The company told Chrispy that financials will be out 3rd quarter, or at the very latest end of year 2007.
If no financials by end of 2007, I think alot of trust will be forever lost with RSHN.
Chrispy, do you deny they told you this?
News will probably be (Rushnet was the talk of the show) and
(There was considerable interest by many important people)
And maybe the report will say, AR was an instant hit with many who attended the show.
E-Water hasnt been talked about for a longtime.
Remember the hype about Japan??????
haha......Japan is an afterthought.
Dude, some of the extra 6 billion is restricted silly.
He might dump what is not restricted, then do a R/S.
Corr does what he wants, he has power; he isn't really held accountable for his actions though, why do you think people are frustrated and the stock could easily be had for 0.0002
Im sure they will release a PR to say Rushnet was the talk of the show, they made contacts with many new people.
In the end, I am assuming the PR won't be releasing any actual sales numbers, or contracts; nor any audited or unaudited financials.
Chrispy, where are those 3rd quarter financials, the company promised you? Its Oct man.
Maybe Corr's next PR in a few weeks will be to update us about the tradeshow. I am sure he will mention how RSHN was the talk of the show. My guess is another fluff PR, to show people the company is still alive.
They were suppose to give us a divy the 1st time around, but didnt. Chrispy said someone from Rushnet told him financials might be released for 3rd quarter or a bit later. Chrispy also said there was talk of a 2nd coming of the AR dividend.
I don't know what to believe to be honest.
I don't know who to trust these days, with all this dilution everywhere.
So much speculation, but bottomline is the company is keeping people in the dark by not releasing financials and not giving investors any real info on sales.
My guess to why the volume and pps didnt spike off the recent PR, is people are tired with the fluff and hype.
The last PR didnt show any real numbers, or any real development.
Without any concrete things like actual sales figures or financials, I dont think this stock will rally.
Bob Corr, stop goofing around and get some stuff done.
I think so too, if he needs to sell more shares, how can he do it if the bid is at 0.0001 and the ask is at 0.0002
He would have to R/S, then then dilute this pig again.
I wonder what kind of huff and puff, he will give us in the future.
Unless RSHN goes bankrupt, or needs to be a big R/S.
What kind of news though? Will it be an update of how a tradeshow went, saying how Rushnet was the toast of the show?
Its been well over a month since the last fluffy PR.
Maybe this month, they will release another fluffy PR to show the business is still alive.
BTW, hear anything about the accounting situation, or promised dividend>?
Just sit and wait, good approach.
There is nothing anyone can do, there is also a wall of MM's on the bid at 0.0002
MY contact with 7-11 Japan, tells me, 7-11 is 100% finished with Rushnet.
7-11 will 100% not deal with Rushnet.
0.0001 is next.
stay tuned.
Wheres the proof?
What is your source with Gen2 saying now?
Summer 2008
I like the design of the bottles, and the potential of organic beverages.
I never said I actually tastes the product.
I like a bargain, I like Rushnet's products.
I just dont like the way its being managed.
No worries for Bob, he does his day to day stuff, while getting paid a salary by shareholders, since my guess is that Rushnet is not profitable.
No matter what happens in the present, he is still getting paid money. And he also uses your money,
Do your own DD, my contact with 7-11 in Japan, thinks any deal with 7-11 is a no no.
My contact said Rushnet blew their chance last year with E-water.
They had a deal, but Rushnet could not step up to the plate, and eventually struck out.
People got in to Rushnet because of the Asia/Japan dream.
Where is the progress.?
gotta wait until the MM's are off the bid at 0.0001, so when there is no bid, and just an ask of 0.0001, i will be able to get in. Shouldnt be too much longer now.
Trade shows? look where it has got us so far?
Profits unknown, no Asia deals, no Krogers deal.
Accounting unknown, financials unknown. Progress slim.
I think good product, good potential, but bad bad management.
Seems Bob has used shareholders money to do what he wants, and keeps people in the dark.
Im sure the company will give us a fluffy update soon.
Maybe the US 7-11 would be easier, Rushnet already had their chance with Japan 7-11 and just doesnt seem like its happening.
Maybe Rushnet doesnt have money to do the deal, or maybe 6 or 7 people is just not employees to run the company and do a deal.
Bottomline they need smaller cans, even Gatorade is everywhere in Korea, and they sell 240 ml cans for about 600 won, maybe $0.66
Asians like smaller cans.
Corr seems to do what he wants with peoples money.
read the PR carefully, it does not say all the shares are held restricted. Good wording to dilute.
you missed some important things, AS raised to 12 billion, and dilution has occurred.
you should, 1 more tick and bid is at Zero.
0.0001 could be coming especially if there is further dilution.
maybe a problem is that Bob doesnt know the asian market, the vending machines are hot.
But he needs to sell AR cheaply and in 250ml cans. You can buy a 250ml Can of pepsi for 500 won. 500 won is equal to about $0.53 US.
Can Bob make AR and sell it cheaply in Japan and Korea?
A pack of skittles can be bought at 7-11 here in Korea for 500 won.
I ate at Mcdonalds today at lunch time, and ate a Big Mac combo for 3000 won, which is around $3 US.
I think someone needs to get thru to Bob Corr, face to face, and ask the hard questions. Ask him why no deal with Krogers or Japan, after soooo long.
If the pps hits 0.0001, if the ask is 0.0001 and the bid is 0, I feel there will have to be a huge Reverse Split, who agrees?
It just seems he has been trying for a long time, with little success.
My contact said Japan should have happened last year, with E-water, how come there is no update with that deal?
Maybe Rushnet products is not the problem, maybe Bob is the weak link.
If Bob keeps getting paid no matter what, and sits comfortably, there isnt much incentive for him to hurry things up.
