Please someone epxlain this to me. I'm new to this and still learning so bare with me.
How can some pink sheet stocks that have not suplied any financial information to the public be worth upwards of .05 to .10. All on speculation and PR's etc.
And now we have Aero. They have suplied all the necessary filings and can prove that they sell products etc.. But I see a projected PPS of $0.001.
Please explain this logic because I just don't understand it.
And don't beat me up to bad.
Thanks,
Maddog
Thanks Jim, Soaking this all up like a spounge. Apreciate it.
I have a question for the board. Has anyone experienced a pink going to the the NASDAQ? How long did it take? What kind of lessons learned my Areo take from those companies to better their chances? And can someone provide me an expample so I can do some non objective comparisons?
Since Aero has just gone public do they plan to have weekly/bi-weely/monthly/quartly conferance calls? I have been considering emailing the company and asking that question. I feel if they did they could answer alot of questions posed to this board and clear up alot of mud on the windshield. (pun intended).
I see alot of peoples opinions and I take them all with a grain of salt.
Just trying to get smarter.
Thanks,
Maddog
I remember reading somewhere that your share price must be $3.00 to $5.00 sustained for 90 days to uplist to NASDAQ. I could be wrong.
Aj,
Please forgive my ignorance. Just trying to learn. Does the company have to announce the R/S before they actually do it or will it be the case where one day I will log into my account and see my shares diminished? Sorry I can't PM you but I'm just to darn cheep. LOL ...Thanks again for your input.
Maddog
Aj,
I have several question.
That is a good question to be asked. Why would he put out a PR just prior to release of the 8K? To push the PPS up for an end of day run and expect a tumble on the next trading day? I saw in the 8K that he owns roughly 21 million shares. Which in my opinion would only criple himself and his coligues. If he was to take advantage of this increase in share price he would have to sell his shares, which would require him to do publicly through the SEC. Correct me if i'm wrong.
IMO it would be a rediculous move to criple his own company that way. I would really like your opinion.
Thanks,
Maddog

Franchise Capital Corporation Issues Comment on Status of 8-K With Details of Aero Exhaust Acquisition
18 minutes ago - Market Wire
Franchise Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN) today issued a statement on the status of the Current Report on Form 8-K that includes details of its acquisition of Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner.
"The Form 8-K is a comprehensive filing that includes financial information audited by our independent auditing firm and a review by legal counsel that has been retained specifically for the 8-K," stated Bryan Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Franchise Capital and Aero Exhaust. "We realize that there has been a great deal of interest generated by the acquisition of Aero Exhaust by Franchise Capital, and all parties involved in finalizing the 8-K are working hard to complete and file it as soon as possible, so the details of this transaction can be disclosed to our shareholders and the public markets."
The definitive agreement regarding the acquisition of Aero Exhaust by Franchise Capital was executed in January 2007, and at that time, Franchise Capital announced that it expected to exchange up to 95% of its total issued and outstanding capital stock in exchange for all of Aero Exhaust's issued and outstanding shares. Franchise Capital provided $1.9 million in financing in the form of a commercial loan to Aero as part of the transaction. The value of the loan and any accrued interest were converted into Aero Exhaust common stock as part of the share exchange, which increased the percentage of the public company's issued and outstanding common stock retained by Franchise Capital shareholders. The final number of shares exchanged, including the additional percentage retained by Franchise Capital shareholders, will be included in the 8-K filing.
The 8-K will also include the audited financials of Aero Exhaust and additional detailed information on the company.

Ford F-350 Diesel
"I have had your Aero-Turbine for 2 months now and I love it! I installed a 4" system and your 5" tip. The sound is great and it cools down 4 times faster than stock. I have two gassers that will get the same treatment someday!! Thanks!

"I raced out to the truck at the exhaust shop and all I could do was stand there and listen in amazement. I wanted my truck to be loud but not obnoxious loud and have a good deep throaty rumble. I wanted performance and sound when I punched it and I wanted an increase in MPG. Aero Turbine gave me that and a convenient decal and hat too! I ordered the Turbine right off the site. Shipping was really fast and I installed it as soon as I could. Thank you EVERYONE who designed this piece of art. My satisfaction with this product can not be put into words. VERY COOL! My gas mileage has already gone up 2.5 MPG. Thank you Aero Turbine!!

"Dear AeroT,
I really enjoy my 2540i...
I was skeptical @ first, but once I have it install (after 4 months in my trunk) WOW...
I just wish I have it installed as soon as I received it from the mail.
The awesome rolling rounded thunder sound (custom 3" in) and the street racing respond I have from my engine. People look @ me left and right. They're probably saying, were can I get one...
My Trix also drive from Northern Cal to Southern Cal in one full tank with total mileage of 458 before re-fueling. My brother does not believed me @ first until we tested it the next time we visit our families in LA.
To go along with the 2540i, I also installed TRD cold air intake and Hyper Ground System wires.
My next upgrade is the AeroT Resonator...
Thanks,
John Billanes"

1995 Volvo 850 T5
"I installed the 2540i on my 1995 Volvo 850 T5 a few weeks ago. I already notice a lot better gas mileage (about 23 mpg from 18), and the turbo lag is not nearly as noticeable. It sounds awesome too, a little bit louder than i expected but its a good thing. My friends love it. It certainly turns heads. Thank you Aeroturbine for putting out the best muffler on the market!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2004 1500 Quad Cab SLT, 5.7 HEMI
"To Aero Turbine, I'd just like to let you know, I'm thrilled with your product. I own a '04 Ram 1500 HEMI, I spent some three weeks reading other Dodge owner opinions, listening to clips and comparing prices, I chose the 3030, hooked into the stock exhaust, in the stock position w/resonator. It was a sight to see at the muffler shop when I pulled the 3030 out, people tended to just look at the thing but no questions. I asked the installer to hook the muffler up but leave the resonator detached so I could confirm the "too loud" statements made by people on the web. I fired the truck off, the shop went quiet, guys stared, this thing sounded like a racing boat, loud as hell ! I shut it off and the installer continued his work. Funny thing, guys started drifting over and looking under the truck, you could tell the questions were "what is that ?, "who makes it ?", etc... I then walked back to the installer, he asked me who makes this thing and where I got from, naturally I let him know. He did say the sound was nice and pretty loud.
After installation, with the stock resonator, I'm tickle pink, this thing burbles just like I like it, Smooth notes, with great interior sound, not to loud but does announce itself when you accelerate. My son says his system will be better, he has a 454 Chevy, 5-speed, he looking at flows. I say he's young, but that's OK, I'm quality over quantity. Just for grins, I intentionally left the box at the shop. Again, I like being unique, I'll be roll'in up and down at a local car show this weekend, I'll probably see lots of HEMI's with systems, but nothing like this !
Thanks,
Mike Wilson

2004 Dodge Ram Quad Cab HEMI
"Hello:
I wanted to share my excitement about your product! I was just about ready to install the Aero-Turbine AT3030 on my single cab Hemi when my dealer contacted me to tell me that they had the 2004 Quad cab Hemi with an offer I couldn't refuse. I was able to avail myself of their offer. The second day of the new truck had me at my local Midas dealership in New Hampshire installing the Aero-Turbine. Wow, we took the old muffler (stock) off and welded the new one (your product) on.
Done...kept the factory resonator and boy does it sound the way a Hemi should. Brought me back to the days of the Dodge Charger/Hemi. Hope to also see an increase in fuel economy as that would be icing on the cake. Thanks for your product and the innovative thinking which created it!
Best regards,
Randy Offord

Jeff Gengler
2004 Dodge Durango HEMI
"Hi, I want to give you thanks and kudos. First, thank you for shipping my complete system (3030 muffler, AR30 resonator & ST3040 tip) so quickly and for the T-shirt, hat and the decals. As you can see the decal is PROUDLY displayed where any driver following me knows what exhaust system is on my 04 Hemi Durango. Second, kudos to you for developing such an awesome system.
As stated in one of the earlier testimonials, the guys that put my system in were completely BLOWN AWAY when they started my Durango up after the install. There was the muffler guy, 2 mechanics and the shop owner in the garage listening to it. They said about the same thing, "How the F!!! did they do that." One of the mechanics and the muffler guy both were trying to warn me of how loud it was going to be, I just kept smiling said no it won't. It was too funny they all were putting their ear up to the muffler and the tip. When I pulled away they all started checking out the info that is printed on the boxes, before they had no interest in it.
Now that the motor is broke in I'm getting 21-22 MPG on the highway, the EPA sticker on it was only 18, and you know those are usually overstated. There was a very noticeable improvement in acceleration after putting on the Aero Turbine and the sound is incredible! At idle and steady cruising on the highway it nice and quiet, but when I romp on it that Hemi screams!! There is no other sound like it....
Attached are a few photo scans, hope you can post them.
Thank you,
Jeff Gengler

2004 Range Rover HSE
"I bet nobody has gutted their new Range Rover yet. Two 2525's two resonators and x-pipe. Nice mean sound. Picked up 1.5-2 mpg around town if I don't have my foot in it. Kinda has a Ferreri Tubi exhaust sound."

"I installed the 2540i on my 1995 Volvo 850 T5 a few weeks ago. I already notice a lot better gas mileage (about 23 mpg from 18), and the turbo lag is not nearly as noticeable. Ronnie Miller
Ford F-250 V10
"Just thought I would drop you a line on the satisfaction I am receiving from my new muffler. I currently have a little over 1000 miles of use on the 3030. I went from 12mpg on my Ford 250 V10 to 16mpg."
Mike Carpenter
Dodge Ram
"I just want to say thank you so much for such an outstanding product. My truck turned a lot of heads before…but now it’s crazy and just sounds AWESOME. Please feel free to use the pics if needed, I have turned several people on to your exhaust and look forward to sending more your way."
C. Phillip Houck
2004 Ford Ranger 4.0L 4WD
"I now have a little over 900 miles with my new Aeroturbine muffler on a 2004 Ford Ranger 4.0L 4WD truck. This truck is rated at 15 MPG for city driving. As Aeroturbine's staff indicated, the gas mileage has improved over the last 300 miles. I am now getting a little over 20 MPG in the city. Though I have made several changes to my truck to achieve this mileage, I consider the Aeroturbine muffler a large factor in my successful results. I am expecting to get 24-25 MPG on the expressway (I got around 22 before the installation). With only 5K miles on the truck I am getting better mileage than I did with my 2.9L 1990 2WD Ranger that weighed several hundred pounds less. The better mileage will eliminate thousands of pounds of CO emissions this year alone."
Paul Rothgeb
"Have 1/3 of the second tank of fuel left since installing my unit. Local mileage around town has been running from the mid 15mpg to the mid 16mpg. So far this second tank the computer driver information center on the dashboard is telling me I'm averaging 19.4 mpg. That's an AWSOME in-crease for a $200 investment. We leave Monday on a long trip through the midwest and eastern states. Will let you know how it does pulling our 5th wheel. Experct to leave the house towing about 9,000 dry weight. Great product! I'm trying to sell it to my noisy neighbors who drive a Cummings! "
George A. Gomez
2004 Dodge 1500 Quad-cab 4x4 "Bighorn Special" with the Hemi
"Hi There.... Had the 'boys' at Darrel's Muffler install the Aero-Turbine 3030 on my 2004 Dodge 1500 Quad-cab 4x4 'Bighorn Special' (with the Hemi) and I'm very pleased with it. It sounds awesome...very cool! Performance is there and now I'm waiting for the improved gas mileage. I've already recommended it to several other truck owners. "
Ronald Schinault
2004 Dodge Ram 1500
"I just installed a 3030 on my 2004 Ram 1500 2 wheel drive regular cab short bed. Just have three words to say "Oh my God" I have Flowmasters on my Durango and the Aero puts them to shame. Interior sound is great thanks. "

1999 Ford F350 Crew Cab 4x4 Dually 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel
"Just wanted to comment on the aeroturbine 4040. I have a 1999 ford f350 crew cab dually 4x4 with a 6 speed and a 7.3 powerstroke diesel. I recently installed the aeroturbine 4040 along with 5 inch chrome exhaust stacks. I have to say that this is the best sounding diesel pick up that I have ever heard! Very throaty sound, instead of just a rattleing sick sound. The muffler eliminated my drone and flutter. With a 140 hp chip I never see much more than 1000 degrees on my pyro compared to other guys bumping 1300 degrees. I think this is a very well built and high quality product that I recommend for any diesel owner , especially if they are doing performance modifications. Great product I am glad I spent the money for this product! "
Chris Kuchmey
"I just want to thank you and Ryan for the stylish hat and stickers. Its great when you purchase something and get a little something in return. Most companies don't come through like that. I have all kinds of friends asking me about your muffler. I also have all kinds of people posting and e-mailing me from dodgetruck.com and dodgetruck.org about the AERO and are looking to switch over. I have nothing but positive feedback in return. I still can't wipe the smile off my face when I hear the sound this muffler makes. Yes, my gas mileage has improved from 11.5mpg's to 16.6mpg's on the highway at a steady 75 mph. I also feel it in the performance, especially between 3500 to 5000 rpm's. "
Paul E. Rothgeb
2003 GMC Crew Cab 6.6 Duramax
"I never do this but I had to drop you a line. Just installed the 4040 in my 2003 GMC Crew Cab 6.6 Duramax pickup. The sound is sweet. Even the installers were impressed. I'm already seeing an increase in fuel efficiency. Am taking a long trip in June-July and will let you know how it did after being broken in. In the meantime, I sit here in the middle of Flowmaster country and wonder whether you have a decal I can put on my truck so these rednecks know what blew them away when I go by. Thanks. "
Danny Peterson
96 Dodge Neon
"Here are those pics of my car, sorry it took so long (so much i need, so little money)...thanks again for the muffler, i absolutly love it, it is a low smooth tone when driving in the town, not annoying on the highway and SWEET sounding when i get on it.
Thanks again
Danny"
2003 Honda Civic EX 1.7L VTEC
"I just bought a 2540 and installed it on my 2003 Honda Civic EX with 1.7L VTEC engine. On my first tank of gas my mileage has increased from 33 mpg to 37 mpg. My car sounds much better, and while it's louder between 2800-3000 RPM (which I like), it's more quiet at all other RPMs. It seems to accelerate a little easier, but it's hard to tell just yet how much the power has increased. But it's doing what I bought it for, better gas mileage, much better gas mileage. I'll let you know how it works after 600-800 miles with it.
Even the Honda tuner who installed it for me was very impressed with the build quality and the sound it makes.
Also, it was recommended to me to disconnect my battery for an hour or so to let the computer reset so that the computer will learn faster than if I don't disconnect it and it has to re-learn the new air flow. I'll try this over the weekend and let you know if there's a difference.
Thanks very much! "
Jim Smith
04 Dodge RAM 5.7 Hemi
"I received my 30-30 muffler last Friday the 16th of Apr. I took it to a local Muffler shop yesterday the 17th, I couldn't wait to get it installed. The installer had never seen anything like this muffler and repeatedly asked me if I knew just how loud it was going to be. I assured him that it would be alright (he just smiled). Oh this 30-30 went on an 04 Dodge reg cab short box 5.7 hemi. When he finished the instillation he said that he had to see just how loud it was. The look on his face was priceless, he got out and said how in the ---- did they do that?
Needless to say so far I am very happy. I am anxious to see what improvements I see with performance and gas mileage" "
Chris Kuchmey
04 Dodge RAM 4X4 5.7 Hemi
"I just had my new 3030 installed today and what a difference in sound and performance! I absolutely love it. It is by far one of the best sounding muffler's I have ever heard! I do have the 04 Dodge RAM 4X4 with the 5.7 HEMI. My truck feels great. I call it the marine engine (sound). Thank for putting out a nice product! "
John Weimer.
95 Ford Bronco
"I just wanted to thank you for the fast shipping on the 2525 I ordered from you guys.
I have had it on a couple of weeks 95 Bronco 302 117,000 before I was lucky to see 11.5 mpg (heavy foot) mixed driving. I am now averaging 14.5 and would probably get more but it sounds so good especially in the power band 2200rpm+ I think I added some more weight to my right foot.
I have also noticed more power and this Bronco is fun to drive again. It has done everything you claimed and then some.
If I would get another vehicle I will be calling. I am 50 Years old and your muffler is the best I have ever seen!
Thanks Again "
Rich N.
2004 Subaru WRX
"I would just like to tell you that I'm very happy with my new aeroturbine performance muffler! I've had it on my new 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX for three weeks now and just love the sound, looks, and performance it gives my car! Everyone can't believe the great deep sound and volume it makes coming from a four banger. (If you're looking for
the beehive sound, look elsewhere) As for gas mileage, it's like I'm getting three extra gallons per tank full! I was getting 300 miles per 15 gallons and now I'm getting the same 300 miles on only 12 gallons, and thats with a good mix of spirited driving! Finally, there is a product that not only makes your vehicle better in performance, and in
my opinion it's appearance, it's also going to pay for itself! "
Anthony L. Morrison
2003 Dodge Ram 1500 QC 4x4 5.7 Hemi
"I love the sound! This truck now has the sound and feel that the ledgendary Hemi motors had. I have noticed an increase in mileage, and a noticeable increase in power. It does not have to drop down under hard acceleration, as the power is there and available. Both my HP and Torque increased on the Dyno. HP went from 254 to 261! When someone asks me if it has a Hemi, I give them a little rev, and they know! Thanks for giving me some of that old Hemi feel and sound! "
Dave Meadows
2004 Dodge Cummins
"I want to shake the guy's hand that designed this muffler! I am now running the 4040 muffler on what used to be a Banks Monster exhaust system. I installed straight pipe where the Banks muffler was and the Aeroturbine is installed just behind the downpipe on my '04 Dodge Cummins. I have entered the TONE ZONE! The engine now breaths freer and the turbo just spins right up. Thanks for your help with this project!"
Matty Howit
1979 Jeep Cherokee Chief
"I purchased my Aeroturbine a couple of weeks ago and had it installed in my 1979 Jeep Cherokee Chief with an AMC 360. My opinion on it has two sides: me at 16 and me as an adult......The kid in me was immediately impressed with the tone. It has a growl that I have not yet come across on the open road. The Chief used to turn heads as I drove by....now they are already turned lookin´ for where that beautiful V8 sound is coming from. As I left the muffler shop I "dropped the hammer" like a kid with a new toy enjoying my new found arggesive tone. The adult in me waited for a week to be impressed. I wanted to make sure that I felt actual improvement and not just wishful thinking. After about a week I noticed an actual increase in acceleration! It didn't take as much gas pedal to get where I wanted to go. But best of all I went from +or- 7.5 mpg to nearly 11.5, and that was with the kid in me mashin the gas every chance he got.
I used to have to drive like my grandfather to get anywhere near 11 mpg. Now I think I will average out at 11mpg, even coming close to 13mpg if I can keep the kid in me from racing those little imports to the next light."
Ross Gage
1999 Chevy Silverado Z71
"I just got an Aeroturbine put on my 1999 Chevy Silverado Z71. I love it! I could instantely tell the power increase and the sound is amazing. Nothing else can compare to the Aeroturbine!"
Johann
1999 Pontiac Grand Prix SE
"This is my first attempt at doing anything special to my car. I would have to say my car is a factory stock car. It's a pontiac grand prix se, 1999 3.1L with a K&N air filter, K&N oil filter, Bosch P4 plugs and wire set. Before getting the Aeroturbine 2525, my car had a decent speed, but today, after having the muffler installed I have noticed a great increase in performance and speed, as well as a deeper more powerful growl from the car. I am quite pleased with the sound and performance, and would recommend this muffler to anyone who wants great sound and good performance."
Rich Gillette - Gillette Diesel Services
2002 Chevy 2500 DuraMax
"At Gillette Diesel, we do about 15 - 20 trucks per day. We were kinda skeptical until we tried it, but once we tried it, it does work. The reason I have one on my truck is for the exhaust temperature decrease so that we can safely run more horsepower. Ron, the manager here, is running one stand-alone on his Ford PowerStroke. It's one of the quietest in the cab, yet it's got a neat throaty sound outside the cab. Packaged as a kit, it's the best one out there."
Dave Meheen - Meheen Manufacturing
2001 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke
"I installed the Aeroturbine on my 2001 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. My truck has an aFe intake, 4" SS MagnaFlow exhaust, Banks compressor wheel, 120hp Banks Big Hoss chip and the waste gate in the turbo has been plugged.
I removed the MagnaFlow muffler from my exhaust and installed the Aeroturbine in its place. The Magnaflow muffler if you are not familiar with it is a 30" long 4" perforated tube with packing around it. The system has a 3-1/2" down pipe which just past the firewall necks down to 3" with a 2-bolt flange then expands out to 4" for the rest of the system and tail pipe. I believe the 2-bolt flange and neck down area are so this same system can be bolted to the catalytic converter in the manual transmission trucks.
I have only had a chance to drive the truck about 10 miles with the Aeroturbine. First off outside the truck the exhaust is noticeably louder, but no change inside other than a slightly deeper tone. Throttle response especially in the mid range is noticeably quicker. Exhaust back pressure verses manifold boost pressure unchanged at low pressures at 15psi boost pressure, exhaust back pressure reduced slightly about 1 psi. The most noticeable and amazing thing was the EGTs were definitely reduced 150+ degrees or so under load condition and about 30-50 degrees on the highway empty.
We are impressed with this product for what it did for EGTs and it is definitely worth considering. The truck has not yet been driven enough to know about the mileage, but we will post that information when it becomes available."

2002 Ford F250 7.3L Super Duty Diesel
"I installed a aeroturbine on my 2002 Ford 250 Super duty Diesel 7.3.that I use ranching. The change was evident immediately leaving the shop with a much freer running feel to the truck. The improvement really hit home though when I started hauling cattle in a gooseneck trailer, what marked a performance change."

2001 Chevy DuraMax Crew Cab
"I had been skeptical at first with the Aeroturbine unit after seeing other units that claimed great results, But after having the Aeroturbine muffler installed on my 2001 crew cab dura max, Wow!! I noticed a significant drop in exhaust temp and improved fuel efficiency. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a increased performance response."
Tony Beckett
1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse
"I just installed one of your Aeroturbine mufflers on my '95 Mitsubishi Eclipse. WOW!! What an improvement! I didn't expect to see that kind of power increase because I don’t have a turbo. It is considerably faster off the line and noticeably smoother through the shifts. The sound is the best I have ever heard on a high performance import!! The guys at the muffler shop were blown away. Thanks for the recommendation."

1999 Honda Accord LX
"I have a 1999 Honda Accord LX with a V6 with the dual exhausts. My brother told me that I could get better performance if I replaced the mufflers with the Aeroturbine ones. They are awesome! My car is sooooo much faster it is scary. I raced a mustang the other day and kicked his but. I have had about fifty guys ask me where I got those awesome sounding mufflers. Before I put the Aeroturbines on I was getting between 23 and 24 mpg. I have been running the Aeroturbines for about 3 months now and my gas mileage is consistently between 29 and 30 mpg, never more, never less. Basically I get a free tank of gas every fifth time I fill up! That’s awesome!!! I'm glad I finally listened to my brother for a change."

"My husband recently installed one of your Aeroturbine mufflers on my 2001 Ford Expedition 4x4. At first I was not to excited about putting it on because I was afraid it would be one of those loud obnoxious mufflers. I eventually agreed because my husband said it would improve my gas mileage. First off the sound was great, it was definitely a deeper sound but it wasn’t really that much louder at all. I was pleasantly surprised. As for the gas mileage, I had been getting 10 mpg around town. I have a digital gas mileage display so I know exactly what I am getting. After putting on the muffler I reset the display. I have been running it for over 2 months now and have never gotten below 12.5 mpg. Before putting on your muffler I could never have gotten that kind of gas mileage."

"After receiving the Aeroturbine muffler, I took my truck up Parley's Canyon to test it in its present condition. The truck, a Ford 350 Power Stroke, has a 4" exhaust and an ATS flip chip. I made three runs up Parleys at different speeds and recorded the pyrometer reading, the boost, rpm and speed. I used the cruise control to keep everything as even as possible, and kept the chip in the middle setting. The next day the Aeroturbine was installed and that evening I did the same thing and made three passes up Parley's. The outside temp was within three degrees of being the same-actually warmer the second night. All three passes using the same speeds and rpm showed approximately 150 degrees lower temps and about one pound more boost. So this is great news...the temperature drop is awesome."

"I am employed by a rural Sheriff's Office. We have a fleet of 23 vehicles. I acquired an Aeroturbine muffler approximately 2 months ago. After receiving the OK, I had the muffler installed on my patrol vehicle. I have to admit that after seeing the muffler, I was concerned about the noise level. After the muffler was installed and I started my vehicle, I was immediately impressed. The noise was actually pleasant. After having the muffler on my vehicle I have gone from 13.5 MPG to 17 MPG. I have also noticed that the acceleration it greatly increased. I informed the Sheriff of the effects of the muffler. We are now in the process of trying to outfit all of our fleet with the muffler. Thanks to Aeroturbine for designing a great product and one that performs to the expectations of the customer."
Tom Lind
"Well, got the Aeroturbine installed today....marked increase in acceleration immediately! And really cool turbo sound. Too soon to gauge any improvement in fuel efficiency, but will monitor closely. I'm excited!...
...Just returned from steelhead fishing on the Main Salmon. Towing the jet boat with my little ford ranger, I've never been able to maintain cruise control climbing the hills. It would always kick off under the load. This time, with the Aeroturbine, I was able to maintain my speed (60 mph) and maintain cruise mode. After launching the boat (in and out of 4x4) on a rock gravel bar and towing the boat back, I filled up and calculated 15.0 mpg over 266 miles...best ever for towing the boat. Oh yeah, fishing was great...hooked 6,landed 4. Two were beautiful wild fish (released).
Terry
"I just got home....my truck not only sounds like a truck but I was easily 10 mph faster up the canyon and still able to accelerate some....I filled the gas tank, so I'll have initial mpg reports in a week or so....
...I just returned from my road trip. Over 6,000 miles. Went from 18.9mpg to 21.9mpg. Thanks!

"I have just recently purchased a new Aeroturbine for my 03' Duramax, based on recommendations from a friend who had just purchased the Aeroturbine for his 6.0L Denali. He could see increased power and the great sound that the Aeroturbine gives out. I also saw some more horsepower, but where I really noticed the difference was in the exhaust temp and the gas mileage. I would recommend the Aeroturbine to anyone. I have purchased many other mufflers, and this one beats everyone hands down."

It's pretty simple really. They had to post it to the website prior to putting out a PR saying that it was in fact on the website. It would be stupid if they didn't.
I would assume once they post anything to the website an email goes out to all the email accounts on the distribution list. That's how I would do it if I was adminstrating their webpage.
I also got an email stateing that it had been posted to the website prior to the PR being released. I'm not sure how you find that be out of the ordinary.
I am posting this to provide information as to what the automotive parts industry can offers share holders.
Bellow is taken from the 10Q of Tenneco inc. (TEN) they put out Dynomax mufflers and after market automotive parts as quoted below. They were founded in 1987.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=TEN
Tenneco, Inc. and its subsidiaries engage in the design, manufacture, and distribution of automotive emission control and ride control products and systems for the original equipment vehicle manufacturer, and repair and replacement markets worldwide. Its emission control products include mufflers and resonators, catalytic converters, exhaust manifolds, hangers and isolators, pipes, hydroformed tubing, diesel particulate filters, and selective catalytic reduction systems. The company's emission control products for the after market include replacement mufflers and related products marketed under the brand names Quiet-Flow, TruFit, Aluminox Protm, Walker Perfection, Mega-Flow, DynoMax, Thrush, and Fonostm. Its ride control systems products include shock absorbers, struts, vibration control components, suspension technology, and other products, such as springs, steering stabilizers, and adjustable suspension systems. The company offers replacement shock absorbers and related products for the aftermarket under the brand names Gas Matic, Sensa-Trac, Monroe Reflex, Monroe Adventure, Clevite Elastomers, and Gas-Magnum. Tenneco has strategic alliances with Futaba Industrial Company, Ltd. and Hitachi Automotive Systems.
My investment in AERO is long term. I am going to play the what if game. What if Aero uses it's muffler enterprise to kickstart it's self into other automotive products and becomes a world wide distributer. We could be looking at these kinds of earnings and PPS in line with the rest of the industry. It's all up to the current management to move this company forward. I can only hope that it can come close to this kind of growth. Where will Aero be in 20 years? I don't know, but if it can be anywhere close to this then I feel my investment long term will be well worth it.
This is all in my opinion.

Total revenues for the first six months of 2007 were $3,063 million,
compared to $2,352 million for the first six months of 2006. Excluding the
impact of currency and substrate sales, revenue was up $241 million, from $1,943
million to $2,184 million, driven primarily by new launches in North America and
strong OE volumes in Europe. In addition to the benefit of the new launches, our
geographic balance and diverse customer base helped offset the overall North
American industry production decline.
Gross margin in the first half of 2007 was 16.6 percent, down 3.0
percentage points from 19.6 percent in 2006. Higher substrate sales, which
typically carry lower margins, driven by significant diesel platform launches in
North America diluted gross margin. As these high volume new platforms launched,
we also saw our revenue mix shift from higher-margin aftermarket revenues to OE
revenues. Increased steel and other material costs were more than offset by cost
reduction initiatives, material substitutions, low cost country sourcing, steel
price recovery efforts with aftermarket and OE customers, as well as improved
efficiencies from Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma programs.
We reported selling, general, administrative and engineering expenses in
the first six months of 2007 at 8.3 percent of revenues, as compared to 10.7
percent of revenues for the first six months of 2006. The improvement was due to
leveraging our higher revenues and reducing our SG&A expenses, while continuing
to increase our investment in engineering and technology development to prepare
to meet customer needs for more stringent environmental regulations.
EBIT was $152 million for the first half of 2007, up $38 million from the
$114 million for 2006. Global sales growth on OE platforms, benefits from the
company's ongoing manufacturing efficiency programs, favorable currency and
lower restructuring charges and aftermarket customer changeover costs more than
offset higher material costs and reduced North American industry production
volumes.
RESULTS FROM OPERATIONS
NET SALES AND OPERATING REVENUES FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2007 AND
2006
The following tables reflect our revenues for the second quarters of 2007
and 2006. We present these reconciliations of revenues in order to reflect the
trend in our sales in various product lines and geographic regions separately
from the effects of doing business in currencies other than the U.S. dollar. We
have not reflected any currency impact in the 2006 table since this is the base
period for measuring the effects of currency during 2007 on our operations. We
believe investors find this information useful in understanding period-to-period
comparisons in our revenues.
Additionally, we show the component of our revenue represented by substrate
sales in the following table. While we generally have primary design,
engineering and manufacturing responsibility for OE emission control systems, we
do not manufacture substrates. Substrates are porous ceramic filters coated with
a catalyst -- precious metals such as platinum, palladium and rhodium. These are
supplied to us by Tier 2 suppliers and directed by our OE customers. We
generally earn a small margin on these components of the system. As the need for
more sophisticated emission control solutions increases to meet more stringent
environmental regulations, and as we capture more diesel aftertreatment
business, these substrate components have been increasing as a percentage of our
revenue. While these substrates dilute our gross margin percentage they are a
necessary component of an emission control system. We view the growth of
substrates as a key indicator that our value add content in an emission control
system is moving toward the higher technology hot-end gas and diesel business.
Our value-add content in an emission control system includes designing the
system to meet environmental regulations through integration of the substrates
into the system, maximizing use of thermal energy to heat up the catalyst
quickly, efficiently managing airflow to reduce back pressure as the exhaust
stream moves past the catalyst, managing the expansion and contraction of the
emission control system components due to temperature extremes experienced by an
emission control system, using advanced acoustic engineering tools to design the
desired exhaust
39
<PAGE>
sound, minimizing the opportunity for the fragile components of the substrate to
be damaged when we integrate it into the emission control system and reducing
unwanted noise, vibration and harshness transmitted through the emission control
system.
We present these substrate sales separately in the following table because
we believe investors utilize this information to understand the impact of this
portion of our revenues on our overall business and because it removes the
impact of potentially volatile precious metals pricing from our revenues. While
our original equipment customers generally assume the risk of precious metals
pricing volatility, it impacts our reported revenues. Excluding "substrate"
catalytic converter and diesel particulate filter sales removes this impact.

This is what my truck is going to sound like. I can't wait..!!!
Pietro, did your mini Aero nascar replica arrive in the mail that you won on E-bay? Just throw pictures of that little gem on the boards.
I worked a night shift last night and was doing some DD and found various and I mean various chat boards discussing aero products.
If I get time tomorrow night I will post a bunch of links. I found very few negative comments. If the public has reacted to the product in the way that I have found then I am going to keep my small investment for several years and see how it plays out. I look to make a significant amount of money if it does and I can live with my loss if it don't. I have a retirement fund and I have some blue chips also. so no biggie for me. I'm gonna ride this thing all the way out. So you can call me a long.
I am going to get some sleep, 12 hour shift sucks.
Maddog
But you can't read them with out a password. Why didn't you unlock them and present them to the board prior to yesterday? And the file names were saved under yesterdays date. I find that rather shadey if you ask me..Just my opinion.
Maddog
This statement was in the acquisition PR. This states in black and white that management was being restructured. It was no surprise to anyone. Accept you I guess..IMO
"We expect there to be frequent updates on the transition process over the next several days, including an introduction of the management team that will lead the company from this point forward. We believe that this new management team is as committed as we have been to consistent and substantive communication with shareholders, and we expect them to provide as much information as possible to keep the public markets informed during this transition period and into the future as Aero moves forward as a public company," Mr. Peacock added.

How long does patent protection last?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For applications filed on or after June 8, 1995, utility and plant patents are granted for a term which begins with the date of the grant and usually ends 20 years from the date you first applied for the patent subject to the payment of appropriate maintenance fees. Design patents last 14 years from the date you are granted the patent. Note: Patents in force on June 8 and patents issued thereafter on applications filed prior to June 8, 1995 automatically have a term that is the greater of the twenty year term discussed above or seventeen years from the patent grant.

"I installed the 2540i on my 1995 Volvo 850 T5 a few weeks ago. I already notice a lot better gas mileage (about 23 mpg from 18), and the turbo lag is not nearly as noticeable. It sounds awesome too, a little bit louder than i expected but its a good thing. My friends love it. It certainly turns heads. Thank you Aeroturbine for putting out the best muffler on the market!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike Wilson
Thanks,

"I just got an Aeroturbine put on my 1999 Chevy Silverado Z71. I love it! I could instantely tell the power increase and the sound is amazing. Nothing else can compare to the Aeroturbine!"

Katrina H

2001 Ford Expedition

Ford F350 PowerStroke Diesel
Sgt/Det. Jeff Winterton
Ford F150
Thanks!

2003 Chevy DuraMax
"I have just recently purchased a new Aeroturbine for my 03' Duramax, based on recommendations from a friend who had just purchased the Aeroturbine for his 6.0L Denali. He could see increased power and the great sound that the Aeroturbine gives out. I also saw some more horsepower, but where I really noticed the difference was in the exhaust temp and the gas mileage. I would recommend the Aeroturbine to anyone. I have purchased many other mufflers, and this one beats everyone hands down."
Thank you very much!! That's what I thought but needed to clerify and get that out to the public.

I want to thank all the people on this board that really care about this stock, where it's going and what it's potential could be. This has the potential to change many lives. No matter how significant or insignificant that may be. I have learned alot from you fine people.
For me personally, I retire from the military next year after 20 years of service. Protecting everyones rights to free speach and free commerce. The crap that happend here today was in my opionion some the shadiest BS that I have ever seen. And those that pulled it off know who I am refering too. Ripping people off like that is just crap!! I am not niave to the workings of these kinds of schemes because I have been doing my due diligence and studied the workings of bashers etc...I personlly didn't fall into the trap and held strong to my small investment (46,700 shares). I feel bad for those that got caught up and jumped ship. I wish all the best to you!!
Now I have a very newby question. I see that the O/S listed on my Scottrade account is 964.1 Million. I understand that 400 million will be retired and adjusted to aprox. 500 million O/S. my question is, will these be retired and adjusted when the 8k comes out? And when will it show as adjusted? How many days?
In my opinion if people haven't done their DD and see the O/S that high it is scareing people away. Any thought? And thanks again for your time.

Thanks OU, I will check it out.
Mine show's .019. Scottrade.
I second that. To many expectations, and when the nervous see the PPS drop like it did today they jump off the cliff like all the other lemmings.
AJ has been saying the same thing for two days now. I am just learning how to read the charts but I feel that is a very accurate assumption. Thanks.
TallRob, you forgot all the fake mufflers out there. Including the ones you can find here!!
I have seen all your replies.
I just wish I had more money available. I'm retireing
from the Navy next summer after 20 years so can't afford to
gamble too much at this time. Although I am pretty confident
in my investment here. Profit is profit!!
Pietro,
I have 14,200. Going to be adding another 18,500 tomorrow.
Franchise Capital Corporation Issues Statement on Status of Annual Report

Filing Delay Does Not Impact Closing Timeline for Aero Exhaust Acquisition
MURRIETA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 1, 2007 -- Franchise Capital Corporation (Other OTC:FCCN.PK - News) chief executive officer, Steven R. Peacock, has issued a statement regarding the status of the company's annual report for fiscal year 2007, which covers the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007.
"As stated in a previously issued press release, Franchise Capital management expected that the 10-KSB would be completed and filed by Friday, September 28," stated Mr. Peacock. "Although this was our expectation at the time of that previous announcement, the annual report was not filed within the anticipated timeframe. We would like to assure shareholders that despite the fact that the report is not yet filed, there are no issues out of the ordinary that are delaying this report, and we do expect to have it filed as soon as possible. Annual reports, even for a 'shell' company, are comprehensive documents that require audited financials and detailed review by the company's independent auditing firm. In addition, this is the first annual report undertaken by the company's new auditors. We have every confidence that all of parties involved in the completion and filing of the annual report are working as quickly as possible while maintaining all of the proper procedures related to public company financial reporting," Mr. Peacock said.
"Furthermore, because the annual report is not a step in the process of closing our acquisition of Aero Exhaust, we do not expect the delay in the filing to in any way affect the closing timeline. The acquisition is still expected to close this week as previously announced. We understand that there is significant interest in our pending acquisition of Aero, and we remain committed to completing all of the necessary steps to bring the acquisition to completion," added Mr. Peacock.

Aero Exhaust, a seven-year-old company based in Salt Lake City, already is convinced it's getting the bang. The Nextel season doesn't start until Sunday, but the company is experiencing "triple-digit" sales growth in the first quarter of 2006.
After sponsoring a car in two lower NASCAR divisions, it bought into NASCAR big-time for 2006. The company is Wimmer's multiyear primary sponsor, and it also paid to become NASCAR's official muffler and for a new company spokesman, recently retired driver Rusty Wallace.
Still, shelling out big bucks for a shiny stock car wasn't an automatic go for Aero's board.
"More than anything it was convincing them and the (200) shareholders that NASCAR could bring the brand loyalty and name recognition that it does," Aero Exhaust CEO Bryan Hunsaker said. "It was educating them ... particularly the bean-counters. They didn't understand what kind of credibility this could bring."

I also think this quote speeks volumes for what we have here!!
"NFL fans No. 1, NASCAR No. 2. But you can't put your brand on an NFL uniform."
I'm just happy to have a small bit of this!!!

Food fot thought. Ford and Dodge has already picked up AERO. If they decide to use these exhaust systems in any of their new lines of pickup trucks and SUV's and can advertise a 15% reduction in fuel economy. That is huge!! I live in Hawaii and the price of gass is over $3 on a 24 gallon tank. If I can save 15% then count me in. That is my thinking when I made the decision to pick up this stock. I normally don't play the pinks but this to me is a no brainer!!
Hi everyone, I'm new to this and appreciate all the information that is posted on this board. I will be getting in at 10k (shares) tomorrow. I will be at the bottom of your list..LOL I just hope I'm not too late!!
