There's a geology report dated 1964 (that's the best they could offer?) linked above, that wears out the word "potential", but has no mention of proven reserves. The latest PR also mentions the AZ site has potential value. I suppose my back yard could have a potential oil gusher, too. But, I really won't know until I have it assayed. So, I doubt that I can sell my property for millions until I do. lol

caveman, NMC's objective is to SELL the ore, not process the ore in production, as clearly stated in the Disclosure Statement that you cited, as follows:

Further, the excerpt that you referenced from the "Doc." is standard boiler plate legalese used universally in every material corporate disclosure.

I suggest the payout could easily be larger today, given the current pgm values, as a whole, are closer to those existent when the top of the range was calculated; and very likely to increase substantially in the near future.
