This thing was at $.11 when I initially bought in years ago. What an opportunity!!!!!
Tell Arne to stick his chat room up his azzz!!!
You all must admit that its concerning that he could not pay the auditor. That's just keeping it real.
It's in the letter that he wrote to the SEC and made available on the AWYI website.
He's already informed the SEC that all filings will be ready by end June (or July). One of those 2.
You're reponses are way left field.
Only now that Arne's backed in a corner that he "had to" say that he was having money problems with regards to paying the auditors. Why he could not say that before (after the hundreds of times investors asked why were the filings late).
Transparency my azz!!! I have lost respect.
If that is the case events like today should not have had to force his hand.
I don't understand why you keep saying that certain events would require filings. Until AWYI reaches OTCBB or higher exchange, Arne does not have to file anything.
Could be strategic why he is holding out. You say for negative reasons, I say he is not doing it for negative reasons. Only time will tell.
You did not answer my original question???
AWYI was an upstanding and fully-reporting member of the OTCBB for a decent amount of time before AWYI fell off in 2008. Why don't you think he can't get back there (or to a higher board) and stay there now????
What's your point - we all know that AWYI is not on the OTCBB and needs to become current in filings to get listed. Arne has said that many times.
You cannot say that the money is gone or not. That's your opinion. If you are going to say that please say "in my opinion".
Arne does not have to issue a PR or make an SEC filing, AWYI is not a fully reporting company at this point.
He won't tell u anything that's not in the filings already. If he had paid off Gary and wanted the public to know he would have PR'ed that by now don't u think? So either:
1. He's paid Gary off but don't want "others" to know for strategic reasons, or
2. He hasn't paid Gary off yet.
One would have to assume that it was not death spiriling fanancing due to lesson's learned from Cornell. But who knows??
I have sent a link last week showing that Arne secured 1.1M to pay Gary Block. Whether he gave Gary a partial payment - and this means he can "consolidate" some of their revenues now (as Arne has stated in the past) could be a true statement. So therefore AWYI could have revenues.
This is simply a contract (or better yet a license) to sell goods / services to the Federal Gov. This is not a contract based on an actual sale of a good or service.
It was probably Cornell.
AWYI is no where close to that. Sorry.
Well quit asking me
Arne has said that he would consider R/S if it benefits the company / shareholders.
Your opinion. Ask Arne don't ask me.
JS, Louie - while its true that AWYI did not have revs back in March of last year, you and Louie may be wrong about AWYI having revs now. This is my proof:
1. Arne owes Gary Block 1.1 MUSD for acquisition of Govbuys (as noted in SEC filing below - Item 2.01, Third Paragraph):
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1145254/000114420411021525/v218243_8k.htm
2. Arne raises 1.1 MUSD for acquisition of Govbuys:
http://baltimore.citybizlist.com/1/2011/4/27/Ariel-Way-Raises-1.1M-Related-to-GovernmentBuys-Acquisition--cbl.aspx
3. . According to SEC FORM D below, Arne raised the 1.1 MUSD through exempt offering of securities. Also, according to Form D below (line 14), it appears the entire 1.1 MUSD was acquired from a single investor (Lief Carlson from Arrow Capital). Unfortunately, also according to Form D below (Section 5), Ariel Way had no revenues at time of filing.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1145254/000114525411000002/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml
4. So if Arne indeed raised the 1.1 MUSD, he could have indeed paid Gary Block and can consolidate some of the revs from GovBuys.
Your opinion - all I said is that I have proof that AWYI had no revs at march of last year but I don't know anything after that
I believe in this stock. But I have definitive proof that AWYI had no revenues up to march of last year. After that I don't know.
It's too easy to become a moderator on IHUB. I'm done with posting here. GLTA
Understand that - but if Gary Block believed in Arne, he could pay off Cornell with his revenues and have Arne issue an IOU.
What's your point? I'm still asking that question today. Don't need to requote me as if what I said then is not what I'm saying today. I don't flip flop - I'm objective when it comes to this stock
Then why are you asking me?
Please don't try to fish info out of me, as you have done in the past. Don't insult my intelligence.
But here is my concern. If he was bringing in rev's and constant contracts as he state, how cannot he not either:
(1) Pay off Cornell directly
(2) Acquiring Financing
The chat room has become quite repetitive. And all of those things that he is doing to show "transparency" (and I say transparency with caution because he does not / cannot divulge info so how is it transparency) does make give it the "appearance" that he is just trying to use charisma to gain trust, whether if that is his intention or not.
I'm still supporting - but by now we should have had some type of concrete news other than a website.
Louie - I have my concerns. But is not because of anything you say about this stock.
We need concrete news. Period. It's been long enough. Forget a new website - what good is a new website if there is no content to put on it? Why can't he put all of these contracts that he is getting on the site?
It's time for Arne to put up now. Instead of continued PRs conveying nothing but speculation.
Max - got your IM. Can't send private messages anymore. But yes - that's happening to me a lot now.
What's disappoining is that the new web site is essentially the old web site, but with new background and some of the links re-arranged. Anybody with limited web development background can re-arrange the website around like this!!
Man its time for Arne to put up or shut up. He only has one more year of my time and I'm out.
And no Louie - you are not right IMO so no need to respond to my post.
These are the facts. Arne does say that he can consolidate some of G4 and GovBuys revenue, but doesn't give how much. This can be from .000000001% to 100%
There is validity in life43's post.
In all honesty - we need concrete news other than website developments. Thats a fact.
