Update: had shoulder surgery (rotator cluff) Friday before Thanksgiving. Back to work this Monday, on the follow up visit Tuesday, surgeon stated he took stem cells from my own bone marrow and transplanted them into the damaged areas.

Having done so, he stated I will have a 2000K percent faster recovery time!! I guess he was right, modern medicine is coming around. However, the surgery was over 40K for 20 minutes of the doctors time. Out of pocket was a little over 7K!! it's going to be a slim Christmas haha.
