Needs news badly here.
Run coming just not yet. Load the boat.
And I thought this is under accumulation under the guise of waiting on news. Who's taking the chance of selling when news can break at any time?
Are you absolutely positive it was profit taking? I've had the pleasure of dealing with one stock that had a share reduction without a split. And still managed to have dilution.
And go right back down.
Pay attention to the bid and ask. You can have all the volume in the world. Doesn't mean squat if either keeps refilling. It won't go up organically. It needs news. Especially look when one tick is missing. .0005 bid and .0007 ask simply means someone is selling and reloading. Over and over.
No bid support at .0004. Unreal.
Ya think? It's got no bid support at 5. What y'all need to figure out is why. Could be flippers. Could be insiders. Unless some news breaks, this is going to be the pattern.
Next week we should see it go back into the 3x4 range
Well ok but care to explain where the 500 million came from yesterday? The 95 million so far today? It's reckless to assume those restricted shares aren't in the float. Especially when the AS was increased.
No bid support at .0003. 2s printing soon.
Ask size back up to over 235 million shares lulz. No one buying this pig though.
Ask size back up to over 247 million shares lulz. No one buying this pig though.
They have to generate momentum before calling them a scam lulz. They have no interest in selling shares. Or even establishing or maintaiing a bid. Next big news here will be a reverse split. Just as their sister company did a while back. And in the end do nothing but put them back to no bid.
Ask back up to 65 million shares.
Fun fact. When posts were made stating that selling at .0006, taking your profits and rebuying in lower with money you could afford to lose is the best strategy, who was dumb enough to ignore it?
Oh please. No one gets a bruised ego if it goes up. Problem is that people get miffed when basic things are pointed out like the huge share structure increase. No one on message boards affects the outcome of stocks. UNLESS they're pumping it hard to sell.
When certain names show up, the PPS is going down. Got burned hard by them on guess what, another RM play. Nothing is ever guaranteed in these plays.
SMH. If you'd listen you'd be in a much better position. Playing with house money. That's the only way to make it in the OTC. Especially when the group flipper poster showed up the other day.
Ask size stopped going down with 23 million shares showing. They've got to let it establish a bid before anything else.
Restricted shares lulz.
I don't give two shits about saving anyone. I posted on Tuesday the play was to sell at .0006 and rebuy in lower with money you could afford to lose. And as it stands, I am correct. .0003 showed up on the bid yesterday. And will print today.
Where oh where are all these.0005s coming from? Ya gotta look at it rationally. Someone is unloading a shit ton of them.
Then the restricted are being converted at .0005. Again, you won't know until the share structure is updated. But one thing is for sure. There are plenty of .0005s for sale.
So far the ask size is going down with volume. Let's hope it stays that way. Might even see a bid this week.
Yep. GLTU.
You won't know until the actual details emerge insofar as who got what. Logic dictates that those restricted shares could themselves be preferred conversions. With many going unrestricted at .0005. At this time it's pure speculation.
Won't know anything until the TA releases new.numbers. I seriously doubt that the OS count will still be at 8 billion.
That's not shareholders lulz. Cause they're still selling .0005s. A seemingly unlimited amount of them.
No one sold. If anything people were looking to buy more on Monday and Tuesday once the filings news spread. Who the hell is going to sell for a 2 tick gain with pending news? Those big blocks that someone bought at .0005 should be flipping out at the .0008 and above. And buying back in. Stair stepping it up. But momentum dried up because it's trading sideways. And someone is purposely doing it.
It keeps trading sideways as long as.0005s keep appearing. Which works against the new owners and shareholders. No one is flipping. Shares are locked up waiting on news. So it's anyone's guess as to where the .0005s are coming from.
Restricted shares are meaningless as they're tied into a certain price point in which they can trade. It's the conversions of preferred into common shares that you got to be on them look out for. Cause the insiders can.simply issue preferred shares at will.
It would be if they could get .0004s. No one can flip because whoever is tossing out those .0005s is preventing it from moving.
Unlimited .amount of 0005s for sale.
Ouch. Basically went up 5X from 8.8 billion to 45 billion outstanding. That's a lot of shares to play around with.
The real question is when the next tranche unloads do they do it at .0004 or .0006?
Someone has a lot of 0005s to unload on both ends. It'll go sideways iuntil they're done.
So you're saying in anticipation of huge news someone is going to sell at these levels? LOL umm OK. Totally believable. Shares are being tossed into the float. From where is anyone's guess. Rational people would sell sure. But not in the volume being churned out.
BTW what does the catering business do? Cause it's hard to find any info.
Well .0004 just printed and mysteriously 20 million more shares just got added on the ask. SMH.
We'll find out.
That's your problem. You think it's posts here that affect the outcome.
Again, if the have preferreds then owning the majority of common shares is irrelevant. As they can sell off common shares and still have control.
