout my shares so I can get out of this SHENANIGAN stock and company. Someone please buy up my shares. Those MMs are selling theirs out instead of mine and covering up my price. Time to do some reporting if this continues. Anyone able to sell at the ask price?
I have registered EQUALPOWER.COM. Would you be interested in developing a site for small investors or anyone that has a legitimate fraud case to come together to voice their case? Banding together will hopefully give a voice and enough power to make a difference. This could be use to bring awareness for financial, political, or social abuse cases. Anyone has a feedback on this?
Will JF get smart? JF will be out of a company and a job if he does not wise up. If the price decline by 95% every quarter or every year, soon the stock won't be trading and the company will be out of business. Investors and JF not smart enough to realize this will become extinct.
Happy or Scary Halloween?
How low will the price go? Gmfx is the limbo king right now.
Netflix profit rose when they cut their subscription price. You'll get profit once you get enough subs.
Wouldn't the mere fact that they can sell all their shares and can buy it back at a later date equate to shorting? They still stand to gain if the price drop significantly.
GGI may be the selling short culprit. GGI may stand to benefit by selling all their shares and shorting the stock to push down the price as much as they can because they can always purchase back their shares at a lower price.
Anyone know what the pro rata portion of the warrant GGI is obligated to when they convert the convertible debenture (p.12 on 424B3 10/13/07 sec filing)?
Anyone have the calculation as to what they stand to gain if they were to sell short and the price was to have drop by 90% less the warrants they have to payout? Remember, they can always convert the convertible debenture to purchase their shares back at a lower price.
The SEC need to be made aware of GGI action if they are shorting intentionally for their gain. Its free money for them at the expense of other investors. This can't be legal!
JF wouldn't need a salary if he could turn around the company. He'll be filthy rich like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs just base on the GMFX shares that he owns, if he can succeed in growing the company like they did. No need to Scam JF, just do some thinking or follow the business plan of some of the more successful websites like NetFlix or Amazon. Sue GGI to stop them from dumping shares. Grow your company by making your subscribers happy. Make available good games titles. Do some good advertisement in Gaming magazines and websites. Movies and Games rental are in demand if subscribers are happy with the service. Netflix use to have bad service as well, but improvement their improvement in service would equate to improvement in subcriptions. I see games rental subscriptions out pacing movie rental in the near future if GMFX could do things right. Wouldn't it be something if GMFX can become larger than Netflix? Googles and Apples has shown that it could be done. People just want a good product and service.
I bought an OTCC CYBL that had worse financing than GMFX, but end up doing quite well. The CEO may not be quite smart for doing the financing but at least he is smart enough to know and sue the investment company for intentionally dropping the price by dumping the stocks. I hope JF is smart enough to realize this as well and sue GGI for dumping the stocks and not doing business in good faith. GGI is hurting the company and its investors intentionally by dumping shares and pulling down the stock price and not have the intention of investing in it to help with GMFX with its financing. That's not doing business in good faith. I think investors in GMFX should bring a class action suit against GGI and hopefully they will stop with their shares dumping.
When is the next earning report out for GMFX?
If its a legit cafe business they would not be open only for 7.5 hours a day. They do have to cover their rent?
I guess you can't expect them to have good business concept, if they do, GMFX would not be in a mess like this. What idea will GMFX come up next; close down gameznflix website to do a one year promotion on their Van and open back up their business?
Is that the The SassyLassie Cafe? Who have heard of a eatery business opening only from 7am to 2:30pm?
If aprox. 32 million shares have been traded since Oct 22, and the os shares are suppose to be only 31 millions I wonder if their has been a change in GMFX ownership and management. Any guess or evidence?
Financing for GMFX vs. Sirius radio financing. Both companies issues out billions of shares to finance their company. I think its more important as to what they are doing for the company and how the funds are being used rather than just looking at it as mere dilution of the stock.
GMFX still has a very good shot at growing huge if only they have a new CEO that knows how to execute changes. Just look into the model of other successful online companies such as Netflix, Amazon, XM, and Sirius if the CEO is not competant.
I believe the future of online Gaming is in rental and download. Just like people that believe in the failure of movie rental, Netflix has proven them wrong. The future of gaming is also in rental and I believe that GMFX will eventually comes to their senses and turn around or that other investors such as in Netflix will have enough sense to see the value of the future of online gaming rental as to help GMFX buyout or finance them and turn the company around.
As more and more game titles becomes available I don't see people being more willing to shell out more money in purchasing them. If they want to play all the titles that are available and can't afford to buy them they will have to rent them. Even at purchasing 5 games a year that would equate to $250-$300 a year already. When people can't afford them, they will go the route of rental just as in apartmets and movies.
I guess if JF is a scammer he can't even do that very well. You can only cry wolf so many times for people to believe him. He's not going to get the real big money if he keeps diluting the shares.
You can fool people some of the time, but you can't fool people all of the time.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Is it possible for GMFX to issue more stocks without disclosing this informatioin? Any response for the current os shares amount or for the unusually high trading volume?
7 millions yesterday and over 11 millions shares traded today. Can someone enlighten me as to where all these shares are coming from? I don't see a reason for someone to be churning this stock so who would have have 17 millions shares to dump? Total os shares are only 31 millions or has that change already?
Make top 15 games available all the time should be GMFX strategy. Just concentrate on having large inventory available for just the top 15 games for each consoles and you will have many more happy subscribers. This would lower the cost as well since bad games tend to depreciate in value more and GMFX does not need to bleed more money in purchasing bad games. Excess inventory for the top 15 titles can then be sold off. Gamers want availability of good games not merely more title choices as in movie rental. Would everyone mention this to JF and Moroch advertising agency he's using so that this company can be on the right track!!
Insider trading? Too high volume and too big of a drop in price to be a regular fluctuation. Are more shares being dump out? And who is trading right now? I hope the executives of GMFX is not doing the shorting and dumping out more shares scheme. An investigation by the SEC is in order here.
Seems we are at the mercy of the MMs on this stock. They are not even advertising my bid and ask price. Anyone experiencing similiar problem? Any advice on the best way to put in the price? Which MM should I be using to place my trade?
The MMs may be trying to accumulate the shares they sold off on the previous run up.
Gaming magazine should be the first place to start. Anyone seen Gameznflix AD on a gaming magazine on a regular basis?
The future of GMFX is either in merging with another company or getting bought out. If they can't get it together I'm sure Netflix or Blockbuster would be more than willing to pay a handsome price for gmfx and mind you more capable to run and expand the business than what gmfx can currently.
Merging with Gamefly may be in the near future.
This is the only sensible thing to do in order to gain market shares and prevent Blockbuster and Netflix from dominating. This would also improve gameznflix business and marketing strategy. This would be a good paper to write on if anyone is doing their MBA. Anyone want to suggest this to JF?
Anyone suggesting to buy out Gamefly? If Gameznflix buy out gamefly, it'll be the top games rental website. This purchase will offer free advertisement as well, since all the gaming magazines i'm sure will write an article on this and everyone will know about Gameznflix. I actually think Gamefly has a much better website layout, simple and clean than gameznflix. What price do you think gamefly is worth to purchase?
I've got humble pies to trade for a pie in the sky.
Gameznflix faster rental service? I returned the movie on Thursday and got a new one today (Monday). Seems as good a turn around as Netflix. I might have to cancel my Netflix membership.
Seems the rocket is a dud. What's your take on the very low volume? I am thinking that the fuse has yet to be lit. No more chance to board once the rocket is lit.
What's the reason behind the lack of activities? 100 shares for the first 12 minutes of trading? That's kinda odd. Any explanation?
The insiders can perhaps make a deal with their broker to short the stock if they already own the shares and does not want to disclose their trade.
Maybe that was done here where the stock was pushed down by insiders short selling and are now covering their short. Insiders can only gain by doing this since they owe the stock. They will make money when the price go down and again when the price go back up by covering. They know how to manipulate the stock price just like some MM. We are their puppets. Now that they have made their money from shorting the stock when the price go down, the only way for them to make money now is for the stock to go up. As high as they can get them.
It's so quiet now that I can hear a pin drop. I guess everyone that want in got in and everyone that wanted out got out. Now what?
I thought the MM might try to push down the price to get more shares for themselves, but the price seems to be holding firm. Not many has taken the bait and been scared out. Would it be a good chance to add to position if it continue to drop?
Can the insiders trade the stock without disclosure? Seems the volume traded in the past 3 days of about 9 million shares is a bit high without insider involvement. Any input on who the current players are?
New titles coming out and more consoles sold would mean more subscriptions and profitability for gmfx. There is enough demand out there to take some of the shares from Netflix and BlockBuster. GMFX increasing their games inventory is a positive sign that the company will be expanding and improving on their services. Just as long as the demand for gaming is increasing, gmfx will survive and prosper. If their sevice is trully improving then we should give some encouragement for people to do some free promotion for gmfx. Promote not Bash if you want the company to improve.
31.5 mil shares or 7.6 million shares outstanding is what I'm not clear about. Please post link on where you're getting the info from.
Pre Split 8 bil times .0003 that would come out to about $2.4 millions and the current cap would be 31.5 mil shares times .05 equal $1.55 millions or would it be 7.6 million shares times .05 which would mean the market cap is 380K.
Byrtex had said the market cap just before the pre split was $2 mil. Why can't we agree on the numbers and where are we getting the numbers from?
What's the highest market cap that gamznflix had reach? Over $3 billion before the reverse split? Since there would be 31 billion shares outstanding and the price had reached .1 which would mean the market cap is higher than the current market cap of Netflix. Can someone clarify?
Would the the current market cap then mean it is 31.6 million shares outstanding times .055 equal $1.738 millions?
Market Cap 350K divided by .05 equal approx 7 million shares. Where is people getting the 140 million shares outstanding from?
