Yes john@liconnect.com
Good to hear from you again Mike.
What do you think. Any hope something can be recovered from our stock?
Yes. Long Island. Why?
I agree.
Court today.
I don't see anything to indicate Stern bought the company at auction yesterday.

I'm not sure how he could let it go.
He's got about 2.5 million into it already.
Maybe we'll find out next week.
Auction on the 16th then court on the 17th.
Little hope for us I'm afraid.
Besides giving up the websites and the phone numbers it looks like cobalis gave up control of this board.
I think this about wraps it up

If there was any hope at all I think they would put the websites back up. Lets get real here!
I don't like the sound of this part:
8:07-12347 Cobalis Corporation Chapter 7
Trustee's Motion for an Order Approving Bid Procedures for the Sale of
Property
#26.00
Docket #: 905
Grant. Appearance is optional
I don't see that there. Am I looking in the right place?

I couldn't find anything on Facebook.
What is it listed under?
I like your thinking. Ameritrade shows 0 bid/ 0 ask today.
Always showed .05/.30 since the grey market before today.
My post was deleted and then restored?
Whats with that carmine? Thought it was a positive post.

Big day in court Tomorrow.
Judge has the entire day set aside.
http://ecf-ciao.cacb.uscourts.gov/Posted/TA_021511.pdf
My guess is carmine will be back next week when his account comes off suspension.
How did things go for you in court yesterday?
I see your website is still up, must be a good sign.
Thank You for your efforts.
Good Luck.

The websites a joke.
Typical unprofessional Cobalis style.
The judge summed it up today in court today.
"This is the reorganized debtor’s objection to the still accruing attorneys fees portion of YA
Global’s (“YAG”) claim, which has ballooned to something like $517,478 in addition to some $2.2
million which had been accrued before this court’s approval of the compromise by order entered
October 20, 2010. The earlier amount was reduced in stipulation by the sum of $950,000.
Presumably, this earlier, compromised sum is not under consideration in this motion, nor could it
be since one of the terms of the compromise as embodied in the order was “The legal fees and
expenses set forth in the invoices identified on Exhibit “A” to the Agreement shall not be subject to
attack by any party on the grounds of reasonableness…”. What debtor complains of now is the
need to pay something like $126,663 and rising in monthly escrow payments just in order to
comply with its confirmed plan. The court of course is dismayed by the size of this attorneys fees
claim, but the court is also uncertain as to where the blame lies. So long as the reorganized debtor
insists in pursuing securities litigation against YAG, with its serious charges of fraud, stock
shorting and the like, the adage “those who live by the sword die by the sword …”comes to mind."
