the ones that kept money in U.S. dollars in 2001 during the crisis.
Nope, I am waiting for further development, we are still in the dark about this stock.
Well I pay attention to details too, and I noticed he says he is CEO of Millagro SRL, I suppose SRL is something like LLC, which was previously described as the subsidary as Millagro Intl.
serf, I don't think anyone here pretends to know more than is available publicly on the internet about this Bordian fella. My interpretation of what I see is that Bordian wasn't involved in the Telatinos scam, and what happened after Taylor took over in 2004.
But what the heck do I know? I am not his lawyer and I haven't heard from him since the Millagro times. I see he is well alive and heading a new company.
Good for him.
Seems that this stock is about to take off giving the fact that it has recently began reporting...that's what I like about it.
serf,
Like you and the other members of iHub, I have done my own DD. My personal opinion is that there is no link between those two companies, because apart from Bordian, who happens to be a former President of Netco, neither its business or anything suggests otherwise.
How I found EMDH? It never happens to you to google key words in order to find what u need? I've googled Taylor, his friends, and Bordian, and a whole page showed up with EMDH filings on different sites lately.
I know a lot about NCVT since the times when the merger occurred between Millagro and Trezac in 2003, and thanks to your posts and research I have been updates to what happens now.
My investment was very limited so I sold it for pennies in January 2004 or something...but as I see, a lot worse came afterwards.
Can anyone explain to me who is Doug Black and what is/was his relationship with Netco?
Who said there is no document? Nobody made it public, 'cause it wasn't in his interest to do so.
apparently.. :)
There is none, and he should've had it and disclosed since he was the one who signed the first paper after Bordian, and the last before Miller, as President.
He hides the truth, subsequently - 100% lies.
Which part is that...?
70% truth? you gotta be kidding me! NOTHING of what he says can be trusted, not anymore, not after all he's done. This guy is a fraud...
By the way I love the part when he said the moldovans made pressure on him and his associates and even assaulting them...lol, Tony Soprano over here...
Paul Taylor - President while normally Iurie Bordian is in charge

Too bad they don't seem to have a market maker yet, hope they get one soon.
$2.50 at the end of the day, which makes $37.63M market cap...cute.
Pure Taylor bull$hit...
Even, Paul Taylor defrauded me like everyone else, by manipulating the stock...I actually bought mine during the good times, just after the Trezac/Millagro merger, when everything seemed very transparent and with a bright future.
A few months later a milion stock splits occured, Paul was fired and Millagro went dark until Taylor took over again and raped the company.
I'll wait for the next PR of EMDH, if there will be one, for further details. Meantime, i am gonna look into my older email account, I might be able to find Bordian's email and ask him about all those things.
yes we are all familiar with those fraudulent PRs, so what's your point??
serf, yes, there are no PRs mentioning anything about taylor taking back his shell from Bordian. But we can see a PR with Millagro International and signed by Iurie Bordian, and then suddenly a PR with Paul Taylor announcing the company becomes non-reporting, then, a new name, Telatinos, a new phantom President "Jon Miller", a new address.
It looks to me like a fraudulent take over by Paul Taylor.
And Iurie Bordian is still the manager of Millagro SRL, which is/was the subsidiary of Millagro...He is back to his business. My only concern is, why didn't he do anything to announce what happened. As for Taylor, he makes things public only when it can make him money, if it's not, and is fraudulent, why would he make it public??
Hello everyone!
I am an argentinian investor, screwed by PT as most of you here.
I began to post on the new EMH forum, but I see a lot of fuss regarding Bordian here as well.
Why do you people think he is still in charge of the company? I see on the filing Millagro SRL, which is the former subsidary of Millagro International, he used to be the manager there before the merger, and since he controls Millagro International no more, I assume he returned back to his business since then. We are discussing that 4 years since the last time we saw him as the President of Millagro Intl. I don't see why would you bring him up now.
EMH is probably a new venture he wants to pull to the US market, and other people are involved, and another stock transfer agency.
As to who was on the phone with MD, it was definitely not Bordian, as his english is poor and he is in Moldova as far as the filings are saying.
You are right, but that was like 4 years ago, and NCVT is a reporting company no more, a lot of things could've happened since then. I assume the former managers of Telatinos can explain us if that is still the case. If I understood correctly one of the members of this forum is a former CEO of Telatinos who turned against PT, right?
serfdom, the only documents available on the internet are the latest Millagro Intl filing prior to being transformed to Telatinos, by Paul Taylor's hand. That was the last time Bordian figured on the documents. How did that happened, is a mystery.
I can assume that Paul Taylor took over by fraud, since no indication is that Bordian signed anything, or gave away his majority stock. Considering that, Madison Stock Transfer may be involved, since they printed anything on Taylor's request.
About the EMH filing, seems that Bordian is still managing Millagro, may be it's the company supposed to be the subsidary of Millagro Intl shell.
Hi all!
I am an argentinian investor, I used to invest in NCVT, Paul Taylor's never ending scam.
For the past 3 months I've been reading your posts on his former shells and I have been watching EMH too and I am glad that things are moving to bring to justice PT and his cronies. However I don't think there is necessarily a link between those two companies.
Bordian used to be President of Millagro, and the CFO before then. During the time he was CEO I had contact with him on email, he told me Taylor promised him money for the reverse merger, that would have helped him pay the debtors and develop his business, I don't what happened afterwards. His contact in America was Serguei Melnik from Florida, a former officer within Millagro/Trezac, and Asconi, a winemaking company, who at one time helped this company achieve pretty much on the stock market, even bringing it to Amex.
I don't know, my opinion is that Bordian is probably a victim of PT, may be he and Melnik are starting something new, given their experience.
Still, let's wait and see, that's my opinion given the information available on the internet.
