StockSeeker, I read your post and agree with you. The company has not done a good job of informing its investors. Apparently last weekend NNRF had an information session with prospective investors in Puerto Rico. (I haven't verified this as I have been on a business trip. Maybe I can get in touch with Todd Sinclair today.) What did NNRF tell the investors? Obviously to get more investors they must be giving out some kind of information. Next month they intend to speak to fund managers. Why can't they give us an update?
Frustrated Female
The Dollar Man has mentioned two meetings in Puerto Rico in the next two weeks to increase public knowledge of NNRF, Inc. There will also be a meeting in December in Argentina to fund managers.
Has any one verified this?
Thanks
This stock has been too quiet and may test $2.
If any one is still watching this board and the stock, here are my two bits....
I believe the stock is ready to climb for the following reasons:
The stock has been in decline for four years.
There are only 5 million shares O/S which may make it volatile.
Apparently their sales are increasing with the Asian market (but I have yet to verify that).
They have held back reporting and yet the NASDAQ have allowed their listing to remain on the board.
I think when they are ready the news will begin to flow and the third quarter will show excellent earnings.
Drillman - thanks for the post. I think we are all waiting for some news with a little more substance, such as, sales, new customers, a move to another exchange etc. We saw a little action on the stock this week, but nothing earth shaking.
BTW my boyfriend may know you. Are you by chance Kevin from Montreal? I'm Julie from Kitchener.
I don't have my notes from over a year ago, but I believe he was the CEO of SFDE? which was sold to Nucon (or there was a share swap or something)Immediately thereafter Barry Davis was "given" shares to promote the company.
This is purely guess work, but I think the third party may be Conners as I believe he was involved with stock distribution to various parties.
I'm out of this stock, but have some renewed interest because of the latest news release(s) and the technicals that look not too bad.
Richard Connors (CEO SFDE) set up this deal.
He is not involved with NNRI.
Look to him as the third party!
That's right, this stock is prone to volatile price swings. There just isn't enough free-trading stock in the market place. As long as this company is making sales and reporting profits (albeit small) I think it has merit and worth holding.
There is a resistance level at $3.40. I'm watch for a break above that before considering buying more. If this Company wants some serious investment they'll need a minimum stock price. I believe most institutional investors have a minimum requirement of $5.00, among other criteria.
Understood trebor.
BTW, looks like my source was right. ICTL made a nice move today.
Chart pattern is a nice flat-top triangle which has just been broken.
Trebor, my friend in Vancouver wishes to remain anonymous. I have known her for some time and trust her insight. She has called this stock before and I have done well by it. I don't know how high the price will go, but it will move in the next month.
...of course nothing is for certain. :)
BTW Dollar Man said he was buying today. Only minor volume. If he was buying; it was only half-hearted.
My friends in Vancouver tell me the Company is doing very well. TV shopping will be driving earnings this quarter. I think we will see a stock price increase in the next couple of weeks. IMO
In its low part of the chart, touching the 200 MA.
Obviously the earnings aren't impressing anyone.
Good time to buy more?
Any word about moving to an exchange?
King, who is Richard?
Russ, the Point Roberts office has history. It was the mail address for SFDE, before the merger with Nucon. The principles of SFDE and its subsidiary Abucco were all Canadians living in British Columbia. SFDE was incorporated in Nevada (since Nevada has favorable incorporation laws).
I don't think there is actually an office in Point Roberts. It is just a mailing address. However, I believe NNRF announced it would open an executive office in Delaware. I won't be really happy about this company until they do!
If anyone lives in Washington maybe you can check this out?
Thanks for the info tsl444.
I didn't know they were getting financing. Maybe things will start moving soon, but I'll still wait for the 2nd quarter filing (before I increase my position).
Good question. Lack of any news makes my comments purely conjecture. However, ICTL has talked about the AMEX almost two years ago (phone conversation with Tim Crosby)...still hasn't happened. Going to the AMEX costs money. Just the insurance for directors of a company can run up the bill by a couple hundred thousand.
Unless their revenues are great or they get some financing I don't think they'll be going to the AMEX any time soon.
As for meeting the criteria for applying to the AMEX I don't know. Maybe some one has some info on that?
Still long on ICTL...
New here, but not new to the company.
Hi all! I've read most of the posts here and want to add my two bits. I've known of the company since 2005. I've watched the progress, taken profits on stock swings, spoken with Tim Crosby, etc.
As you know they have finally shown a profit of 3 cents for first quarter. Even though the sales have increased considerably I don't think the EPS for 2nd quarter will be more than 8 or 9 cents. This isn't bad, but it definitely does not equate to a 5 dollar stock. At least not sustainable.
Its been a slow two years for the company, but they are moving forward. The only way this stock will increase considerably is if a big promoter comes in or if the company lists on a major exchange. No news has been released in two months!!! If they are saving the news for a pump that's great! We can all make a few $$$. Just be ready for the dump.
Obviously 12 million shares isn't enough for a good pump, especially since only a few million are in actual circulation. They'll have to split the stock (probably 3, 4 or 5).
I think they are still a long way from a major exchange. Still I believe the company has promise. You can make money on the price swings or hold on for the long run.
I am long and keep at least 10,000 shares in at all times.
Glad to be a part of this!:)
Good luck everyone!
Will more restricted shares come due at the end of this month? The person who put me onto this stock has just told me that millions of restricted shares will mature next month. Is this true? I have found no information to confirm this.
Does anyone know what happened to Abucco?
NNRF was born of SFDE. SFDE owned Abucco. Abucco had a promising Cellular telephone control and monitoring product which they used as a security device. Abucco's website is no longer up, so I assume they are no longer in business, but surely the technology is somewhere. Who owns the technology? Does NNRF own Abucco?
