My thoughts are with you.
Another element is the Pfizer deal.
How much is that worth.
And, dare I say it, NWBO is ready for topline anytime now.
There, I said it!
It is a ghost town here, and the stock is at all time highs.
Everybody sell out on the runup?
This company is not poorly run as some would have you believe.
They have a contract with the department of defense, and have landed a top notch individual in Ori Karev, who was CEO of United Healthcare Global.
I do not believe he would put his reputation at stake for a poorly run company. The market cap of this company is under 35 million dollars.

The estimated yearly market for Precipios IV cell technology is $100 million.

Then there is Hemescreen. How much is this worth?

Do your own DD, but this is NOT a poorly run company.
At $6 per share, this is peanuts to what these technologies are worth.
The real jewel is the ICE Cold PCR.
Do we have any idea how many shares are outstanding as of today?
It has been marked, and we shall see by years end.
1. Although Gene hasn't had the ability to bring much value to shareholders, he could have thrown in the towel and folded GTHP leaving you and me and others at zero. Instead, he turned the focus on foreign markets for survival.
I will just respond to this....
Left at zero?
A 1 for 800 reverse split is as good as zero.
Some people never learn.

Do your own DD, but this is NOT a poorly run company.
At $7 per share, this is peanuts to what these technologies are worth.
The real jewel is the ICE Cold PCR.
LPC will keep shorting this until news....
LOLOL
This guy was in charge of global operations for the biggest health-care provider in the world. And yet,he comes to Precipio.
And that is the best you got. He offered him a good deal.
A good deal of nothing according to you. I believe there is a lot more here than meets the eye. No other reason for him to join here. He certainly doesn't need the money, and if he did need money, I would think he would go to a much larger firm with boatloads of cash.
You never answer any questions directed to you …
I ask you again, and I do not expect an answer, because you can only spew vitriol about the company, and how they did a reverse split.
Why did Ori Karev join the company, if it is going to go down in flames?
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/mr-ori-karev-joins-precipio-124500055.html
You have all the answers...
Explain why this happened...

BTW, there is no way their financials will not be submitted within the 5 day extension. That scare tactic will not work.
Some of us are investors, ever heard of those.
We could really do without your trader drivel all day.
Thank You.
OMG...A small biotech is filing its quarterly report late.
This is not the end of the world. Happens all the time in this space.

The higher it goes, the bigger the pain for the shorts like you.
Well said Iwasadiver.
This incessant beating up on management will never cease.
I give you a lot of credit for continuing to fight this onslaught.
These will be the same people that will be high-fiving when this is approved, saying they knew it all along. And these are supposed longs who supposedly support the company. Maybe they should stick to bonds and mutual funds. This is way to stressful for them. Guess they would have rather had a reverse split, so the shorts could have driven it back down to where it is now. Some people just don't understand how nefarious hedge funds are. They care nothing about cancer saving drugs, and even less about yours or my money, which they are trying to steal any way they can.
Nice...
LOLOL
I guess that is the reason the you know who's are hitting it so hard here. Apparently it works on the weak hands!
Thanks for clearing this up, especially for the newbies, who unlike Ex, don't know any better.
My thought exactly.
A buyout at $20 is dirt cheap.
They have a lot of technology.
$20 dollars is only 100 million...peanuts.
If the tutes get on board, we could run.
It all depends on the news.
BTW, the hemescreen market is estimated at 100 million annually.
Is yahoo's number around 75 million?
They just did a 15 for 1 reverse split, so do the math.
Somewhere around 5 million shares.
What is not to believe.
They have a contract with the Department of Defense Hospitals,
are signing contracts for Ice Cold PCR, and Hemescreen, and we have been told in conference calls and PR's that big news is coming.
And, to boot, the market cap is a measly 25 million dollars.
I can't believe it isn't trading higher....a lot higher.
Maybe......Maybe Not.
Prove that last statement with a link please.
I'm betting you don"t have one.
Afraid of a little run shorty?
That last post was FUD!
Maybe this is an audit to end their investigation.
They should cancel the CEO.
He is a moron.
Welcome to the swamp.
I hope not.
Beartrap,
Count me in also.
Like to add a 4th.
Margin calls.
Looks like #3 has turned south again, adding to #4.
My thoughts...3 things.
1. Tax loss selling over.
2. End of year fund window dressing over.
3. Broader market maybe a little more stable.
Interesting chatter on the Cryoport board.
They received a $25 million infux of cash out of the blue from Petrichor Healthcare Capital Management. Couple of DD posts by Hyperoia that may pique some interest on this board as Cryoport ships for NWBO.
Interesting the advisory board members of Petrichor.

LOLOL.....
I wonder if there is a conundrum on selling L.
Is the science or "recipe" for Direct, given away when selling the patents for L?
The SEC can make all the rules that they want.
If they are not enforced, and no one goes to jail, what good are the rules.
Ask the bankers in the meltdown of 2008. Who went to jail? Fines mean nothing, they are about 10% of the money that was stolen.
I don't know if there is a naked short position in NWBO, I suspect there is, but nobody plays by the rules if there is no enforcement.
The rules are for the peons with little money, like me.
