XXIS Corporate Bylaws just posted on Pink Sheets, under Pink Sheets Financial Reports.

I placed a sell order for 1 mil shares of XXIS @ $1.00 with my Wells account(sure looks good). I also attempted to place another 1 mil sell order, from my Scottrade account, but it wouldn't accept the order(limit price too far away from market price for stocks under $10.00). I'll try that one again in the morning.

Bobby, could either you or Imperial shed some light on Options Contracts. The one million successful trades performed by STV2, are actually contracts. Are we missing the significance of over One Million sucessful Options Contracts, verses trades?

I can account for at least 19 shareholders. Three of us alone hold a total of 42m shares. We have at least 75m shares amongst us. We hold about 98% of our original shares. We are still holding and accumulating.

SpoozChartz is operational. Michael(Spooz Tech Support) assisted with the set-up this morning.
Everybody, it's available to purchase.

The $98.00 a month, is an ongoing monthly fee. When I was completing the SpoozChartz subscription, it clearly indicated the fee as "$98.00 monthly".

MC, I downloaded yesterday, assuming it was a go, before I got the heads-up from Scott(runs the technical support at Spooz). Microsoft did not recognize the program. After a subsequent phone call to Scott, it was confirmed that it is not quite ready. It should be within the next few days(possibly today). he will let me know telephonically. When he does, I will definitely let everybody know.
Furthermore, according to Scott, it is compatible with eSignal. He was using SpoozChartz with eSignal as we were speaking.
I did speak to Darryl earlier this morning. SpoozChartz will be available on a retail basis. It should be available within the next few days. They are accomplishing last minute changes and set-up.

I'm downloading SpoozChartz as I'm writing. I use two computers. It's a done deal.

Current revenues. We did have previous revenues. I purchased and used Fractalz, a little over a year ago. I kept my subscription for over two Spooz financial quarters. The previous Fractalz, was an EOD version(end of day). The to be released Fractalz, will be an intraday version. It should be AWESOME.

It was a bonafide purchase, unless it's rescinded for a day. It wasn't suppose to be available until tomorrow.
Furthermore, I was also told that it would be compatible with my eSignal trading program.

I don't know if I was the first or the hundredth. But, my order # was 199.

I'm an independent trader. It was a retail purchase. However, since my purchase and Spooz contact, the link has been removed(temporarily?).

Songbirdia, soon could be tomorrow. I registered and purchased SpoozChartz today. I should be able to download the program tomorrow. It apparently wasn't going to be available until tomorrow. I must have slipped through the cracks today.

In defense of Allie's statement(Post #40705) and of MC'S statement( post #40803),that everybody is very busy at Spooz, it has been substantiated(for those who choose to bash all legitimate phone conversations with our CEO's). My trading partner's brother, who lives in Chicago, paid them a visit yesterdaay, 1-4-08. Upon walking into the office, his initial observation was that EVERBODY was extremely busy. He was then greeted by Darryl and Paul, who proceeded to show him what was going on throughout the offices(he has been at Spooz several times, in fact, he represented us at the shareholder's meeting).
The activity in the conference room was really exciting. There were about a dozen new tech guys being trained by three instructors.
He said that they were also very excited about Spooz Chartz, which by the way, is ready to go NOW.
His visit ended by them saying that they had an appointment to keep, which was interviewing to fill three new positions in the Sales and Promotion Dept.
I hope this information is of help(for those that still have maybe just an inkling of doubt).
