PickStocks, what's the latest forecast for distribution date?
Royal Dude, how is this connected to escrows? What is the source of this quote?
"We may pay declared dividends in cash or, subject to certain limitations, in shares of our common stock or in any combination of cash and shares of our common stock on March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15 of each year, commencing on December 15, 2020, and ending on, and including, September 15, 2023."
vodkadejour, at what point do the hedge funds involved say, "no more delays", it's "high time" for us to get paid? And bring their high-powered lawyers in to attempt to "force the issue".
I understand that the hedge funds have deep pockets and powerful lawyers that could "do some digging".
So if nothing more is coming to escrows, will the hedge funds that have much potential return, and have been waiting a long time, just "brush it off"? Or would they fight for "book value" from JPM for the assets JPM received in the Washington Mutual seizure? As well as, what happened to the holding company's assets/value?
Wouldn't it be splendid if somebody could OFFICIALLY tell us what's going on with our escrows shares and what distributions, if any, we'll receive? To my knowledge this has never occurred. That's why I remain skeptical. The thing that does still give me some hope for an eventual payout is the hedge funds connection.
Are top escrows potential value researchers saying there will be both cash and COOP shares distributions coming to escrows holders?
Aren't those shares being sold also being bought?
lodas, considering the potential ramifications of the releases not being signed, what has been distributed so far is NOT "Fair and Reasonable". Agree?
COOP seems "bustin' at the seams" for a breakout in share price. Wouldn't it be nice to pick up some shares as part of an escrows distribution pretty soon? What are the chances of that happening?
A simple yes or no would suffice. Anyway, thanks for the info you provide.
AZCowboy, are these "Trusts" being managed by A and M? Is that what their fees were/are for?
AZCowboy, what needs to happen now in order for escrows holders to actually receive distributions from these "Trusts"?
With COOP looking so promising, escrows distributions in the form of cash or COOP shares in the near future would be "Oh, so fine". What a nice "one/two punch" that could be for long-suffering escrows holders. I guess it doesn't hurt to fantasize sometimes.
I just thought there was some speculation here that escrows would get a distribution 9'25/20.
"Yesterday, the 25th of the month, as in every 25th day of every month, the Trusts distributed".
So where were escrows' distributions?
I wouldn't mind a "watchdog" to help make sure nothing "under the table" is happening. To make sure things go as they should in the process. And to, possibly, help expedite things for escrows holders. It's been a long, tedious wait.
So you feel the Hedge Funds "got this covered"?
Would a top flight law firm represent escrows holders on a contingency basis to keep an eye out for escrows best interests regarding boarddork's findings?
boarddork, is this something that escrows holders really need an excellent law firm to oversee on escrows holders' behalf?
Are we seeing a glimpse of what Judge Walrath might have referred to as fair and reasonable?
boarddork, when will dividends likely be distributed to those that released? Will they likely be yearly, quarterly, etc. ?
It does matter because some escrows holders could use the money sooner than later. Hasn't it been a long enough wait for anything substantial?
wowalters, but when? This is like "watching paint dry".
Would COOP have made the S and P without the reverse split?
AZCowboy, do you feel the "accumulated interest returns" are scheduled to begin distribution to escrows commons by the end of 2020? If so, please elaborate briefly on what leads you to believe that.
Royal Dude, what's your best guess on what escrows commons would get in a stocks distribution?
johnlconfer, do you feel escrows distributions could be involved somehow? Possibly those distributions in the form of shares of COOP.
That is really good news for the company and shareholders.
I know some would like more. But I'd by very happy with $2.09 per escrows common after this long wait.
Is 10B supposed to be $2.09/share for escrows commons?
Royal Dude, does that have anything to do with potential escrows distributions?
Royal Dude, what do you mean by, "Could be Aug 17th- 20th"?
Did Susman "drop the ball" or, at least, "punted when he should have gone for a first down"?
hotmeat, thanks for the clarification. Should be interesting and informative. I hope.
ItsMyOption, what does this "approval" pertain to?
Royal Dude, how feasible is a COOP 1 for 1 at $22?
How many outstanding shares are available? Would that give a hint as to a possible ratio?
Bring on the COOP shares. Sure seems like a good time to receive some escrows distributions in the form of COOP shares.
So MONICALAW, in your opinion, there is close to 15 Billion in cash, on the books, coming to escrows (both preferred and common combined)?
