http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=ilna.f&ql=1
That is why, I am asking because I don't know.
Anybody on this board know what ILNA.F is? Is this the new ticker symbol of Ivoice? Thanks.
Anybody on this board know what ILNA.F ( Ivoice-A)Is this the preferred shares of Ivoice Inc?. Thanks for any info.
It seems that are many who don't understand Reverse Merger. A Reverse Merger is a reversed ipo or an Alternative IPO. You see, IPO is a costly process and Hydra thought that it would be less costly if it go into the Alternative IPO. So Hydra Reversed Megerge with Ivoice so that Hydra could become public.

The .08 to .16 average pps is for Ivoice not for ARSC
Reverse IPO(commonly known as Reverse Merger or Reverse Take-over)is supposed to be faster than a regular IPO. How come, Hydra Fuel Cell Corp is still not trading? Any opinion?

There is a new term now for Reverse Merger now. The new term is:Reverse IPO.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_takeover
Eventualy, when Hydra makes money, so will ARSC, because ARSC is the majority owner of Hydra
Winkie, I don't think you understand. ARSC is a holding company; not an operationg company. Hydra Fuel Cell Corp. is the operating company and is a wholly owned subsidiary of ARSC. When Hydra becomes public, your ARSC shares are still there. You have your ARSC shares and new Hydra shares in form of dividends.
There ways to become public. One is have an IPO like Facebook or Google did. But Hydra choose to become public not thru IPO, but to buy control of a Public Company Ivoice. So you have two Public Companies now in your Portpolio- ARSC and Hydra.
Sharkey, your ARSC shares will not be reduced. You have your ARSC shares and Ivoice Innovations shares which you will received as dividends. In other other words, you still have your ARSC shares plus dividends of 1 share Innovations for every 150 shares that you have.
The 150/1 you mentioned is not a Reverse Split; it is the ratio of the dividend of Ivoice Innovation that you get. For the 150 shares of ARSC that you have, you get a dividend of 1 share of Ivoice Innovation.
And what is is Reverse Merger or Takeover?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_takeover
It means that the Reversed Takeover is finally effected- that Hydra Fuel Cell is now Public. A Reversed Merger or Takeover is short-cut to an IPO.
I sent an email to ARSC Contact info inquiring the status of the Wind Power Corporation. I will post it on the board if I get a reply.
Thank you.
I have come accross this old news. I would appreciate very much if anyone here on this board can tell me something about this company mentioned in the news. It seems ARSC had another susidiary, American Wind Power Co. Was it spin-off? I am new to ARSC,
http://goliath.ecnext.com/coms2/gi_0199-6488143/ARSC-Subsidiary-American-Wind-Power.html
Ivoice website is not available. Anybody here knows what is going on?
Thanks.
What happened to this company? Anybody on this board knows about this?
http://goliath.ecnext.com/coms2/gi_0199-6488143/ARSC-Subsidiary-American-Wind-Power.html
Yes. It is ARSC. Sorry for the confussion.
Mmech, ARC is not an operating company; it is a holding company. The operating companies are the subsidiaries, hydra, american hydrogen et. When the operating company was spin-off, ARC owners, gets dividends of 1 hydra share for 153 shares of ARC. So in Balances and Positions in your Account, you would see like this:
Qty Bid/Ask Total value
ARC 153 .0001 0.0153
Hydra 1 .18 .18
For Ivoice shareholders:
IVOI 1 .0002 .0002
Hydra 1 .18 .18
You are referring to the dividends. ARC shareholders gets 1 Ivoice shares for every 153 shares they owned.
ARC is a holding company that wholly owns: American Hydrogen Corp, Hydra Fuel Cell Corp and American Security Finance Corp. One of her subsidiary, Hydra Fuel Cell was merged into Ivoice Innovation in Reverse Merger or Takeover. To effect the Takeover, divvys will be issued at 1 share Hydra-Ivoice Innovations for every 153 shares of ARC.
Mmech, Hydra is a wholly owned by ARC. Hydra was spin-off and merge with Ivoice Innovations. Hydra-Ivoice Innovations, the new company is majority owned by ARC and IVOI the minority owner.
It appears to be a Reverse Merger=" a union of a private and pupblic company with the private company taking control of the merged company" as per wikipedia

No. It is Hydra now that controls IVOI. That is why it is called REVERSE MERGER OR TAKEOVER(a union of Private and Public with the Private in control)Meanwhile, remember, that Hydra is majority owned by ARSC.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_takeover
What is a Reverse Merger?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_takeover
In short, Reverse Merger or Takeover is a union of a Private Company and a Public Company with the Private company taking over the control of the Public Company. That is why it is called Reverse Merger or Takeover.
Now, let us take back to the Reverse Merger of Hydra and Ivoice Innovations.
Hydra is the Private Company that takes control of the Hydra-Ivoice Innovations . ARC is the Controlling Shareholder of Hydra. Ivoice is the minority stakeholder of Hydra-Ivoice Innovations. All companies are winners, ARC, Hydra and Ivoice.
Cheers
ARSC is not the shell company, IVOI is the shell. Hydra is a private company merge with IVOI using IVOI as a shell.
This is only my opinion. We get 150 ARSC shares for every share of Ivoice we have; and ARSC shareholders gets 1 share of IVOICE for every 150 ARSC . Hydra is a private company and have no shares to distribute. Hydra is merging with IVOICE and the surviving company is IVOICE.
