I'd rather see it in writing publicly. Not by phone.
When you say you have an office somewhere, it should be a matter of record in some form? There's just seems to be too little on these guys publicly.
What have you found out by calling them?
Where's the office in the Indies?
Where's the office in Australia ?
Where's the office in the USA?
What aircraft did they build already?
What's the patent numbers for the patents they speak of in the PR's?
Answers needed regarding statements already made by them in PR's
That's like saying Call Michelle @ 360 she'll fill ya in.
I've read about the rotational torque being a problem with this design also. They talked about needing computer aided adjustments and intense pilot training to overcome the flying characteristics of such a design. Most pilots hired for commuter planes have less experience /less experience required in job ads / than larger plane pilots. Trying to keep costs down !
The company that makes the 3 engine version that they (Integrity Air) copied their design from has an intense pilot training program. IS Peter going to have an intense training program also?
I don't like commuter planes with only 1 engine. I don't like commuter planes period.
Basically speaking, Integrity Air's plane is probably like trying to FLY / RIDE a bucking bronco!
With the good news that will come. What? Who ?
Ya gotta love pumpers! They know everything!
Ya baby ! We support our Female
USA Air Force Pilots too...
Let's stick with the facts SONY:
Integrity Aircraft Holdings Corporation stated:
"The company holds a patent in the United States that protects the Integrity engine installation and the new overall design concept. The company expects this patent to be extended world-wide."
If they hold the patent, it means it's theirs, not some others.
You (patent holder) can contract with another to let them manufacture your product, for example, but that does not make THEY (the manufacturer) the holder of the patent.
GENERAL INFO
What Is a Patent?
A patent for an invention is the grant of a property right to the inventor, issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Generally, the term of a new patent is 20 years from the date on which the application for the patent was filed in the United States or, in special cases, from the date an earlier related application was filed, subject to the payment of maintenance fees. U.S. patent grants are effective only within the United States, U.S. territories, and U.S. possessions. Under certain circumstances, patent term extensions or adjustments may be available.
The right conferred by the patent grant is, in the language of the statute and of the grant itself, “the right to exclude others from making, using, offering for sale, or selling” the invention in the United States or “importing” the invention into the United States. What is granted is not the right to make, use, offer for sale, sell or import, but the right to exclude others from making, using, offering for sale, selling or importing the invention. Once a patent is issued, the patentee must enforce the patent without aid of the USPTO.
There are three types of patents:
1) Utility patents may be granted to anyone who invents or discovers any new and useful process, machine, article of manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof;
2) Design patents may be granted to anyone who invents a new, original, and ornamental design for an article of manufacture; and
3) Plant patents may be granted to anyone who invents or discovers and asexually reproduces any distinct and new variety of plant.

Three Sixty, Inc. (TSXT) Soon to be renamed IAHL Corporation
today announced that it has agreed to acquire Integrity Aircraft Holdings Limited.
Integrity Aircraft Holdings Corporation stated:
"The company holds a patent in the United States that protects the Integrity engine installation and the new overall design concept. The company expects this patent to be extended world-wide."
"Expects to be extended world-wide" means either:
# 1. They haven't asked their attorney if it's possible YET,
OR
# 2. Their attorney didn't promise them a rose garden!
All we need IS A PATENT NUMBER to verify truth or LIES.
It's so simple. One doesn't need a Masters in Business to figure this one out. Give up the number, you look it up.
If you're going to talk about a patent, back it up with a number.
SIMPLE.

RE: Patents
They said they have them. Company I'm partner in has patents. We have no problem displaying them on our website, talking about them, listing them in writings, ETC. I make sure we display them as much as possible. We caught a few cheaters that way.
What's the big deal with the patents? Why don't they provide them? Any real businessman has them at his fingertips. Shouldn't be something you're afraid to brag about. It's easy. Give up the numbers so they can be researched.
Sorry for the double wammy
Pinks Sheets LLC Assigns "Stop" Rating to TSXT
Except to those unsophisticated investor types!
Make money on a model RC airplane?
I'm in !
Another Funny PR from the scam artists LOL
Where's the patent numbers?
Nothing here in the PR promising, revealing, or otherwise.
Refuel with engine running;
Let's see your RAPID REFUEL MANUAL

ANOTHER AIRPORT:
SECTION THREE
AIRCRAFT FUELING, DEFUELING AND DEICING
3.1 FUELING
All aircraft fueling/fuel farm activities take place under the authority of the Airport Manager. Only those persons authorized by the Airport Manager as part of a lease agreement, may supply fuel and/or fuel or defuel aircraft. These activities are subject to inspection under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 139. Any inspection or observed activity which results in a violation of the Airport's or FAA's regulations shall be terminated immediately and the situation corrected. No aircraft shall be fueled or defueled while inside a hangar or enclosed space, in an area posted or marked indicating that fueling operations are prohibited in that area or while any engine is running or being warmed up by the application of external heat.
Cleaner air intake -- engines located in front of fuselage or on wings intake debris, dust and foreign objects on runway.
Debris, dust and foreign objects on runway can get kicked up
by landing gear and directly impact prop causing damage and safety concerns too.
You're smoking POT!
There you go! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!
You know the rules don't you?
Never, ever fly in a small commercial prop plane on a stormy day.
Never ever fly in a commercial prop plane with less than 31 seats.
Always fly in a jet.
If a jet isn't available, swim or drive or walk to your destination or don't go at all!
It looks like the TRI Islander is the only one of it's kind and they're building more.
My question is, did Van Dyke copy this design and change a window here and the nose there?
Additionally, I question why wouldn't Britten Norman build their plane with (1) engine if it would reduce weight and fuel use. The TRI Islander fuel capacity is 185 US Gallons while the Integrity 289 Gallons.
A commercial airplane with ONE prop engine on a tail does not turn me on as a pilot or passenger.
Everything sounds, looks , reads the same between the two planes except Britten Norman builds them and Van Dye wants to build them.
Too similar and no big technology difference exists here.
Still in the market for those 2 planes ?
Here's a brochure for the same plane as Van Dykes but three engines...
Safer I think?

Very interesting. 4 SALE
Check out this link. I think we're getting closer!

I second that with a big #2.
DD is the important thing here. Treat any investment like you're going into business with that person. Do the research. You will quickly find out lots of info to help you make a choice. The more info you don't find, the less appealing it is IMO.
HOW TO: RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH
http://www.virtualchase.com/howto/index.html
Don't rely on verbal TALK. Michelle Shearer and Mark DeMattei are perfect examples of what goes wrong when you rely on BIG talk with nothing to back it up. Unfortunately, even very good trusting business people got burned by them.
WE want to trust people and take them at their word, but we can't. It just doesn't work that way.
One thing I can say ... a high % of PINK SHEET investors would fail very quickly in business due to their gullible natures.
Warning ... There's always someone out there trying to SCREW you. You just have to be smarter than them.
Yes, we will make arrangements
I searched and found same results 3 weeks ago. Sony, you can find the info searching Google ... and I might add there's phone numbers and addresses too.
Someone yesterday accused me of being venomous.
It more like common sense!
It's not looking good IMO.

Who the "F" would ever invest in such a dark hole is beyond me. If this is all it takes to get people to throw you money ... I'm in. I'm going to build a plane too. But I'm going to put 2 engines on the wings, and have 40 seats, and serve cheese and crackers. And I'll get it approved by the FAA. And I don't need a patent.
It was a crash.
Re: Tail Prop Engines
I read a article by AIRCRAFT ENGINEERS recently saying that single prop engines installed on tails coupled with fuel stored in the tail poses a danger upon crash impact to the occupants.
I'll try to find it again and post.
The safety of a break away tail
Are you saying you think a plane flying forward impacts and makes things fly backwards? Like tails and engines? Breakaway tails go back on impact?
Yikes. You're going to be rich!
Yes, and you don't want to crash in a 20 seat tail prop engine with fuel stored in the tail. You can kiss your A%$ goodbye.
A great program? Please fill us in on this great program.
Won't work if it's a low altitude flight. You'll need altitude to glide to that safe landing I think.
Yes it will be approved if airworthy, but in the UK as per Peter Van Dyke.
You need to do your DD young lady.
RE: Glide Rate (unpowered aircraft)
Yes, a very important feature:
Glide ratio, also called, Lift-to-drag ratio, glide number, or finesse, is an aviation term that refers to the distance an aircraft will move forward for any given amount of lost altitude (the cotangent of the downward angle). Alternatively it is also the forward speed divided by sink speed (unpowered aircraft):
RE: FAA Approval
It's not going to be approved in the US by the FAA.
What? A few pennies? Get real.
Yes, and notice the safer 3 engine design!
She can fly my plane anytime.
I'd perfer a Wench Slave

NO ! If you want to AirPool, you need one of these ....
The Integrity Aircraft is seen here emerging from thick clouds on a recent island hop in the West Indies. Note the foggy windows from this extreme maneuver. With gear down must be getting ready for a landing?
