Tsunami is created when a large volume of a body of water, such as an ocean, is rapidly displaced.
Share Tsunami is created when a large volume of shares is rapidly surged into the market, and consequently destroy all shareholder value.
Thank you kindly, tyring to get on the board, I will now update
Looks like the new Promoters are being paid with unregistered shares (IMO), it would be wise to hold them for a six month holding period, or they me be subjected to criminal charges
Vinny gave himself a 400 million share bonus that he was offering for 12K, negated on a previous agreement with Jim to RM with Global and went with a share print outfit instead. As he added common shares to the company name, one is to assume there are prefered that did not RS. Let me know if you want his phone number
All my opinion (STAY TUNED)
New here, looking to get updated info in the I-box shortly, but thanks for the heads up
OUCH, they may have to sell more shares to pay the court costs
I will say you are one cool cat, Ride the wave, but look out for the tsunami of shares nipping at your board!
I suggest you take any profits you can and run for them hills, this company has a history of printing shares at will
Leaves very little to be spread amongst shareholders
Now at least we can agree on one thing brother!
There never was an intention of any sort of "BUY BACK", a simple audit will prove they never had the necessary funds to buy a single share back (lies tell me lies tell me sweet little lies)
STAY TUNED
I would run before dilution hits (and it will), this company is known to falsify Press (proven in the past) to lead sheep to the slaughter house
LMAO YOU ROCK, Go Vince Go
Maybe Vince is buying back the shares (LMAO)
Wait for the Dilution IMO it is coming near (they will wait to tell some lame story about a "NEW" venture, and before you know it bam bag holder)
To take advantage of the kind shareholders
Total authorized unlimited WOW Can anyone say dilution?
This is highly illegal and easily detected by the necessary authorities (I mean who would pay more in commission then the trade is worth, only someone trying to create an illusion) IMO
500 shares at 0.009 a total of $4.50, which IMO is such a blatant act of a wash trade to give the illusion of a price increase (very unlawful Scott)
Stay Tuned
IMO the reason behind that is to shelter the truth about a new issuance (DILUTION DILUTION) )
As for the business taking place, IMO it will be riddled with empty promises, misleading press and dilution to lead the sheep to the slaughter house (MARK THIS POST)
Stay Tuned SW
About as true as the BUY BACK, or anything stated by this convoluted company
Likely to cost more extracting it then it is actually worth
Such promising news and the price goes down, it appears the market is not buying such claims, care to share your thoughts?
Dale Baeten, Investor Relations Any idea who performed the 43-101, as well could you provide the qualifications of the geologist who provided it?
Dale Baeten, Investor Relations Any idea who performed the 43-101, as well could you provide the qualifications of the geologist who provided it?
All sells today, no one will buy this story (IMO), as the management have demonstrated to be untrusting
Quite prudent decision, IMO there was never anything but a story here concocted by Vinnie and Scott Wilding.
This will be 0001 in no time (IMO)
Whatever happened to that BUY BACK pledge, should the company not be held accountable for putting out ambiguous information (that could easily be confirmed, did they even have the money to execute such a embellished undertaking: unlikely IMO)
Yes you want to be careful of any company Mr. Scott is an affiliate too, high risk for delist IMO
The bid is getting hit hard today, .0001 in the near term. I would wait till then to buy and hope for a "dead cat bounce", although with a limitless amount of shares against you that is not very likely

Thanks to our technology, SuperWire offers clients the opportunity to advertise to both the Business and Recreational Traveler. If your business or service is looking to reach the third largest industry in America, we have developed technology allowing an advertiser the ability to reach travelers with their advertising campaign on a Local, Regional and National level.
The advantage to Hotel Cable Television Advertising is that it can reach specific Designated Marketing Areas (DMA’s) inside of Local, Regional and National markets. We have the ability to offer advertising on channels such as CNN, ESPN, A&E, Discovery, Fox News, Fox Sports, Lifetime, TBS, TNT, USA, TLC, Asian, Telemundo, HGTV and many more to its clients on a Local, Regional and National basis directly inside of the hotel room. This is not a “hotel information channel”, the commercial advertising is imbedded into the network feed, allowing the traveler to see a commercial advertisement on the same Network they would watch at home.
National Statistics show that a typical Business Traveler remains in their hotel rooms 73% of the time. They are usually male (68%) in the age group of 35-54. Most business travelers hold professional or management positions with a medium income averaging over $70,000 a year. 40% of business travelers spend one night, 25% two nights and 35% spend three nights or more. The Industry is the nations third largest in revenue at $122.7 Billion in 2006. According to Smith Travel research the average room rate was $90.88 in 2005, with a national occupancy rate of 63.1%. 48% of all travelers are Business travelers.
National Statistics show that the Leisure travelers make up the largest segment of Hotel guests on a national basis (52%). 54% of leisure travelers are two adults, ages 35-54. 41% of all leisure travelers average $75,400+ in income a year. The typical leisure traveler travels by auto (74%), makes reservations (85%) and pays $94 per room per night. 45% of leisure travelers spend one night, 28% spend two nights and 27% stay three or more nights.
Individual states' departments of tourism are projected to spend $667 million for development and promotions in travel and tourism in 2005-2006. The United States also receives a larger share of world international tourism than any other country. In 2005 spending on travel totaled $82 billion, excluding passenger’s fares. In 2005 the U.S. share was 12.1%
The average traveler’s television inside of a hotel is on 3.4 hours a day. They do not have access to a DVR or TIVO; they actually have to watch the commercials. They are affluent viewers with a limited channel line-up. This medium provides an advertiser to reach more people than they could in a standard cable system. This is because the audience they are reaching is constantly changing. These individuals are limited in proximity and are usually in constant view of a television.
In a technologically driven industry, SuperWire is leading other Advertising media companies in innovation and new market growth. SuperWire is the advertising company of the future; we would like to include your company today.

Finally, advertisers can reach the largest number of targeted eyes.
Superwire can reach specific Designated Marketing Areas (DMAs) inside of local, regional and national markets with this new proprietary technology. Our low cost, easy to install. system is placed not just within the exact demographic but inside of facilities within that demographic. Superwire has the ability to advertise on many of the most popular networks for maximum exposure.
With DVR technologies increasingly available, advertisers are being skipped, fast forwarded or erased. This is virtually eliminated in controlled areas such as hotels and hospitals and with relevant advertising to targeted markets such as senior housing, universities and designated cable communities, advertising becomes extremely cost effective.
This is new technology and no one has the Superwire solution nor the experience of the Superwire staff.
Superwire has got it when it comes to reaching the right demographic for advertisers. Our proprietary technology allows advertisers to reach their target audience, effectively, at the right time and the right place. Developed for the cable industry more than 20 years ago, this technology has evolved into the latest digital platforms that allow it to be placed in heretofore unreachable areas such as hotels, hospitals, universities, senior living communities and more.
Imagine being able to advertise specifically to:
Travelers and vacationers in hotels. They probably flew or rented a car, used a credit card, will go to a restaurant, spend money on supplies.
Hospital patients and medical staff with health related products such as pharmaceuticals, insurance, quality of life products.
Thousands of college students or senior citizens with products they need or will want.
Etc.
