Sooner or later? What is the scheduled date
These metrics lose some utility when this thing might be shorted greater than 100% of outstanding shares
This could really end up blowing up in their faces. Got my popped corn ready
I am not familiar with the corvus gold sale but did some googling and quick math. Hycroft is multiple times bigger than corvus in both resources and land package.
Corvus is about 9000 hectares and Hycroft is about 29,000
Corvus had about 2.25 million gold eq oz in measured and indicated. Hycroft has 15.3 million!
I didn't easily come across grade info.... But if corvus got 370 million for 80.5 of the shares remaining than they got much more than the $30 per oz rule of thumb. Package size matters immensely and Hycroft has the potential for scale. At least 7x size of corvus.
The first Majestic deal was cash plus warrants which I didn't count so the price was a bit higher. I do believe it's best to treat Hycroft as an exploration company at the moment. All of the variables make valuing Hycroft difficult but I think 5 a share is a good rule of thumb using 30 dollars per oz for M&I resources.
In 2021 First Majestic bought Jerritt Canyon Mine (200 miles east of Hycroft) for $470 million dollars. For that price First Majestic bought 31,000 hectare package with 1.9M Au eq oz in all categories of reserves. Hycroft DWARFS Jerritt Canyon. A slightly smaller land package of 28,000 hectares but 15.3 MILLION Au eq oz in just the Measured and Indicated reserve category. The Hycroft reserves represent only 2% of the land package. So this is beast that needs someone with deep pockets to exploit. This should sell for over $400 million just for the land. If considering the resources...about $3.8 billion (using Jerritt as a recent sale). This is $64 per share! Even 10% of this is another 300% gain from here ...at least.
You get it!
You should be... Sure beats hymc
Anyone active on here. AYA is poised to explode... Thinking they get bought out soon.
Merry Christmas Lehman believers!
12 yr extension approved!!!

Mexican President intervening on behalf of Fortuna at request of workers and Mayor.
Agree. It will take a few years for sure... But I think the project is pretty well de risked and the right management team is in place.
Took advantage of the low prices to double my position. Happy to wait for several years for this.
Same here!
I don't see any real change from before. For me this was a 3-5 year process. I am accumulating shares here and in maybe 5 years or so it will be worth 10x +
What is the major impediment to getting the assessment approved? Tribal buy in, environmental, something else.
My understanding is that while this is a big project nothing no aspects are more ambitious than other already approved projects. Even the dewatering is smaller than what has been approved in the past. What am I missing?
3 & 6 month press release out today

In TDAmeritrade as well
I also sent in my info on 22 July and no response.
Great reference.... Got my lehman lotto and just waiting for justice.
Email sent adding my CTs!
I've been lurking but can jump on all of these.
Can someone post the cusips of the capital trusts and prefered shares that are no longer trading. I've got an account full of cusips that are not llhmq and lehlq
I been in First Majestic for about 7 years.... So I tend to pay attention to what Keith Neumeyer is up to.
I first heard of it several years ago through first majestic. I bought my first shares within the last 6 months and tripled my holding yesterday ahead of the treasury metals distribution
Exactly why I've been accumulating. Not enough shares yet but this stock is my best chance at becoming a millionaire 5 years from now.
Same as, I recieved via TDA
TDA responded to me and said they have not received notice of any intent for the cts to be called.
I think this would be the easiest way to bring these current. Fingers crossed we get 13 years of back dividends and then going forward knowing that we get full face value.
Imagine these roaring back to life?
I held a bit of everything including commons.
Good to be. This message from TDA out of the blue got my attention. Still holding strong. Those gme folks have nothing on us. Holding since 2008-2009 and waiting to get paid!
No communication for a decade and now this! Odd right?
Anyone with TDA about their Lehman preferred trust holding?
We recently reviewed the exchange-traded note (ETN) position(s) and/or preferred stock position(s) held in your account(s) and wanted to ensure you're aware that redemption features exist for the security(ies) listed at the bottom of this message. If you've recently liquidated this position(s), please disregard this message. The issuer(s) could call the below-listed position(s) prior to maturity, an action also known as an "accelerated redemption," and return the current value of the ETN and/or preferred stock position(s) to you, minus the issuer's fees. If the ETN(s) was purchased through TD Ameritrade, your confirmation may not have included this information due to a gap in our data source. This information is derived from the prospectus that would have been available to you from the issuer, as well as other sources, at the time of purchase.
Yep that's me. Still holding but really only check in about once a year! Kinda insane that 12 years later and you all are still here and bits of lehman live on.
Anyone know if any of the Lehman preferred or capital Trusts are covered under the libor settlement?
More than 5 days have passed since the shutdown. The FTC's deadline has passed... Something is happening in the courts we just don't know how it will be resolved. You would think that the ftc has bigger fish to fry than block this merger.
