Still waiting for you to point out my lies...
sure, you're the beacon of truth here, as long as we don't ask for facts.
Not one fact. I'm calling you out - back up any of the claims you're making today, specifically about me.
I'm not sure why you keep breaking the privacy policy of the boards. I don't have the free time to babysit another moderator playing the delete game all day like you seem to have.
Point to one lie made by me - I answer questions if I can. I've asked a few as well you can see. I like the company, the product, and I can't stomach the base-less, fact-less bashing done by you. It's as illegal as pumping IMO.
That was Frank being kind to you so you may still have a career. Tell folks what really happened - drinking, drug use, incompetence, and you tried to sell your GBRC shares thru Terry Taylor and he kept your $$. I see why you're pissed at Frank but you really only have yourself to blame.
Thousands of people saw the Guard Lite at the Cannabis Investor Show in CO a few months ago. They had a table in the HEMP zone and a working Guard Lite on display.
You're the basher with a criminal record - not me, not Frank, where do you get off calling me a liar?
Those are real sales of a real product. I've seen the Guard Lite a few times now and even ordered one. Where's the "lie"?
The negatives are from an ex-employee and a pumper who wasn't hired. That's it. The convert/ attorney sell off seems finished and I'm hearing a few more auto-dealerships have shown interests. Those are big revenue deals if they close em IMO

I've been told there was a convertible note that started conversion a few weeks ago of roughly 1.5 mil shares. With no cost basis one would surmise that being the cause of the stock dropping under .06 since until then that seemed to be the bottom over the past year. As per my call last week they only had a couple of hundred thousand left. Based on the volume of the past few days I would guess they may be close to done.
As per the attorney I keep advising to call, all the names mentioned here besides the CEO (who is limited) have restricted positions or shares still in cert form. Said attorney also stated he was selling 2 million shares to cover an IRS bill (gotta love lawyers)
So there's my best guess on what's transpired here the past few weeks. Based on volume, this looks like the bottom IMO. Now it's up to the company to turn this auto dealership biz model into revenues - build the company, price should follow.
Again, best guesses and IMO
That's 100% false.
Build the business, eyeballs will follow
Nope, looks like a convert from LG Capital and it's almost done IMO
Call the attorney. He seems to know where the selling came from.

VERY good news - looks on track
That seems very nice of him to write considering the circumstances.
Shame you don't have that same kind of class
Maybe ask him yourself during the live call next month?
You bought stock from the advise of someone who cold called YOU?
And now you're upset because this stranger's "inside info" was BS (info that you were OK with hearing and buying stock off of in case it was true btw).
This seems to be the theme of this board, "I'm mad at X and wanna cry to the other 3 guys who've had their feelings hurt" and it's funny because it's Pot meet Kettle behind each story. Until people discuss the company here with any sort of factual basis, I'd suggest calling the PR company for any actual insight instead of believing the "stock fairy". They'll give you a list of radio and TV interviews the CEO has done or will be doing over the next few weeks as well point you to the 10-12 various national magazines doing articles on the company.
Yeah, mystery I guess
20130119661, 61/912481- Wind Turbine and Guard Lite
So challenge it! You seem to have free time
It's patented, so no you can't get it anywhere, and I know a few car dealerships that are VERY happy since they've converted to Guard Lites on their lots.
"Auto dealerships consume on average more energy per square foot than a typical office building: using about 110 kBTU/sqft compared to prime office space at 93 kBTU (source: National Automobile Dealers Association). This can mean thousands of dollars in energy costs for the typical dealership each year. According to E Source, energy is the third-highest overhead expenditure for dealership, so reducing electricity consumption is a major consideration. The EPA estimates that if auto dealers cut their energy use by 10 percent (annually), they would save nearly $193 million and prevent more than 1 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions."
I'd say taking dealerships off grid "amounts to much"
IMO
He should be - I have his proposal to LIBE stating for a small sum of cash and stock he can bring in $200k of buying and take the stock north of .75 - all illegal stuff that obviously wasn't executed on. Like yourself, he's bitter.
LIBE gets calls every day from promoters looking for work. Sometimes they claim if they're not hired they'll hurt a stock. So I wouldn't be taking credit for making LIBE's share price drop if I was you.
Nice read Scott, your mastery of the English language astounds.
Better have some sort of basis on that because it's been forwarded to an attorney.
I'm simply protecting my investment and reminding investors who you are, and what your motivations truly are with Frank Pringle.
BTW, Terry says hi
So you're manipulating stock now?
You were wrong, the last name was Heredia - bad news...
You must be making a killing as per the short report
Pot meet kettle...
Google Hawk Hogan then consider the source.
Then Google Scott Harkness and consider that source.
BTW, discussing the joint venture and sales with HEMP on their board is not pumping - it's actually nice to have a real, factual conversation regarding the company as opposed to reading baseless rants from an ex-employee about a non-related company.
Or it could go to $5.00 if we're following history...
Frank's selling product. That's something the two of you never did with GBRC, so who knows.
I also don't see him hyping this thing on TV/Radio like you did. Seems like the company is focused on running a business, not a stock.
IMO
Care to elaborate on the criminal activity Scott?
I mean, that's a pretty bold claim
Bah, link crashed, can Google but here's the thought:
"The microwave process, invented by Frank Pringle, CEO of the company, is indeed gaining lots of attention. For example, Pennsylvania State University's Microwave Processing and Engineering Center, recently signed a contract with Pringle's company, to help him get funding and develop large-scale applications. Popular Science and Time magazines have in recent week also noted that company with awards for innovative inventions. And over the summer, the US Department of Energy included the company in a report on alternative fuel technologies that could impact the US in the coming years"
That's my point on the biofuel angle and the deal with Hemp,Inc...
Here's the Popular Science article that sums up the tech that LIBE's CEO worked on a few years ago.
http://www.popsci.com/popsci/flat/bown/2007/innovator_2.html
I could see Hemp's interest in LIBE and the bio fuel sector if this is the road they plan on taking in the near future. The Guard Lite is mentioned as their first of many alternative energy patents they plan to bring to market.
IMO
That's a quote from HEMP's CEO acknowledging Frank's past work from publically available material. All of this scam talk is your opinion, but the facts are a different story entirely.
I'm pretty sure someone with a colorful background like Bruce Perlowin wouldn't be running a public company for 8 years if it wasn't legit.
I'm sure 60 Minutes would have picked up on it when they ran their piece in Oct. or even Forbes last week. It's a great deal for LIBE regardless of your personal ax to grind with your old boss.
You are welcome to your opinion. Mine is that LIBE breaking into the largest American business boom of the last 50 years is exciting to shareholders that have been in this company for longer than you've had an I-hub account.
Discussing a company is not a "pump". Why don't you try diversifying your portfolio and join some other boards yourself?
New as of yesterday - Hemp, Inc. released it 3/25
Hemp, Inc. Acquires Percentage of Alternative Energy Company, Liberated Energy, Inc.(LIBE)
Hemp, Inc.'s (OTC:HEMP) wholly owned subsidiary, The Industrial Hemp and Medical Marijuana Consulting Company, Inc. (IHMMCC), is pleased to announce that it has acquired interest in the alternative energy company, Liberated Energy, Inc. (OTC:LIBE) by way of a signed Consultant Agreement. Per the agreement, IHMMCC will provide professional consulting services to help Liberated Energy, Inc. market and distribute their alternative energy products in the Industrial Hemp and Medical Marijuana industries.
"We are thrilled and looking forward to this new venture. After researching the industry and weighing our options, it was a no-brainer to collaborate with Hemp, Inc.'s Industrial Hemp and Medical Marijuana Consulting Company, Inc. (IHMMCC) to create new marketing and distribution capabilities for our Guard LiteTM Security Lighting System for the medical marijuana and industrial hemp industries," states Frank Pringle, CEO of Liberated Energy, Inc. (OTC:LIBE).
Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC:HEMP) said, "Liberated Energy, Inc.'s move into the industrial hemp and medical marijuana industries could not have come at a better time. The demand is expanding for growers and dispensaries to ramp up security for their operations with more comprehensive surveillance and monitoring, especially since most of these operations are high-volume, cash-based facilities."
According to Liberated Energy, Inc. CEO, Frank Pringle, the company has already sold ten Guard LiteTM Security Lighting Systems and is set to commence production of the units. A significant amount of orders is expected as companies in the medical marijuana sector seek to augment their surveillance and monitoring systems for their operational facilities.
The Guard LiteTM Security Lighting System is patent-pending and "uses wind and solar energy to power its security system, which consists of: High Tech LED Lighting WiFi HD Camera with 2 way audio Infrared and Motion Technology. The Guard Lite is self-powered and will use only approximately 10% of its maximum rated wind and solar energy." The objective, according to Liberated Energy, Inc.'s website, is to also "make small wind and solar turbine technology a significant contributor to the global clean energy supply portfolio by providing consumers with an affordable renewable energy option for their homes and business".
According to Perlowin, Hemp, Inc.'s subsidiary, The Industrial Hemp and Medical Marijuana Consulting Company, Inc. (IHMMCC), is well-entrenched and connected in the industrial hemp and medical marijuana sector and plans to market the Guard LiteTM Security Lighting System in states favorable to medical marijuana. As the country transitions to embrace more sustainable agriculture practices, public companies want to expand into the medical marijuana and industrial hemp industry and IHMMCC is leading the way. Hemp, Inc. executives say their subsidiary continues to be inundated with potential consulting agreements from companies seeking to capitalize in this multi-billion dollar industry that is spurring ecological and economic benefits.
"The Industrial Hemp and Medical Marijuana Consulting Company, Inc." pulls industry information from a vast network of specialists that consists of other public industry, public and private companies, public companies' CEOs and networks of experts, bankers, investors, lawyers, other consultants, industry analysts, and non-profits connected to this industry as well as the traditional industry experts in all areas of the various business opportunities the industry presents. The unrivaled wealth of knowledge and experience is attracting companies looking to diversify and expand into the industrial hemp and medical cannabis arena.
ABOUT HEMP, INC.
Hemp, Inc. (OTC:HEMP) focuses on the vast market created by the growing, multibillion dollar industrial hemp industry and strives to be the most diversified company in the sector. Hemp, Inc. (OTC:HEMP) is not currently involved in the cultivation or marketing of medical marijuana. It is the company's belief that legalization of Industrial Hemp in all 50 states (which is now possible with the passage of the 2014 Farm Bill) will come to pass. With that in mind, the company continues to build infrastructure with the potential to gain substantial market share before and after Industrial Hemp prohibition totally ends.
