New lead holdings is no better than the people they filed against. We all bought stock and then they pulled a reverse split. I think the NASDAQ should pull their stock and refund all investors their money and not allow them back on any exchange.
This is a pump and dump company that is all it will ever be under the Bobo way. I sold out and started investing in blue chip stock and have tripled my money no more penn stocks for me to many losers running these companies. All they know is take the money and run and screw the investor. This is why you do not see interviews with people like Bobo because he would get nailed hard then everyone not just the investor would know what a looser he is. Dump your stock take the loss and trade blue chip you will be much happier.
Has anyone talked to the SEC or Lawyer about this whole deal? Is there a petition started for the stockholders? Have the stockholders started emailing friends to get the information sent throughout the internet about the companies and Bob Corr? If we start emailing this info out to others Bob will see the real power a stockholder can hold. When you have no business or new stockholders you have no company. The way I see it if we are going to loose our money then we should return the favor and take as much as we can. Let’s all try and make Bob feel the way we do.
The whole deal was a scam and Corr is the scammer
That maybe but the PR's lead people to believe different is fraud no matter how you look at it. Misleading the public for personal gain through stock sales is illegal as well.
You are right on the money with that one. That is why I sent it to some govenment offices to read how Bob is running the show at RUSH/APPLE
O and here is another one where Bob told Stockguru.com and if you notice it said RushNet plans to take IT's Organic Apple Rush.
RushNet plans to take its Organic Apple Rush 100% Juice Soda line into cans. The move was encouraged by favorable pre-sell orders generated by its brokers and distributors for the bottle line. The company plans to introduce the Apple Rush cans in 5 flavors, Original Apple, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Strawberry and will roll out a new flavor, Grape. The company is targeting late second quarter 2007 for the introduction.
Don't forget this one either. Bob leaves a data trail.
RushNet recently announced that the company has signed a contract to acquire the assets of Garden Beverage, Inc., a Metro-Chicago beverage distributor. Garden Beverage will become a subsidiary of RushNet, Inc in an acquisition that was financed entirely by RushNet. The very capable Garden Beverage management team will continue to operate this growing distributorship through the transition period, and they will also play an integral role in the future direction and operation of the three year old company.
Garden Beverage hit its 2006 sales projection with revenues in excess of $5 million, and sales during Q1 of 2007 exceeded those for the same period in 2006. RushNet is implementing an aggressive growth strategy for Garden in 2007 that includes both an expanded distribution territory and deeper penetration into their existing territory for the fine, high-performing brands they handle. Additionally, two new divisions are being created that will focus on health-orientated Specialty Beverages and On-Premise sales. To support all of the above RushNet intends to add additional personnel and trucks to meet the anticipated demand in the 2007 summer beverage season.
Correct me if I am wrong but didn't Bob make this same announcement about RSHN a couple months ago?
Apple Rush Grows With Five New Distributor Appointments
9:15a ET January 8, 2008 (Business Wire)
Apple Rush (Pink sheets:APRU) recently appointed five new Distributors during December 2007. Four of the Distributors were located in the Midwest and one in the Northwestern Rocky Mountain Region.
The Midwest Region was increased by two Anheuser-Busch houses; Big North Distributing, Bemidji, MN and Hedinger Beverage Distributing, Jasper, IN. Co-Op Partners, St Paul, MN a Natural Foods Co-Op Distributor and Evans Distributing, Iowa City, IA a Specialty Beer & Soft Drink distributor were also added. Flat Head Distributing, Kalispell, MT, yet another Anheuser-Busch house, is Apple Rush's first Western Rocky Mountain region Distributor.
Robert Corr, President of Apple Rush Co., Inc, stated, "We are very pleased these distributors decided to offer the Organic Apple Rush(TM) product line to their accounts. These new appointments represent Apple Rush's first entrance into these various markets. We are continuing to make significant progress in expanding distribution of the Apple Rush(TM) brand and will continue to make appointments throughout the winter as we prepare for what looks to be a strong 2008 selling season."
Nothing with Bob dump and screw at the helm
So was New Coke
Their website is down and has been for days
I found them in yahoo and if you need dates go do the research
I see where Applerush has started sending drinks to Israel does this mean that Rushnet is out of the deal? If so this would be a ????? of the Rushnet deal.
RushNet shipped the container of Apple Rush to Foods & Stuff, a company based in Israel. Foods & Stuff is a distributor of high quality natural and organic food and beverages with a network throughout Israel. This marks RushNet's first venture into the near east market and represents significant progress in the growth of its export business which already includes Canada, Guam, Mexico and Puerto Rico. The company stated that it continues to focus its efforts in completing other export business opportunities that it has been developing in Japan, Korea, Aruba, India and Australia with Apple Rush and other products within its portfolio.
Robert Corr, president of RushNet, said: "Our efforts in attending tradeshows continue to pay off as evidenced by this latest export customer in Israel. We were encouraged how fast we were able to move the approval process along with Foods & Stuff and the agencies of the Israeli Government. With this new expanded growth we continue to see the world-wide appeal Apple Rush can garner and we look forward to developing the brand in other potential international markets."
I thought this was a funny coming from Corr where he uses the word charlatans.
Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc., stated, "Senator Feingold's recent bill will help to curb the deception and fraud that plagues the ginseng market. In 2002, the senator battled successfully to outlaw the term 'Siberian ginseng.' This term applied to a plant Eleutherococcus senticosus, which isn't ginseng, but a cheap, inferior substitute. Nowadays, ginseng on a label can refer only to genus Panax."
Corr, who has devoted 35 years to the ginseng trade, warned that consumers still require additional levels of protection from ginseng charlatans. "We urge Senator Feingold to introduce additional legislation requiring manufacturers to list ginsenosides content on products purporting to contain ginseng. Ginsenosides are ginseng's signature active ingredients."
Corr said RushNet commissioned laboratory tests of best-selling canned beverages touting ginseng on their labels and in their advertising. Preliminary results showed zero detectable ginsenosides. The results were so astounding that RushNet has commissioned a second independent lab test of these beverages for ginsenosides content.
RushNet Inc. is the licensed marketing agent for Rush Beverage Company products and brand owner of e-water(TM). www.enjoytherush.com
I wonder has AppleRush taken over these as well.
RushNet, Inc. (Other OTC:RSHN.PK) is pleased to announce the Mid-Atlantic Division of Whole Foods Market® (NasdaqNM:WFMI) has agreed to merchandise licensed beverages Ginseng Rush® and Ginseng Rush XXX™ at all of its 26 natural foods supermarkets serving six states and the District of Columbia. These states include Maryland, New Jersey (Marlton and Princeton locations only), Ohio and the Commonwealths of Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc., said, "We are delighted to join with Whole Foods® in providing consumers with highest quality all-natural beverages. Whole Foods® operates 181 supermarkets in the U.S.A., U.K. and Canada and leads the natural food and beverage juggernaut. Meanwhile, RushNet continues to expand its market breadth, region by region, in a nonstop effort to establish national, if not, international beverage brands."
I found a funny by Robert Corr.
Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc., stated, "We'd like to keep in closer contact with our shareholders as the company enters an exciting period of growth and expansion. We have therefore set up a voluntary 'RushNet Alert Stockholder Program' in order to keep our stockholders abreast of latest developments. As always, we welcome worthy suggestions and ideas of thoughtful shareholders."
"To subscribe to our RushNet Alert program," Corr continued, "we ask all RushNet, Inc. stockholders to e-mail us at rushnetinc@gmail.com. Tell us your name, physical address, your trading firm and the number of shares held. We will add your name to our e-mailing list."
How do you like the .06 per share
We have to wait and see the end result. However; I am willing to contact a lawyer and have this and all companies Robert Corr is running looked at. I am waiting to see if he holds true to his word of no reverse splits and the correct amount of stock given in lue of the APRU break away.
You have really been out Bob is breaking the company as he has opened apple rush..
Yes they can and we are all still looking for the numbers as to where when and who the money went to.
I am going to hang in there with RobertCorr for a while and see how it plays out. The way it looks he has placed himself in a conflict of interest by taking Apple away from Rushnet.
This article placed at http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/071102/20071102005179.html?.v=1
Apple Rush existed as a brand for roughly 5 years in the mid-1970s with marginal success; a lack of sufficient sales caused the product line to eventually fall out of the market. In 1980 Robert Corr purchased the trademark of the then defunct company for eventual use by his privately-owned natural beverage company, Rush Beverage Company.
to me this seems to show a trace of conflict. Correct me if I am wrong but conflict of interest is (Self-dealing, in which public and private interests collide, for example issues involving privately held business interests). From the looks of Apple break away this could fall under self-dealing and if so this would be a conflict of interest. However; I am not a lawyer but I do know several and will make some inquires.
Robert Corr was also quoted as saying at http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/071116/20071116005526.html?.v=1
(Apple Rush will begin actively trading on the pinksheets in the very near future. According to Robert Corr, CEO of Apple Rush, “We’re all very excited that we will soon begin trading. This is a major event for everyone at Apple Rush and for the shareholders of RushNet, as they are the largest shareholder of Apple Rush, holding 45% of the company’s equity.” (Additionally, the long-awaited Garden Beverage, Inc. acquisition has been finalized. Originally the transaction had been secured by RushNet, but due to a fall in its share price and other factors beyond the company’s control, RushNet was not able to complete the final transaction. As a result, Apple Rush, having a strong business model, excellent growth prospects and the support of RushNet, was able to secure debt financing and has consummated the acquisition of Garden Beverage. Garden will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apple Rush.) “This is an excellent acquisition for Apple Rush, allowing the company to strengthen the sales and distribution growth of the Apple Rush product line through its ownership of Garden Beverage, with the cooperation and marketing support of RushNet. Furthermore, RushNet will still benefit tremendously from this arrangement as they are the single largest shareholder of Apple Rush. I strongly believe this is a win-win situation for everyone,” commented Robert Corr, CEO of Apple Rush.
Robert Corr continued, “Before the end of the month, Apple Rush plans to engage securities counsel to pursue the registration process to distribute direct dividend shares of Apple Rush to the shareholders of RushNet, as I have previously promised. Announcements will be forthcoming as progress is made with Apple Rush and the share dividend plan.”
Has anyone seen any data or financial reports on Rushnet to support what Robert Corr is tell everyone, about the fall of Rushnet’s share price?
Has anyone seen any mail or legal papers stating that the shareholders are to receive said amount of direct dividend?
Has anyone notice that Garden according to Robert Corr will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple Rush? This means if he gets rid of Rushnet he can do the same to Apple latter.
Where does this group of investors want to go from this point? I have a message to all that I have not posted.
Hey all enjoy the RUSH as it RUSHESSSSS by. I commented back a week ago when this all started it was my experience that when the name changes so do the shares. Corr road yall hard and put you up wet. It looks as if he did just what we said took the money from RSHN and played it for a new company, name, new stock holds, and money. I am glad I sold when it went up a bird in hand is worth two in the bush.
I'm going off experience with pink sheet stock. I hope you are right. I have been in this longer than any of you this was a computer company when I bought in and it has changed and I hope for the best. I and others around me own several shares so I am up on what is happening.
When a company changes its name and symbol it has been my experience that they reverse split the stock down to nothing and everyone looses except the company. If you do not believe me check out BLRS.PK they pulled this when they changed their name as has others. My question is simple are we going to get the reverse split shaft? They can do this as a pink sheet stock and nothing can be done about it we just loose. Makes me wonder if Corr is going to pull the old get the stock back and let the investor take the hit.
I just called the Central Market|5.07 320 Colt Rd.
Plano, TX 75075 Phone: 469-241-8300 Approximately 5 mile/s Away. That Rush store locater claims their drinks are in and no one not even the manager knows of these drinks. The manager even told me they have no stock and do not have any plains to stock these drinks.
Unless they pull a reverse split
To all I just want to see some numbers. The numbers don't lie and they don't cover up the truth. I look at stock numbers everyday and I know if a company is doing good or blowing smoke. Here are a few for all to check out and these are companys in the game and reporting numbers.

Yes I bought in. However; the drinks are good if the right advertising was put in place they might just have something. If I was Bob I would pursue the schools, Wal-Mart, Costco as well as others to move my product.
I spoke to Andrea and my first impression was she was mad about something. I tried to talk to her about my order and could barely get a word out do to her talking over me. I am not mad at Rushnet or Andrea I just wanted them to know that my order was delivered at the wrong address. If this is happening I though they should know and this is when I was met with (we have never had a problem with DHL and why are you calling us you should be calling DHL) type of comment. That to me was off the cuff so to speak when all I was doing was informing them of the problem. I have an investment in the company and just want to let them know of a problem before it happen to someone else. I can have UPS pick my shipments up and deliver them to me and solve my problem.
Yes it was Andrea I spoke to. I have checked all voice mail and no call back from her.
I keep hearing about pamphlets but I did not receive any with my order. Has anyone email the company and received a reply? I have sent several emails about the stock and revenue reports. I have not received any replies of any kind and that is scary considering they want us to by stock. Seems to me they would at least send out a letter or something to the share holders unless they are planning a reverse split or a take the money and run.
I just checked Dallas TX at http://www.enjoytherush.com/store/searchlocation.asp store locater and called the stores listed. Per Tiger Mart Dallas TX and Central Market (HEB #552) 5750 E Lovers Ln Dallas TX we do not carry their products. I called Ann's Health Food Center 2634 S Zang Blvd Dallas TX and they carry the XXX Cola but do not have customers asking for the product so it is limited. Rushnet needs to advertise in the Dallas TX area so their product will be noticed. Also we ordered products from their website and DHL delivered our order 1 mile from the address listed on the shipping label. Also when I called and spoke to the shipping clerk at Rushnet she started arguing with me about the delivery. She told me she would call me back on this matter when she found out what went wrong. She never called me back what a way to start a new business with bad customer service.
