Can some show a screenshot of the L2. Let's see how the MM's are trying to play their games to drive the price down so they can load up before the PPS explosion. IMO
Boca_Bobby
Thanx but too late! LOL
I already inherited 1.8M of this dog! Think I will stick it out a while and see if we get a tick or two. Just hope'n.
Boca_Bobby
Look like the only thing we got going on over here is a dumping of shares. Currently have 3.5 million traded. Anyone have any kind of real info about this dog?
How many companies is John P. Gorst running here anyway?
http://investing.businessweek.com/businessweek/research/stocks/people/relationship.asp?personId=5124...
What is the current share structure (with a link)? I see differnet #'s depending on where you look.
What kind of projects or produ cts do we have in the pipeline?
Anyone? Anyone?
Man I hear a echo here! LOL
Somebody wanna help a brother out here?
Boca_Bobby
Holding nicely here since my last post. If we get a little positive news about the Tenn. project we should start to move North. Oil prices down today and we are up. So far things look good for us. I'm ready......
Boca_Bobby
I just opened my email and see that E*Trade is moving forward with their new product from TT Technologies. But what really caught my eye was who the event is sponsored by:
Drum roll please..........
-The Market Guys (2 guys that have talk radio show about investing strategies and risk management)
-CME Group (Yes, The Chicago Merc Exchange)
Here is a look at what I got. Does anyone want to discuss it? It seems that maybe the CME group might be in bed with TT Technologies who just happens to have a direct line to SPZI. IMO
Here ya go:

Boca_Bobby
I want a seat next to the fight attendant. She looks hot in that mini skirted space suit!
Boca_Bobby
That's the spirit! LOL
Why argue. Let's all buy a little for our SPZI party planned for (Opps did I say planned) next year.
Maybe I should explain what I mean when I say "planned" trip.
Nahhhh, it's more fun to let the bashers figure it out. LOL
Boca_Bobby
HMMMMMM
6200 shares @ $1 sounds like a nice trip to Chicago for a SPZI gathering! It seems there is a method to my madness! LOL
Boca_Bobby
Hello All,
I didn't feel like arguing minor points with everyone today so I figure I would rather go spank that "ASK" today!
BTW,
That was me @ 6200 shares. I'll just keep adding small amounts "for fun". LOL
Boca_Bobby
Come to think of it Josh,
I received the same letter. As a matter of fact so did the other 10 people I told about this stock that decided to pull the trigger and buy SPZI. that was a first for me as well!
Great point and more proof of the integrity of this company.
Boca_Bobby
Don't know if this means much but we showed up again on this guys (Simplegreen) stock filter scan. Just more proof that we are starting to hit the radar screen folks!

Thanx Allie,
I new I was right. So now we can put to bed the idea that Paul has some "explaining" to do! The idea that there was a failure to launch in June is now oficially dead! Just back and relax, my investment is in great hands.
I am running out of posts for the day so I hope no one else gets me to excited! LOL
Thanx for getti ng back to me Allie. I thought I might be alone out here. You and Wing really make my day. I love this board!
Boca_Bobby
Well maybe we have a chance to give Paul 1 year to perform miracles!
Boca_Bobby
I see your point!
In Paul we trust..... LOL
Boca_Bobby
Yes I remember that but wasn't there also an issue with different exchanges fed data to the world differnetly and thus was not allowing SpoozToolz v.2.0 the ability to do it's calculations as prescribed. I recall that it wasn't a major bug issue but the company wanted to iron out the sticky part before launching the product.
Then BOOM, we get investors wanted to inject millions (Paul Strickland's words) into the company and we would be in a quiet period until further notice.
Thus, the delay of a June Launch!
Is my memory serving me today or am I losing it at age 40?
Boca_Bobby
Allie can you help us out here. Didn't you get an email from Paul stating something about a connectivity issue. That was the reason they moved there testing down the street to the CBOT. I believe this was the cause for the delayed June Launch. I seem to remember it wasn't the fault of the software but how the different exchanges deliver their info to the world.
Can you refresh my memory please so this issue will be put to bed AGAIN!
Boca_Bobby
Signs we’re going up!
1.) Southern Cross happened on 7/25/07. We are still trading above the 50 Moving average. A bullish sign
2.) Accumulation/Distribution is still up and strong like a “Bull”
3.) The start of upward trend on the Slow Stochastic happened on 7/12/07. Then it continued to go straight up.
4.) On 7/18/07 the Williams %R passed 50 and continued upward
5.) I see a test book ascending triangle (Bullish sign)
6.) Imperial Whazoo showed us a few week ago the 1 year chart showed a perfect cup-n-handle scenario
7.) Bollinger bands are starting to tighten (A breakout sign is coming)
8.) RSI starting to move up again
9.) We KNOW news is coming (just don’t know when)
10.) All this on relatively low volume compared to what we have seen over the past 6 months. I believe this is all due the amount of shares out there being held tight by those lucky enough to be at the party!
All just my own opinions of course!
Boca_Bobby
FUD=
Fear
Uncertainty
Doubt
WOW! Thanx for the link. It's more of what a newbie like me can use for info!
Boca_Bobby
SPOOZ,a great Story Stock. (I'm in)
ASK is at .0125. Here we go! WEEEEEEEEE
Hey IW,
I woke up today with a bitter taste in my mouth. I am simply so rageful at what was being attempted by "our friends" the FUD pushers! How dare they steal from me. And that's what it is, attempted robbery when they try to shake out shares from me!
I am even more determined to hold tight and looking for me powder! Steal from me! I'll show you. I'll buy more.
Now, I await no news in September. Go ahead give me nothing! Then when those who "forgot" why they picked up SPZI to start with, start to throw away their piece of the golden goose, I will be there with a knife and fork ready for my feast!
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR......
What ya got for me now bashers?
Boca_Bobby
Hey jvance24,
I think play is very attractive at these prices. I have been slowly adding to my position here. The long term prospects look good to me. Your thoughts?
Let's see if we can bring this board back to life with some DD we can find!
Boca_Bobby
Yes Imperial Whazoo,
The FUD is trying it's best to raise it's ugly head here. But we must remember that these posters are clever. They are coming to us as our friends but want to warn us about possible things that could happen. They try to put the smallest seed of worry planted deep inside you.
Then if we don't see a PR or a launch they can send a full frontal attack against SPZI.
I say, read between the lines here folks. Know what you have. Why did you buy SPZI in the first place. Has the PPS over the past few weeks done something so significantly against what you thought when you first bought your shares?
HOLD ON TIGHT PEOPLE!!!! IMO
Boca_Bobby
Thanks IW for making me review the Financial Report for Quarter Ended June 30, 2007. I looked and looked for the answers to your questions.
Question #1: What does it say about the quiet period?
Answer: NOTHING (Unless I’m blind and can’t see what printed in front of me)
Question #2: What does it say about the release of a PR in September?
Answer: NOTHING (Unless I’m blind and can’t see what printed in front of me)
But what it does say:
“In September 2007, Spooz plans to launch SpoozToolz v.2.0 together with marketing and sales programs targeting distribution channels in the United States and Canada. Subsequent to adequate market penetration in the United States and Canada, Spooz intends to pursue a global marketing initiative. Spooz is developing strategic partnerships with large brokerages who view SpoozToolz as a value added product to increase new accounts and to stimulate transactions originating from existing customers.”
From: http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById?id=11686
Now there are other little gems of information that I will also post but I think might be a nice thing to dissect for the board! Let’s see who wishes to talk truth about what we do know and those who wish to throw garbage out there to see what sticks.
My view about this paragraph is first of all telling the world that SpoozToolz is planned for launch. Not a date set in stone as to it will be available to the public for sure in September. I asked myself, “Why wouldn’t this launch date have been spelled out?” Pure speculation on my part but I propose what has already been stated in an earlier post by Gbathat:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=22989002
I think he may be onto something here. Right now I have the opinion that the Spooz gas tank is running on fumes. Look at the financials and you see how even the officers are putting up money to guarantee loans that are outstanding! (Bottom of page 8 for to lazy to look it up!) So we have a couple of few large brokerage houses with cash in hand. But they want some guarantees for the monies that are about to flow into the coffers of Spooz, Inc.
What does Paul have to lose? He says take the software to your respective IT departments and throw the kitchen sink at it and oh by the way, my folks will accompany you to show you how easy it would be to incorporate the software to the trading tools you brokerage houses already have your customers using!
So my take of this thing goes down something like this.
1) The software launches soon. (NO PR other than a launch date)
2) Quiet period continues until all the parties can be satisfied with each is bringing to the table.
3) The first PR of substance we see is concerning SWARM results
4) We finally find out who these financers are that want to incorporate SpoozToolz into their existing brokerage houses.
FOLKS! THIS IS HUGE. Every time I dig a little deeper I find more to believe in. As long as you can withstand the FUD that is sure to come here soon, we will be very wealthy! These are all my own opinions and I do not intend to influence anyone here. Please do your own DD, Strap into the Spooz Shuttle, and for God’s sake lock up tight every share you have of SPZI!
Boca_Bobby
Sureeeeeeeee your right.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23002762
What double standard do you refer?
Boca_Bobby
I'm not sure I follow your logic here. You are long in this stock and you would welcome negative information based on no facts?
I guess it makes sense if your looking to load the boat up some more SPZI for yourself. Is there something I am missing. Please inform the class....
Boca_Bobby
Thanx Allie,
Just a little work to do on my part. Just thinking about future events that I would love to see happen.
Thanx for the response.
Boca_Bobby
So I guess I'm back to my original question of which brokerage account would offer the most flexabilty at the lowest commissions? It looks like Darryl has suggested Red Financial.
I guess this should give some of us a little more work to do. I do know that Bank of America offers $0 comissions on accounts of $50,000 or higher. But I am not sure of the flexabilty, eg. Stocks, Bonds, Futures, Currencies, etc.
Looks like I will have a little weekend project!
Thanks to all the input,
Boca_Bobby
Maybe I'm missing something here. Are you telling me that I can keep my account "as is" with E*Trade and just pay the monthly fees to SPZI. These fee's give me the right to make as many trades as I want without any more charges?
How does the software access the assests in my account? I mean, if I have let's say, $50,000 in a trading account. Hows does the software know my limits are $50,000?
And how does this play into the Margin Account?
Remember, I'm knew so these might seem like stupid questions, but it's the only way I can get this straight in my little brain.
Thanx for the help,
Boca_Bobby
After seeing the demo I was left with so many questions. But I wanted help with this from the board so here goes:
I don't think I'm the only one here who wants to retire due to our investment in SPZI. I also don't think I'm alone with people that would love to drop our current jobs and start to trade using the software.
My questions to start the ball rolling are two-fold. IS the software directly tied into my brokerage account (currently E*Trade)?
How will commissions affect my trading? I mean is there an account I could use that has near nothing for commissions but still allows me the flexibility to trade Stocks (incl. PINKS), bonds, futures, currencies, etc?
I currently switched to E*Trade because of it's flexibility with all of my financial needs.
My concern for this is because I would love to someday have the flexibility to live overseas if I so chose.
I know this might be a little off topic but it's my opinion that SPZI will give us all more opportunity than we can even dream.
Any thoughts?
Boca_Bobby
DO it Wing!
WE want news already! LOL
Get out by that damn pool already.....
Boca_Bobby
I was just sitting in the background on this one. All I can say is that this SUX! Glad I listened to my little voice that only let me buy 7M shares! Now it seems by the time my account will be adjusted to show my new holdings, I will be way under my initial investment. That makes this a long, long, long term investment.
All we can hope for is that the new company does NOT petition for more shares and starts this pump and dump all over again.
Maybe I will sell for a loss next year! I could use the loss after my holding of SPZI comes in! Now there i s a winner.
I guess you win some and lose some.
Boca_Bobby
my point exactly.....
I am not a huge investor but I have more in this stock than any other of my holdings. I have been here since April and have influenced many to take a shot with SPZI.
I can't promise anything. I beleive you have to keep an open mind to what the market gives and takes. Now with that said, I beleive in this company. It might be my only shot to become a millionaire.
I try my best. But I'm human and fight temptation all the time. I would be fooling myself if I were to just say I am here until we hit $5/share. I pray that God gives me the strength to not push the sell button on the way up.
I must admit, that if my account goes up a few hundred thousand (and it will), I won't know what my reaction will be. If you never had a real life situation like this, how can anyone be so sure they just won't sell.
Now, on the other hand, I won't be swayed by some basher who comes to us and makes comments the try to undermine the PPS. I know I will need to see something before I just move in any direction. At this time, SPZI is MY COMAPNY! Don't mess with MY COMPANY!
Just trying to be honest. Mostly honest with myself first and to hell with trying to live up to anyone elses ideas of what or who I should be!
Boca_Bobby
I have my ticket for the SPOOZ shuttle. Now lets rock this place!
Wing and Snow,
It's nice to see for the first time since I've been reading these posts that we can finally post somewhat different ideas about our beloved SPZI. I hope that anyone who wishes to post and unpopular opinion can post things like there were in this case.
I for one love to hear others speak up about there fears about our investments. But at the same time show me why you fear this. Snow, I commend you on your approach to bringing a meaningful debate to this forum.
Hey Wing, thanks for not just ripping this individual for another opinion. I am not sure if your time in jail has mellowed you (I hope not) or if we as a community of investors for SPZI can see the benefits for all to share their ideas.
It's just another reason why I just love this board!
Boca_Bobby
I think the Spooz Shuttle has been delayed due to all the tropical storms that have been swirling in the Atlantic. Next week I suspect that the only thing that will be swirling will be the investors chasing the small amounts of shares that simply fall off.
My advice to all the longs would be to confirm that your seltbelt is fastened tight and your trays are in their upright positions. I can hear Captain Strickland confirming our place in line for lift off!
As my friend Otter (from Animal House) once said, "Oh boy is this great!"
LOL!!!!
Boca_Bobby
GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!
I am at work and cannot see the demo (DAMN THESE FILTERS)! I will need to wait to get home before I see it.
Merry Christmas everyone!
Boca_Bobby
PS> PLEASE.... PLEASE.... PLEASE .... Everyone keep giving the play by play on the demo! Don't know if I can last without hearing about it!
Great Point Allie.... I forgot about the recent PR from SPZI.
That's why I love this site!
Boca_Bobby
Well here's a report that couldn't come at a worse time!
http://www.kiplinger.com/columns/picks/archive/2007/pick0911.htm
It might scare away some new investors until SPZI can start to report some earnings. Bottom line for me is:
You gotta believe or sell and move on.......
