I suggest you and everyone else go out on the net and print the articles that have misled you and others. You will need them. That article was a nice "so-long" letter and if you take it for anything else.....I cant believe he thinks we will just walk away and let them steal it from the rest of us. I just recieved a full letter full of info in the mail today from Continental and on behalf of Nashville Records. I will read it tomerrow and tell all what is on it.......unless of course someone beats me to it.

In order to be defined as a company, you must be engaged in commerce or doing business some way form or fashion. I believe that probably excludes us as a company. Gene lives in a Environmentally controlled storage center where his wife is the manager. His office is there and not in Music row. Rent is free. Who cares about that anyway. Lets make some money......

correct F B S. I was screwed on the info just as you were. I never know when what I am told is correct or not, I only convey what I am told by very reliable resources. I am very disappointed in this company. Facts here are Gene has left a shell of financial disaster, steps Ed in to take the fall and Ed gets the blame. Gene lives to fight another day with Trimark with a new group of investors, excluding all of us, to try round 2. I know this if Gene is involved with it, I will never put a dime of my money in or near it. I am completely put out with this whole bunch of underperformers. No revenue, no income, no information, no direction, no money, no investors, other than that NSHV is doing great.

Iceman, I feel your pain bro and there is much frustration with owning a stock, albeit a frail one here, and being whipsawed around. Lets all face the facts here.....company is a sick puppy. Gene just about killed it. I mean really what did he ever accomplish? I likewise applaud the change at the top.

Now why the ambiguity at the top? Maybe Winders has decided he will control all communications henceforth and the rehash of nothingness that Gene put out in news releases are forever gone. Listen folks what makes a stock go up is the creation of value......a principle that will never change if you live to be 150. The reason the company is in this shape and the reason a 1:100 stock split for NSHV is inevitable is no value has been created....none. I was told last week by my source that a news release would be out this week guaranteed. Gene I believe is trying to "Gracefully" wash himself right out of the picture and that is good.

Just as a matter of fact here, the new President and CEo if NSHV came with a pile of money attached. A requirement to replace Gene as leadoer of the company was an integral part of his decision to come with the money. Also, this money or investment is specific to NSHV and has nothing to do with Trimark other than to get the spinoff shares from it. The new president acually thinks that he can make some big money on NSHV. I am told that by Wednesday he had (2) market makers....that is 2 days after taking over....and Gene had been dealy dallying around with that for 6 months. Folks the problem here has been Gene inabilites to get things done. Nice fellow and good man????absolutely.....good businessman???absolutely not.

We move forward from here at lightning speed I am told. I am also told that going forward, PR's will be specific not broadbased "latest updates' type info. Specific highlights of accomplishments and how that may impact bottom and top lines will be emphasized. We are about to witness a major transformation that Gene just was unable to pull off.

Yes that is unbelievable. We will start a move up tomorrow that will extend past 5.....Oh and by the way that will be a 10 P/e for a comapny that is growing 3X that. Buy the H out of this or you all will kick your own butt later...

Funding is there, you will see shortly. It is tied to the new President. Hang on, you will see that things are going to be good and become more Trimark and less and less NSHV each and every day. As I said last week we now have a businessman. My only point of concern for many here is it will take 2 years I think.

He will have to go to .011 to purchase. No one will sell for less than .01 so the Market Maker cant make any money if you have a buyer and seller on the same price. Technically that is in good shape for the foreseeable future.

Man I have loved this spirited dialogue today. Good to see at least if we are all broke, we still have some fire in us. Here are my observations:

The PR today tells me that Gene has effectively taken our investment and generated a lot of goodwill with it, but no value or money;
1. As I stated last year, Gene appears creative but just not a businessman. That has proven true by Gene's own admission;
2. Gene is a good man, He could have left us high and dry and decided not to. However, if you pull the covers off the bed, I believe you will find that NSHV remains a major impediment to getting Trimark funded. No one wants to come in and flop millions down on an investment and remain subserviant to a company with this one's track record. Therefore I think that is what precipitated the acq.
3. We are in the "start all over mode". If you cant deal with that, sell....it will be 2 years before we make any money. I hate to admit that but that is the way I see it.
4. New President will be tasked with a real challenge. He has got to generate revenue with none in the bank....or it seems that way. Who is funding NSHV right now? We are not generating any cash? Are the bills piling up? Who will pay this big dog?
5. All that is really negative but I have some good news, the stock reflects it. A .01 stock is vapor and hope, and that sums up what we have here.
6. I hope Gene isnt distancing himself from this failure in order to get a fresh start on a new venture with new funds....and give us his shares which are relatively worthless ( and the tax bill that goes with it i must say) in order to clear the canvis of some real funky business endeavors.

HEre here guys. The shake up is a good thing.... not a bad thing. It is a bump up and a new man on the managemnt front at NSHV.....I said we need a real bonified businessman and we are about to get him, YOu will see. Worth 5 cents a share in my opionion.
