Good, now they can quit messing with us and get about the business of extracting gold from the ground they have. They have dilluted us to nothingness and used every excuse known to the universe. Time to show us what you have boys, years of nothing but loser BS is over. When Bullshit dies it goes to gold heaven. Show us the golden gates, the opposite is Hell you know.
Would anyone recommend this stock to their mother? Don't answer if you don't like your mother.
A pox upon his house, a bounty on his head, hunt him down and hang him in the village square like the horse thief he is. An example made of him for his kind to see.
In full disclosure : I made money trading this and never got stuck by WL. I'll gladly contribute the first dollar toward his bounty.
Are we losing volume lately?
And more good news for this great venture, Potash production is over supplied. Potash companies plan to cut production to stabilize price declines. Majors are shutting operations until demand catches up.
I said it a long time ago and I repeated it several times. Sell now and rebuy after the R/S. The drunks here condemed me for such a suggestion. What to do now? Nothing can be done until the new symbol starts trade. Then sell everything you have immediately. It will work it's way to the bottom and if you still want in you can rebuy at the lower level. You will end up with many more shares for the money you have left here. If this has a future it is not an immediate one. When they build a road to the concessions and announce a joint venture there will still be time to buy cheap. Until then find a good gold miner selling at a discount to put your $$$ in for safe keeping. This dog won't hunt for a long time. WL has misled you, you cannot listen to his snakeoil speech, think for yourself. Take a tax hit for now if you do nothing else. Let the fools try to stay in this.
This is all I have to say here. I accept all apologies at this time and will not take time to respond to them.
One year ago today this was at .07
It needs a full report on the 43-101 showing drill results better than .2 grams per ton to recover. It needs .2 ounces and a lower recovery cost to ever get any serious attention.
I agree.
The best case scenario they put us at
$2.80-$3 ?????? That is the best they can say for now?
Well, that is a 50% move higher and would be some kind of start....again....for this nonstarter.
Our faith has had a boot on it's neck for years.
Heard that
10 years ago when Goldspring was producing it's first gold pour and had zero debt.
When one reads the financials of this outfit he tends to think it is being run by the Obama administration. Spend your way to prosperity.
More dilution. Wonderful, again.
Good news in the 101.
Usually means the shareprice will go down. One would think that if this doesn't finally do it nothing will....again.
For once we have news and the share price never dropped like a ton of bricks. $50 million a year cashflow ahead of us SHOULD mean no more R/S or dilution. If this outfit doesn't make it now guys, I submit to you that it never will.
Agreed. More of the same, year after year. This is a bad choice. Management made this choice.....therefore....bad management. Once again we finally get to production and those funds should be used to fund operations going forward as well as pay the bills. This is not my idea of how to run the business. You can only run the mill and the heap so fast and they have years of material to work through. Let's get it done first and fund itself. This screws the shareholder. An air of scandal/manipulation drifting about. The local anti mining groups must be having a good belly laugh at us.
In the Faber days things were not good for the common shareholders. You came in after the mess (good timing). The R/S with Faber were hard to swallow.
Ok, good job you.
I have shares from pre LODE days when we were still goldspring. I bought from .0025 to .90 and traded many times along the way. The split was a terrible deal. I've kept buying and selling over the years but getting burnt out with this deal. It needs to get stabilized once and for all. Production should do it for us this time. Best to everyone.
If anyone is in this at .88 that has to be presplit which means it takes $60 or so to break even post split.
And where is my Illinois boy OKOIL lately??? I want to ask you about Mammoth. Is it time to go bottom fishing there, or wait a while? R/S coming soon, coming later, not at all? Think those clowns will finally listen to us now that it is really too late? Happened fast didn't it?
Hmmmmm....do we go ahead and buy at 0001 or just wait until after the big R/S hits?
WL left town because the riots are still in the streets and it is getting unsafe. He can dilute from Canada just as esily.
Be patient for a couple more years here, give him a chance, this thing takes time. What is your hurry anyway?
And for all their efforts the stock is in the dumpster. Nothing of substance is ever stated by anyone on the board. I bounced in recently to poke fun at the morons in a lefthanded manner and my posts actually stayed up. I put up substance and it gets wacked within minutes. Bottom line there....do not ask or pose a serious question to the board. I see you there from time to time, keep up the good work.
Ok, I just caught up here. A half a mil or more per day on 8's never before heard 3 oz. tons babble with cockleburrsaddlebuttmoonlaunchathalftimeequation. I have no more questions.
*Footnote-Eight ruined Raging Bull, people left because of him, they will leave here as well.
Help me with this preproduction of half a million a day part, where is this $500,000 a day at now exactly? That is 15 million a month I'm not seeing it.
Thanks and best to you.
We caught a good bounce short term on a long term play here.
The initial run is to be the 30,000 tons of left overs estimated to AVERAGE 7.5 grams per ton. That is m/l 7,500 oz. Put your value on that, but at $1500/oz. it is over $11 million. 120 tons per day can be run so it will take 250 working days or roughly 10 months. This all happens while other things are going on with the company.
The company has $2 million in equipment and assets and no real debts to worry about as most were resolved by the issue of stock last year. There are 184 million common shares with 138 million of them restricted. There are less than 200 common share owners.
They have no cash but 500 million common shares are issued so I would not think R/S is an issue but dilution most likely will occur until cash flows adequately.
Most common shares issued in 2010 and 2011 were issued to pay obligations and loans etc. at .18 - .20 per share. Those shares have been held until now and I suspect they are the ones selling currently. Then dilution will come again and the price will go down again until next year when current production catches up to actual value.
Now this is all public info. Tell me what the value per share is ??? Then look at this with 3 years earnings if you are willing to hold it that long and tell me what you think the value is ?
My disclosure: I hold shares at .09 I recently sold some at .12 but will hold long term (5yrs.) the few remaining shares. I will buy and sell this along the way. The volume is always weak here but that is because the active float is limited, a good thing actually.
Welcome to the game !!!
Well I missed on the 2's today. I might have to wait for Wl to come out with a PR so it will drop again. I want to hit the 52 week low. Wish me luck.
You should have kept the truck to haul all the money you'll make here with WL. Good luck on your final medical report. Catch up to you again.
If i get some 2's here it may be a miracle but I'll get back in at that price.

Hey ole buddy, I see you are entertaining yourself again by taunting the unembelished.I stopped by to see if I can buy some dirt cheap junk shares to trade again. Have a bid in trying to get some 2's. THE GOOD NEWS IS WL ISN'T SELLING ME ANY !!!! If he did I wouldn't keep them very long.
Now that I am back for a short visit here....The big money here will come from the fertilizer first. The lithium will just get in the way.
Not enough funds to finish this project.More financing will be needed. Expenses are too high. A lot of shares are out looks like a possible RS here.
China is currently working with Chile in a huge way to improve agriculture and infrastructure such as roads etc. I see that as a plus for Mammoth since the better end of this is really the fertilizer by-product from the lith process.Indirect: but none the less a long term positive overall for this outfit.
Here is the news that this industry needed.....
A123 will announce a new battery technology which will turn the industry around. Nanophosphate Ext will be the battery of the future. Look it up, watch for it TODAY !!!

Congrats on your successful struggle !!! For all of your effort and suffering you now can say you have more gold in you than Lode has produced all year. I hope you cannot say that next year.Best to you always !
That is good news. I'm not familiar with the "Gold Inserts" what is that?
Sorry for going off topic here.
And on a more positive note, for those who missed this good news out today...keep in mind we are not just a gold producer. Best to all.
Cut and Paste:
Silver will look to rally in 2012 on the emergence of Chinese Silver futures and increased fabrication demand. According to China Daily the Shanghai Futures Exchange recently gained approval to begin trading silver futures. "There has been an absence of a means of trading in silver in China," Wang Ruilei, an analyst with precious metals trader CGS Co Ltd, said to China Daily. "The market will be bigger and more liquid with the advent of these futures contracts."
Phillip Klapwijk, global head of analytics at Thomson Reuters GFMS, expects fabrication demand
I wouldn't let him wash my dishes. I wouldn't let him take out my garbage.
They got the BLM to try their dirty work for one simple reason....costs. The BLM does not have to post a BOND, they would have had to post a bond, which they would have lost. They would have had to front the attorney fees instead of the tax payer. He must be related to someone or he is really gullable.
O/T ....How is your health these days?
Good thoughts. Adverse possession would clearly kick in at some point given the taxes were paid. Statute of Limitations could bar any claims. Sounds like we need a few of those million dollar attornies right away and a couple years in court. Good Grief Charlie Brown.
This company gives away shares for fun and sport.
On April 15, 2011 they granted 100,000 shares of common stock to the director in Recognition of his service to the company. How about a little recognition for my 10 years of loss with this outfit? Even a drunken whore won't give away anything. One legal issue after another, one excuse after another, one R/S after another, year after year.
This is becoming stupid piled on top of stupid.
It is where it is at today because of R/S at the long time share holders expense. Look further back into the history and you will find a time when it was actually able to pay the light bill from production, yes they poured and they had no debt. It has been many years of broken promises. The excuses are now gone, the drilling reports are in the dilution and outrageous loan rates are in place ande they darn well better get production going to make up for all the past sins.
Go back and look at the history of this since Faber took over. Your personal entry point seems fine but for the long timers here it has been a long scarey constant struggle. The slightest hiccup and i dump shares then look for a lower entry price out of self preservation. I bought in again at 1.90 and missed a few small gains I could have capitalized on. Not worried of course but here we are again....wondering what thney are up to this time?????
I agree with you.
I have shares here and have had for many years. I've been through the whole history with this company. The lack of production makes me gunshy. The unexpected lawsuits and delays and management changes are endless. It has been a tragedy of sorts over the last decade. The devastating dilution and R/S call for caution here.
I've always held a core position and traded this many times over the years. I will continue to do so. I got caught short here once and it took years to make it back, I pay closer attention now. When I see it drop below the 1.90 recent offering price while they talk of a pour in the next 4 months, well...I find that a bit suspect. What possible reason for that? Until i figure it out, I'll wait a couple more months.
If gold prices continue to struggle short term, oil and fuel costs looking to move higher, silver demands and longs turning negative...well it doesn't help here on the short term.
If they had gotten into production last year like we all expected this would be off the charts, but here we are once again, wondering if this is finally going to happen.
So maybe I was wrong about the new low.
That scares me, dilution comes to mind again. Given the long history of this company I am now gunshy as a Kennedy. I think I'll sit on the sidelines a while longer. In fact, I may wait until they show me some actual production instead of promises and excuses.
