He's tarnished nothing, Sonic.
And yes, I am right - like I said, you will see in time.
Hindsight is 20/20 - you've never misjudged anybody? ST made a simple and clear statement by disassociating himself from IM. End of story. Unless someone has a personal agenda.
If I remember it correctly, ST first mentioned NNRF in the beginning of 2006 - maybe even earlier. He thought the business model was intriguing and the management credible. So the course of events that you suggest is not accurate. IM entered the picture much later.
I had not heard of IM till last spring. The management fell for IM's bs - temporarily - and, to be honest, so did I for a while, as well as many others.
It may be that ST did, too? IMO, ST linked his site with IM's only because he also believed that IM "reformed". Now he's been found guilty by association...
Time will tell - you will see they are not the same breed.
2create - thank you.
Those shares were restricted and could not be sold till February 08, so hard to gamble them away before that.
I don't see any comments about the millions of shares that IM received and already sold. He probably deserved them for all that truthful information and realistic outlooks that he provided, right?
All ST did was say what he believed (and still does - the company is undervalued). He mentioned that he first bought shares in the fall of 2006 and that last year he had been buying more (after which the price kept falling). Seems to me that he is looking at a paper loss at the moment just like many of us here.
He never gave a false piece of info on the company, not once. But who cares - let's just piss on him. An easy target to blame our investment decisions on, isn't he.
Hope he doesn't read this board any more.
Breakpoint's chart hasn't changed, trust me.
The indicators however are still going against the price

which is nice
Funny, I see NT 10-Q on mine.
Try to click the Refresh button.
That is what I was trying to say, timekeeper.
Oh ya, the sky is falling.
Big scary 54K shares traded so far today. Yes, they shouldn't have been quiet about the filing (or delay of thereof), but when reading the boards, one would think that the company has filed for bankruptcy already.
Thanks to those who can see past May 15.
The NNRI management unloaded NO shares whatsoever.
Did your boss instruct you (and Fishpert) to attack ST on the boards again? Pretty clumsy effort on your part, as always.
You're the only one who cares about Nu-Cap any more.
And you keep asking the same questions over and over, even though you got your answers last year:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=21947032
You "remember" that the author of the report "insulted" you (another lie) - but you "forget" that she told you all about the payment and their reasons for not accepting more than a nominal amount? Or who their clients are?
Pretty selective memory...
Batscam - why are you here, really?
I was trying to figure it out from your posts and didn't get very far...
# 5168 - I do not own any NNRI.
I am not being paid to bash NNRI.
I do not have a short position in NNRI.
# 5026 - Bashing is its own reward.
# 5160 - I'm just bashing because the stock deserves to be bashed on its merits (actually, it doesn't - but whatever)
# 6160 - It's a hobby.
What kind of person are you...
Moneyguy, driven123 has already answered those questions in his post #6567 (an excerpt from you-know-who's newsletter).
That's the post he replied to
GIBBER's job is to make sure that there is always a negative rant about the management every 3-5 posts or so for the newcomers to see right away when they visit this board.
It's quite obvious who he works for.
No point - brain freeze. Sorry
The NNRF Chief Scientist is Valery, not Andrey.
Her stock to go to zero??
I thought it was your stock, too. You want it to go to zero?
Your comment about Russian justice is totally inappropriate no matter how angry you are. Sickening.
There is no trio, scorry... It will be clear soon.
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm -
5. Filing Notice With the SEC.
At the time you place your order, you must file a notice with the SEC on Form 144 if the sale involves more than 500 shares or the aggregate dollar amount is greater than $10,000 in any three-month period. The sale must take place within three months of filing the Form and, if the securities have not been sold, you must file an amended notice.

(you may have to navigate to the NNRI Insider Trading from the Vickers homepage: Visitors > Create Free Reports...)
Of course he doesn't.
I am pretty sure a CFO is considered an insider - any sales of stock by him would show all over the place (Vickers and such).
Just another publicity stunt by breakpoint.
His site must be in trouble?
We shall see who was duped by who.
Gibber - IM gets his information from
Richard who?? Not all of us are on the first name basis with the people involved.
el1yonly - thank you.
Your story means a lot.
"By choosing your thoughts, and by selecting which emotional currents you will release and which you will reinforce, you determine the quality of your Light. You determine the effects that you will have upon others, and the nature of the experiences of your life."
Gary Zukav
Yes!!! Jelly is ST, gibson99 believes it too,
breakpoint is smart(Gibber said so!), kingthorpe has saved the company's future and I am Bill Gates.
Guys, take a valium.
OMG, Chrf4 - did you really think that I was serious??!! That whole post was pure irony! I thought it was obvious from my goof of a post, sorry about the confusion.
As I mentioned in my recent reply to Kingthorpe, I agree with everything you said.
OK, king. Thank you.
Refute? No.
I am not interested in proving you wrong. I disagree with the things that you've been posting recently but I am not going to add to the management's workload by more phone calls. Unlike you, I trust that they know what they're doing, simple as that. I do not understand your sudden change of heart about the company - and I liked the tone of your posts better in the past.
I don't expect anybody to agree with me. I was only saying that I agreed with Chr4's views.
As far as last year's news releases are concerned, well, I liked what I read. Didn't you? I thought you've been an investor in NNRI since last year also.
Chrf4, you don't know what you're talking about.
Neither does the NNRF, Inc. management – but Kingthorpe took manners in his hands now and things will be different…
Like you, I am still looking for one piece of information in his posts that had not been known already. His groundbreaking news is that the shareholders are not happy, the company has to file on time and get off the pinks, Todd Sinclair has to put his act together, IM has hurt the company and – of course! – ST is mostly at fault because he has a day trading site.
There is this mysterious link that he sent to scorry that will “make her think differently and that made the management choke” – but he cannot share it with us because “we don’t know the half of it”.
He is not making negative comments about the management, except maybe for stating that “These guys are in their 60s plus and are not up to date with the information age..." or "they are fish out of water..." or "what they did in 2007, which can be summed up by a circus of News items that didn't happen, time lines that were blown..." or from his posts on the ST message board, "the street doesn't believe a single word this management has to say", "as for management's perception .....they clearly don't understand internet based traffic involving the company... and don't understand the PINK sheet arena...", and my favorite that he wrote in caps: "THINGS ARE NOT WELL WITH THE COMPANY...not by a long shot..." – but I am taking these quotes out of context of course, so they don’t count.
I feel so much better now that Kingthorpe is talking to GIBBER – we have a winning team here that will make sure the company finally knows how to run business.
Jeez…
I don't think the ER is such a make or break event at this point.
ATOLL's 4th quarter has already been estimated to be similar to 1st and 2nd quarters, and due to a large non cash write off the company won't show a profit for the year anyway. The audit is being worked on and the company has stated that they would file in accordance with the regulations. The 10K is just one of the required filings - a matter of bookkeeping.
It's the future business, contracts and sales that matter. Getting off the pinks. Listing on the RTS and maybe in London. Institutional interest. Updated and maintained website. Etc. etc.
None of that will happen by the end of next week. Some of it will happen by the end of next quarter, some of it by the end of the year and some of it in 2009 - and a lot more in the years to come. I don't see much point in biting my nails over last year's financials. I prefer looking forward to what's next.
And from the bottom of my slime hole (still smiling :), I wish everyone a really
HAPPY EASTER!
ROFL, moneyguy, I rest my "prescription testosterone" case
You were not asking scorry for advice - you were challenging her. There is no telling what a stock will do upon earnings and you know it.
Here, sugar pie, you figure it out:

You are right, Scorry, testosterone should be a controlled substance )!!
I have found a good organization in Chicago for you, Gibber.
I am sure they will be able to address your concerns with more skill, experience and expertise than the NNRF, Inc. management.
http://www.chicagolakeshorehospital.com/psychiatric/
2create, nice buys. May they bring you a rich reward for the ungrateful task of moderating this board...
That is paranoid.
Unless you met him in person, ST cannot possibly know anything at all about your race or background. Or mine. Or anybody else's. Who cares, anyway.
Let us not get back to the old tiger target practice just because there is nothing else to talk about for the time being.
And I believe every word you say )!!
There is no one on this board
who can answer Kingthorpe's questions and address his comments.
He is right for not posting them here.
The weekly chart is still promising
(however sad the daily may seem)
http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=NNRI&p=W&yr=1&mn=2&dy=0&i=p81253578756&a=131851710&r=2721
Batscam, just out of curiosity - do you own any shares in NNRI? Or do you have a short position? Because if you don't, you really should be ashamed for having nothing better to do in life than bash the stock on public message boards
Unless you are getting paid for it.
Scorry never said
the company would put out a PR in January - she used past tense in her statement. Nice job misreading and twisting her post and then using its misinterpretation to prove your "point", Batscam.
Her whole post is actually a very good and valid explanation of why there was no PR in February.
Batscam, please name ONE insider who sold ANY stock over the past year.
Scorry, thank you so much for your work, as always.
Yep, family fortune on the line -
like many here. Still no reason to lose faith, call people names (as the "girl" on the Yahoo board called Jelly, BTW; that didn't go down well with me) and blame others for our not-so-correct decisions.
Again - I said "some of us" on the Yahoo board. Not ME. I never sold any - oops :))
(I first bought NNRF at 0.65 last spring and later was buying on the long pull back from the high $5's all the way down here. Not that it matters. No way to prove it, anyway.)
Did not know about this board before July, that's all.
Money69, I said "some of us".
Current holdings average price not so stellar.
Waiting...
A weekly to take out the noise
on the chart
Kingthorpe is not bashing the stock itself - just pointing out some facts that may have influenced its (under)performance. A useful word of caution about IM's "updates"...
