IMO One more week to get a response from the FAA before we are on to 2016. With all the holidays fast approaching the FAA virtually shuts down between Thanksgiving and the new year. The chances of all the people that will need to sign off on anything this important being around for the rest of the year are slim. I may be wrong but history tells me otherwise :(((...............
If it is true, BIG IF, then I think it is great news. I'd rather know that we have a scheduled date for #8 then be in limbo land like we are now waiting for an answer on #7 from the FAA. The current decision could take another 3 weeks anyway. So either way, true or not, we still have to wait. We all know the FAA typically doesn't work the week before or after big holidays. Time will tell!
I am of the opinion that Baltia wants to get certified and they have chosen PP selling as the means for funding this process...
Baltia has been taking it on the chin from the FAA for way too many years. Constantly jumping through hoops because they didn't want to do anything to piss them off or limit their chances of passing all these tasks. We have heard about how thankful the FAA is for all this cooperation, but the fact is that Baltia has burned through enormous amounts of cash while this submissive stance has been taken. They have proven that they are for real and deserve better. IMO....it is now time for Baltia to flex some muscle and fight for what they deserve. They should grow a pair and start going on the offensive to see these final tasks completed....this is business and sometimes you have to piss some people off and fight for what is right....no more walking on eggshells and complacency...They are too far into this for that type of mentality anymore. Go for it Baltia, you deserve it! Here's hoping that they actually have a date set for next week to finally complete and pass this current task so we can move onto the next hurdle....
Great post this morning. The only one that actually provides some information instead of idle chatter and opinions that don't matter.
No worries...but thx for reinforcing...
Agreed, I was not the one that mentioned it though...LOL I was replying to another post that thought that this could actually be a possibility...
When any company delist their stock becomes zero..I highly doubt that will happen to Baltia if it hasn't happened by now....just another bump on a very rocky road to success...IMO
Certainly is good to hear that those damn slides were not an issue this time. Do we know if the "something that came loose" has a name? It sounds like it's a no brainer to fix and the time frame to fix it is short which is also excellent news.. The One BIG question I have is when the "something" is fixed, do we actually have to redeploy the slides again to check this part? Or is it just a matter of tightening a bolt or screw or something that simple? I just want to make sure and hoping that they are not judging the slide deployment anymore...
The bad news is they we didn't get an official pass. The good news is that we have another week of back and forth fun n games on this board.
This is such a great opportunity for any new investor jumping in now...the sp is so low and certification is imminent...the opportunity to, at the very least, double or triple your money once they pass is a no brainer.....IMO
No you can't...the lightbulb was never invented before ...I'm confused ...are we talking about Edison and the lightbulb or Baltia? LOL O&W, just messing with you...everyone is so touchy lately...let's try and lighten it up a bit...
They may be true...but could you imagine how much quicker he could have done it if he had a team of experts working on it day and night...
LOL. But it only took Edison a year to invent it. Sorry couldn't resist....
I forgot, YES that too...lol
For those of you (like me) that have been invested in Baltia for a very long time, I feel your pain and frustration. It took a long time for me to let go of the frustration and to focus on the ultimate goal and payday ahead. These last 6 months to a year have produced more than the previous X number of years combined. (fill in whatever number you want for X) And although the last year has had its share of frustrations, disappointments and delays, the prize is truly now within site.
For those of you that have been lucky enough to find out about this gem in the last few months or even the last year or two, you should be very thankful that you have not had to be as frustrated as others in the time this has taken and have been able to accumulate shares at fantastically under valued prices (IMO).
No matter which group of Baltia investor above you fall into, you have to constantly reinforce the reason you are invested "to make money"! The best way to do that is to stay positive (no matter how hard it can be at times) so that the people looking at jumping in can truly see where this investment is and how close we are and not where it was or has been because that is old news and serves no purpose.
For those that fall into neither group.......IDK...either jump in or not.
Venting frustration does nothing to help produce your ultimate goal, it will only potentially make you feel better but not help produce the results you want. A lesson I have learned over the years with this investment.
All the noise being generated is just static. This is finally going to happen in the coming days and weeks and I am soooo excited to finally have the opportunity to not only make a significant return on my investment, but finally prove to all my friends and relatives that have been asking me about this and have been making fun of me for all these years that they should have listened to me. LOL.......

That's the plan....
The Crew
Pilots must be familiar with ditching techniques, and ditching procedures exist in their aircraft manuals and checklists. Familiarization with the procedures is typically done in ground school. The FAA does not specifically require that pilots demonstrate ditching in a simulator.
Flight attendants are trained to respond to many different emergency situations, including ditching. Their training includes how to handle both anticipated and unplanned evacuations into water. They must be familiar with the life rafts, life preservers, flotation seat cushions, survival equipment and ditching instructions to passengers.
Ditching-related drills are required for flight attendants working for airlines with extended over-water flights. Training must include a planned ditching drill, preferably with the flight crew participating. They also must observe the deployment, inflation and detachment of each type of slide and life raft. The drills are required in both initial training and every 24 months thereafter.
The FAA does not currently require ditching drills be performed in water, but strongly recommends use of a realistic training environment.
It will be slowly moving up from here but the Big Bang will come when they are allowed to advertise and the press picks up this major accomplishment....
Mini was a pass its all up up and away from here....
Did u say ditching excercises? Weeeeeeee
OMG. I didn't hear that from mgmt...that's awesome....
How would you like it? via a PR?....LOL...
That's correct! And I heard the FAA really appreciated the gesture since they will be saving some $$$$ on flight costs.
I heard they passed the evac and have moved onto proving flights and that this short trip tonight will count towards the required hours......Yes. That's why the plane is in the air....congrats Baltia.
The cargo piece is huge, not only for proving flights but normal operations. Even if a single passenger never stepped foot on the plane, the revenue potential from cargo alone (that could be flown direct with no layover)could sustain this airlines. IMO the cargo is the money maker and the passengers are the gravey.
So, the Baltia world is not coming to an end?
- They are not out of business & closed up shop (as has been discussed here)? NOT
- They are not under investigation (as has been discussed here)? NOT
- Some minor PPS fluctuations over the last few weeks did not crumple the company & bring it to sub-penny status? NOT
- Baltia Management stopped working? NOT
I was really starting to get worried about this investment based on the information provided on this site lately….NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let’s get it done next week Baltia and move on from the mini to the Proving Flights and then on to being certified as “America’s Newest Airline”. That would be BALTIA AIRLINES, NOT EASTERN………………
AWESOME times ahead for all investors (both new and old)
That's great news.....sure hope they get it done this week...as far as the lawyers and the pr, are you kidding? Since Baltia's PR's are typically one or two sentences, I can't believe it would take too long to get it released. In fact, I would hope that the next one is already written. They should already know what they want to say after the evac is completed...
Again, no Baltia "EMPLOYEE" has documented ANY deadlines in writing anywhere. It has strictly been members stating timeframes based on EXPECTED dates to complete tasks without any unforeseen delays......so no "BALTIA PUBLISHED" deadlines have been missed!!!!!!!
And, we continue to push forward to certification!
Did I miss something? I never saw anything coming out of Baltia directly stating or publishing ANY hard deadlines in writing. If there were, I would love to see them. Seems those timeframes were only published by memebers on this board who were making estimates and guesses based on life in a perfect world. Unfortunately, nothing is perfect and stuff happens. i.e.the unforseen issue with the canisters that control the slide for evac. Again, not Baltia's fault, but K's...
It would seem to me that the issue with the mini-evac has been corrected and has just not been officially tested and approved yet by the appropriate authorities. I don't think the FAA would allow the plane to take off for its little test run knowing there were still issues and risking the crew if something was to happen and they needed to do an emergency evac through a system that was not working properly. Yes, I know the plane was not full of passengers, but I doubt they would risk the lives of the crew on board.
I am very confident that the issue has already been corrected and we are just waiting for the evac test to be rescheduled & officially tested and approved. This will happen before the end of this month and then its on to the next step.

Are these the same doubts that you had that they would get to phase 3 or that this was a scam or the plane would never pass inspection? We all know that the Baltia timeline is ALWAYS longer than stated. But eventually it happens and so will the next announcements.
I too thought it was suppose to be this week? Let's hope it is next week finally. Hopefully they announce all the exercises have been passed. That would be awesome news.
Exactly. Instead of being angry that I bought into Baltia at .05 7 years ago, I too have instead chosen to continue to buy to lower my avg PPS and have successfully done so. So I for one am fortunate to have backed up the truck many times to accomplish this. So instead of being an angry investor of Baltia, I am very happy that I have had the opportunity to lower my average this late in the game. So even if it only goes to .04, my truck will overflow with double my truckloads invested. I can't wait! So no anger here because I know they will get their certification. If I didn't think so, I would have sold long ago, gotten out, left this board to the still angry and negative investors and non-investors that remain. No anger here, only anticipated smart investing. IMO. GLTA the actual investors out there.

Prepare to be astounded! It's better to under commit and over deliver, then over commit and under deliver. That way you won't be disappointed. All us investors will be very pleasantly suprised over the coming weeks and months.
