I think that the company has been quietly buying back shares with the intent of reducing the outstanding. Share structure must change at some point for this to move on. I am a novice , but a quick study this is all my humble opinion.

I agree, what would make people think that it would go up right now. There will be no substansial movement until land is announced. I for one believe that it will happen and that it will happen sooner than most expect. matter of time imo until this really takes off.
