Question??
The Bid is at .0001 and the Ask at .0002. Why isn't anyone (or everyone) selling?
JD35, did the pump get you out?
Movement caused by promoters

I hope you are correct about the symbol.
benosufan, You are right. I want to believe, but the number of outstanding shares countinue to rise. If he believes in the company, trade shares for services. I still purchase a few shares now and then...just in case he decises to do the right thing; however, I would really like to help the company move up.
Gary Spaniack got paid for the uncompleted merger with Liberty Electric. You can find the information on page -31-. Spaniack got some cheese while shareholders got hose!

Not sure that $5,000.00 is a trend yet.
I wonder if a reverse merger is about to happen? I've seen this happen before.
Impressed by GRNE's financials but dilution is going to cause this thing to sink. My opinion is to pick it up again around .0025 or .003.
Here is how a reverse merger is done:
http://www.docstoc.com/docs/21800752/To-Stock-Exchange-Agreement---AMERIRESOURCE-TECHNOLOGIES-INC---4-15-2008
(disclosure) I still own the post merger green company
The problem with my own theory is that the purchased company is usually a shell. Could ELCR have sold Coach Builders without notifying the shareholders?
Who owns limoland.com? The clothing company named Limoland would like to have it. More questions than answers.
No, there is real accumulation going on. But, we have no ideal why!!! Strange. I'm still holding to the position that a reverse merger is coming. They 96 percent of the shares to make it happen.
I'm not saying that Imperial Coach Builders gets the contract, but we see from the map that Telsa's plan is to expand quickly. This says to me that some Electric Vehicle infrastructure would be a bonus if they are moving in your direction. IMO
Still speculation, but it's coming fast!!
Check out Tesla's plans to build Supercharging stations across the county. http://www.teslamotors.com/supercharger
Pay attention to the map about 1/4 from the top. If you slide to "End of 2014" you see a charging station in Missouri.
Yes, I have seen it. It would be a coup to be the first to build the first stretch Tesla. The world is waiting on it. Cool too!!
I'm reviving the Tesla hype.
From the things that we have learned about Gary and his attempt to work with Tesla, it could be presumed that he may still be in talks.
My thought is that Imperial Coach Builders (ICB) may be a fit for Tesla's Super Charging stations. Tesla is in the process of building them across the country. Also, it sounds like ICB was/is considering stretching a Tesla. I'm sure they rather have someone commission one rather than buying and hoping that someone would buy it after it is stretched. They likely would like to avoid Leaf mistakes.
Here is a recent article in support of this theory: http://www.lctmag.com/vehicles/article/43146/fast-forwarding-the-limo-fleet
ELCR reversed merged into a shell company called Net to Auction (NAUC)which I also owned.
That makes the most sense. Great post, thanks for inside information.
Wolfinger, that's a scam. It's meant to keep you hoping and wishing so that volume can be created. What is real is the value of "limoland" and Imperial Coach Builders. They can be sold for real money.
suggestion: let's start a proxy fight to sell Limoland and "limoland.com". At least we would learn who owns what percentage of shares. Any takers??

I was able to sell my 20 mil position, so someone is still buying shares. But who, and why.
I got this stock as a result of a reverse merger and the volume spike was about the same way it happened too. My only problem with my own theory is that ELCR still owns a viable Limoland. Most company only want a shell.
Well said.
In all my DD, there were times when I thought I had found the Holy Grale only to come up empty. I am positive there was something to the volume spike.
IMO ELCR has two major assets left...Imperial Coach Builders and the website limoland.com
Can we find out who owns most of the ELCR shares now?
Someone does! How do we find out?
there was a reason...we just don't know what it was.
it woke up for some reason
The thing about reverse mergers is that a new owner must buy about 96 percent of the outstanding shares. That would explain the volume spike.
They must observe a "quite period" before the transaction is announced. That would explain the lack of answers to so many questions.
They would eventually begin trading under a new company but, outside those in the know, no-one knows when the will happen.
The new company could be and do anything. i.e. sell diapers, napkin, or shoe strings.
Usually, the shares bump up a bit for a short while but fade as shareholders of the old company dump shares.
All of this is of course just speculation. Who really knows except those who do.
We will not know until it's done unless there is a leak somewhere.
It's a reverse merger. I can't prove it, but I'm sure that's whats going on.
I knew about Nissan and the Leaf limo. This information does make me curious about a possible stretch Telsa. It would be much cooler then a Leaf limo. However, they would need permission from Telsa to do it. That too would create great PR for ELCR. Just a thought.
I did not know that. I have researched about everything there was to know about ELCR and had never seen that before.
Ok, here goes...
I don't want to be a person hyping the stock but this MAYor may not explain the uptick in volume. It looks promising though!
see for yourself: http://www.fleet.ford.com/showroom/limo-livery-and-funeral/qvm-list/
Would someone verify the website to assure that it is not a fraud.
Wow, moral dilemma. Try to make as much money as I can or come clean?
I THINK I FOUND IT!!!!
Are we still watching???
Where are you looking? Scottrade shows 10,000 in bid
actually, Scottrade is still showing a 10,000 shr bid.
