I can't believe the same tired old posters are still here
spouting their B.S. lol!
The morbid curiosity is waning:^)
Morbid curiosity has to be the reason that anyone has anything
to do with GTCB.
The plan is "Sandbagging", Cox has been sandbagging his own
stock all along and "the plan" is to resign at the same time as some
really great news, then the stock goes through the roof and Cox cash's out a wealthy man.
What other explanation could there be?
In mathematics and in the sciences, a formula (plural: formulae, formulæ or formulas)
formulas? I'm sorry for the (') Are you happy now?
I'm guessing you medication is wearing out, I feel sorry
for you so please do us both a favor and ignore my posts
as I have had yours on ignore for a long time now.
LRG, What's "beyond weird" is that you assume that I would know or
care about your math degree unless I was hiring you.
I was making a statement I consider fact to Crou. If mathematicians or so
called analysts do not take into account "human behavior" as very
often happens it can be a huge mistake. Take a look at the most
recent example of such an event. The very complicated asset
backed securities formula's were put together by mathematicians
and the failure of them was a result of not taking into account "human behavior".
If you consider my statement to crou a diss to you I apologize
for the misunderstanding.
Cheers, and good luck.

Hey Crou <wishful thinking> is human behavior and not taking into account
human behavior is the folly of mathematicians and so called analysts. So
thanks for your wishful thinking:^)
"You used to have to pay to see a freak show"
Sonora is just another stupid long, my mistake.
<5,409,111 shares> and less than .30 average.
Nice :^))
<<facetious with my last post >>Just your last post?
I thought you were drunk on your last post,LOL!
<This explains the run up..> except for the minor detail
that the announcement was released after the market closed.
I guess it could have been leaked to the cousins.
:^)
<is there any year of goat?> The next Chinese year of the Goat is
2015. This year is the year of the Ox.:^)
<unmagically attainable> I don't think so, you would have to
trade very close to the high's or lows of the session and I
understand that would require a skill level that a mere mortal
could not achieve or so I've been told on this board:^)
Good luck
<<but IMHO there is a respectable chance of a quick 10-20% to be had even off of Friday's close.>> Really and how do you accomplish that? by magic?
:^))
<<I wonder how many of the 28,000 were non-moronic. >>

I apologize for joking about your <<Hardening of the brain>>
condition. But I'm happy for you that you've found a remedy.
Your consumption of nootropics would explain a lot of your posts.
:^)
I posted that I sold for .82 and bought back at .5599
which was part of my story today I also added at the end
of the day at.61. I normally never post any of my trades
but Crou was given some nasty posts for talking about his
activities and it ticked me off. I really do like the potential
of GTCB and am still in the game but with 25% more stock for the
same money.
<GTCB's stock price rapidly surged.> "BS" this stock was under
.20 for over a month so we all had plenty of time.
I've been posting here for a year and a half and have never made
any reference to my trades. The only reason I did today
is that Crou was blasted for claiming to do some successful
trades. I don't give a rats ass about what any of you think,
and I too thought about buying in at .25 but never did,
today was the first time I did anything other than buy this
stock and it was IMO a good move.
I sold and bought right back in, and upped my number of
shares. My only regret is that I sat on my shares for most
of the last two years and that was stupid of me.
Listen here,, stick to your pictures its what your good at!
I sold all at .82 very close to the high and I kept modifying my
sell number until that sold. I put a limit order sell at .55
and it filled at .559. I'm buying more at the next sell off.
I held this stupid stock for 2 years watching it go up and down
like a yoyo, and then I decide to trade it and make a few more
shares and how magical it seems to you people. Sit on you asses
if you like but try not to be so negative when someone tries
to improve his position.
<<over a dollar or two>> Then I wouldn't have sold it for .82,
I would have sold it for a dollar or two, this isn't rocket science.
I was looking for a couple of bucks this AM but as you may have noticed it only went to .85.
Its not luck, it was a predictable trade, I do them all the time!
I just don't usually talk about it.
Really? <<daytrading this stock is just plain stupid>> I sold all my shares this AM for .82 and then bought back @.55, explain to me whats stupid about that?
LRG,, you are dead wrong on both points.
Congratulations!!trading this dog of a stock is the only way to
work it.
Ah yes, the nuts are starting to come out of the wood work.
An ask of ".666" the sign of the beast:^)
What an absurd thing to say,,,Dew never suggested what any investor needs to do. He organized data in such a fashion as to make it easy to do your own DD, as well as taking an active roll
in the discussions on this board and I thank him for doing an
excellent job.
I am long GTCB and I trade around the core, I realized when
I got into this stock I could very well lose all of my investment. I've been in for 2 years and expect to be in
for another 3 or so years. This stock has had many predictable
swings in which to trade around and increase my holdings for free. If I followed Dew I would have sold after he did and then
I would get out of the stock market all together because I would
be a proven fool.
<< "in some style." >> Could just mean that he'll be sporting a
new suit when he announces that gtcb is going into chapter 7.
< regulation by the NYSE and Nasdaq > I think corporate America have shown that they can't be trusted to self regulate, IMO.
Do you think they should be separated? And if so would you
consider a change in law to be appropriate?
GTCB came to mind when I read today's icahnreport.com
"For too long, boards of directors in America have for the most part simply been sounding boards and rubber stamps for managements with little accountability to shareholders, who are the true owners of America’s corporations. We need boards who exercise a stronger hand and hold managements accountable.
Why, for instance, did the Lehman board allow Richard Fuld to occupy both the chairman and CEO role? The CEO is the chief manager of the company but the chairman’s job is to look after shareholders interests. Clearly these two roles should have been separated a long time ago, as they should in most companies."
Carl Icahn
Gold?, I'll buy some when its $300 again other than
that I do keep enough to bribe a border guard.:^)
Realestate? it hasn't bottomed yet.
Don't thank me, I made a mistake its MHA not MHS so sorry,,
I remember reading about it when this Ovation deal surfaced
and for some reason I posted the wrong company so sorry.
http://www.mhainc.com/ is the off spring of GTCR .
:^O
Another GTCR offspring is MHS (Medco Health Solutions)They
are one of the nations largest buyers of generic drugs.
http://www.medco.com
The article seems a bit one sided IMO, Ovation is a company that
acquires low volume specialty drugs and profits from them, which
is better than having them dropped all together. If companies
like Ovation were not able to profit from the drugs then they
wouldn't continue to exist ( not good for patients). Politicians
like to attack drug companies in public but love the money that
they receive from the lobbyists. I'm not convinced that profit
would be a negative issue for investors.
