Hello all, i haven't written on a public mboard in three years. But, today, as i went out to purchase goods for dinner, the radio in my car was rambling as usual, until it got my attention...
Note: I live in Montreal, i'm french speaking, i listen to radio in french, and there was this guy talking on an economic panel about some Joe called Como, i think or Comeau, don't know, but this guy was saying that the above Comeau is the son of an ex New Yrok governor and that he is going on a cruisade against these banks, Deutch Bank, Credit Suisse, A French bank, a total of yeah, 7 or 8 banks that were hiring badly paid CDO, COI and whatever other products analyst from guys like Moody,s to have them create bundles of bad grades assets for resale at prices that would qualify as grade A+ packages. Then he mentionned Goldman and it's policy of shorting on those same products they were creating... Imagine that...
I always believed in RPH's forthseeing, but i still can't say if he was part of the solution or the problem.
Bashpolice
we'll see what the 44 000ish pages reveal...
Ha ha ha, finally.
What's up???????????????????????
Hey Masta, what's up? Got any news from the other boards?
Send me your identity and your employer's identity and i'll show you the proof.
It IS happening
IMO the only reason for this to be so long is this.
Getting the DTC/DTCC to sort and identify ALL trades on the stock since maybe june 06, pulling the records in a way...
where is the SEC?
THX MASTA!
Anybody knows where RPH has gone.
No more Board it seems...
Why do you argue with the guy, he can barely write.
He had me fooled with the week break. I answered YES, i figured it was for the CSHDTRUST update, with news and maybe CERT pre-recall infos, so, tell him Meandme wants back please...
That's what i tought when he banned me.
You think harris will update his site during this week?
Mastaflash, what's up with CSHD?
Has anyone contacted the SEC?
I think it's time to make a folder for the SEC on what happened here in the last year. Can't accept to be tcheated out of my money to see Mr.Love buy himself a nice little company and then read from him that "JMCP Acquisitions Corp. currently has ongoing relations with the publicly held James Monroe Capital Corp. and it's shareholders. This relationship should prove fruitful for both the shareholders and the corporations."
Wich seems to me like more BS.
Send me your docs at
mon-pool@hotmail.com
please.
Guess it's over then?
Travis Larson, spokesman for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, said the SEC has addressed the issue and any state law dealing with short selling would likely run counter to current federal regulations.
Hahahahahaha
1 post, on my way.
Yesterday i reread this thread from july to sept.
When all these teams had failed up to Sept 28, the stock started it's second big rise, up to 4$, that's when thay had to call for their biggest ally IMO, THE SEC, to put on the biggest bash: THE HALT, and then the grey's, to bring it back to sub-short levels. If that is not the single biggest help you can give THE RING, there is none. IMO.
Coincidences?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Like "Déjà Vu!"
There is a bigger picture, just trying to see it!
Could be wrong, must be wrong but, it's become a brainstorm, after all.
That is why any opponent of the U.S. banks league (Dexia, Deutshe Bank)would of financed WAATLE, to strangle these big players with the short squeeze of the century. And they could of short-selled on THEM, for big monies. That is why the SEC is "maybe, somehow" protecting, the U.S. players and the U.S. market from a finance melt-down... It could explain it all...
IMO of course, these are only thoughts.
You think RPH and his partners shorted the crap outta TDameritrade, Scottrade, Schwabb and co.???
Kind of a "2 step ahead" move?
I would of been logical.
IMO.
Let's put this another way:
Shell creation (TEXAS)
Shell Financing (HEDGE FUNDS)
Shell Pumping (HAHAHA)
Shell's share selling(overselling)(ALL THE ABOVE)
Shell on the grey (SEC)
Shell burying.(TIME)
You telling us it's the shell that is the problem?
It's always the same players, DUH, That odd!
OOOPS, my posts are only my crazyman's imagination overflowing.
Are you trying built caracter for what's coming to you?
So let me guess...
You and your buddies pump for someone to dump?
HAAAAAhhahahahahah
I made money on this stock!
But i'm damn sure you shorted it.
Did you short-sell or not?
Helped by MN1, Stockwatch, HSM, IHUB, Ameritrade, E-trade, AJW, Scottrade, SCHWABB, and all...
UH OH! RICO RICO!
IMO of course!
Simple questions JJ. Did you short sell the stock after (first pumping the crap of it)then sell your position? And did it "coincide" with you having that revelation? Did it "coincide" with the moment you started talking against the stock?
DUHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Masta, thumbs up for enduring these 18 years old pimple faces trying to talk bigshot broker language! LOL!
Don't waste your time on this forum, go really public. Ask to testify in MN1's case...
I think it's not related to CSHD, But the Texas 100 episode is starting to unravel. Next will be the pennystocks forums.
