Oil is going back and so will WLL.... Going to around $12+ in my opinion. That's why a am a buyer right now. I bought before at 9.50 and sold at 14.30.....
This stock is way oversold and finally recovering..... The whole sector was down so it is not the stock itself. I have been buying.
I finally sold this pig of a stock after holding it for over 10 years. Nothing will ever change......
I just bought this stock because I think it is worth the risk. If their engine they are installing is successful the stock should take off.. We will see.
Dans false promises should be illegal!!! Being CEO of AACS and AFBG probably is since AACS money and resources are being used to help AFBG hurting AACS shareholders... I think I will contact the SEC and see if it is legal......
dlewisfl, I am with you but I still hold a lot of shares of this company from 10 years ago. Why not let them pump the stock!!! Maybe it will wake up Dan to do something and I can get my money back!!!!
Why don't some of you new investors email Dan Hefner about what is going on with the company and see how many responses you get!!!
Then post them on this board for all to see...
cheeky, that could happen but it would take Dan putting out a positive PR in my opinion....
cheeky, since you are so pumped on this stock, what is your opinion on where the price will go up too?
Dan Hefner hasn't put out a PR to AACS shareholders in years! That tells you something about what company he is concentrating on AFBG!!!
Ops, here is the quote
For AACS shareholders of record at close of business
on November 14, 2008, a distribution of one (1)
share of AFBG common stock for every 2500 shares of AACS
common stock will be made. This
presumes no legal prohibitions to this action. This ac
tion should solidify the relationship between the
shareholders of both companies
Here is the quote from Dans Oct 2008 letter on their site saying AACS shareholders would get AFBG shares. It never happened. I wonder if I can take some action with the SEC on their failed promise.. it annoys me that he went back on his word and apparently AACS performed service for AFBG and shareholders got nothing. only Dan made out on the deal...
That's with AFBG, not AACS. AACS is a "Strategic Partner of AFBG"???? I think that means AACS helps run and fund AFBG and AACS get nothing in return, it only benefits Dan Hefner personally as usual...
Dan Hefner is CEO of both AACS and AFBG. I find that strange and probable the reason why AACS has done nothing to grow in the last 10 years. Dan's priority has been AFBG which he was involved in years ago. Plus everything Dan does is for Dan, not the sharehoders.
Expressing my opinion since following this stock for the last 10 years.....
No,he never answers emails.
Thanks livinginstyle! I need it.
cheeky, I remember them selling Chariot. I don't see Chariot mentioned in AACS's 10-K or 10-Q, it would be in it if they owned it!
Dan hasn't done a thing for this stock in 5 years. Last time I looked which was not that long ago, Chariot was not on the main page, I could swear that Dan sold Chariot and now somehow it is back under AACS. Dan does little or no PR's to let shareholders know what is going on. I believe he thinks minor shareholders are garbage and not worth the time.
This is my opinion after owning this stock for around 10 years and waiting to get my money back which is a long shot!!!
I am still waiting for the shares of AFBG that Dan promised all AACS shareholders in an announcement around 3 or 4 years ago!!!! He said it was because AACS invests time and money in AFBG!!! Still waiting, is anyone else? Dan seen to be working more on AFBG than AACS!!!!!
I think he spends most of his time partying!!!!
I agree, I don't think Dan is utilizing the benefits of a company being Public and how to generate capital and grow the company using shareholders...... Dan needs advice from someone with experience...
It's not surprising, Dan is also President of AACS and hasn't cared about shareholders since I have owned the stock which is over 8 years ago.
It has been 4 years since to letter, I don't believe that you can invested the company's (Investors) money into another company in return for shares of that company and not give the shareholders the shares they deserve!
We will see what happens. I am surprised that no other shareholders have concerns with the lack of distributing of the shares "promised".
If AFBG really takes off and does well, not distributing the shares may come back to haunt him because some will feel they were entitled to their piece of the pie.

dlewisfl, thanks!
I am surprised they left that on their site.
It is also amazing his last President's Letter is from 2008, 4 years ago.
I am making a copy to save.

NOW INVEST, Could you post the AFBG share distribution PR when you find it?
I also was surprised about how they could not commit any time, money or effort to get Chariot Trailers going. I guess all Dan's efforts were put into restarting AFBG.

NOW INVEST, If there ever is a class action to sue this company, I am in!!!!
The PR is so old I can not find it. Emailing Dan is totally useless. I have been in this stock a long time and I am totally disgusted!! I am holding on to my shares because the share price is so low now I would barely get anything. Just hoping someday Dan realizes that working on increasing confidence with the shareholders and having the price increase would really help the company generate capital and help them grow. I don't think he believes that and does his on thing on the side for personal gain.
Dan hasn't responded to an investor in years... He ignores the shareholders and could care the least. He is also President of AFBG which was partially funded by AACS!! He put out a PR years ago stating the all AACS share holders would get share of AFBG but nothing happened. He is totally working for himself and probably whatever deals he can make on his own. I think what he is doing is illegal and hope someone who has large shares of this company does something about the conflict of interest of using AACS money for his new company without including the shareholders in the deal by issuing them shares..... Does that sound legal to you?
Did you know that former Senator Larry Pressler who is noted for being possibly the only member of Congress to flatly refuse to take a bribe from undercover FBI agents and then to report the bribe attempt to the FBI during the Abscam investigations in 1980 is a Special Advisor for the company!!! Makes me believe the company has something going for it.
You can check it out on Wikipedia.

I just bough this stock because of the news they released in March. They purchased a company called Ironman www.hfironman.net
Here is an extract -
BETHESDA, MD--(Marketwire -02/16/12)- India Globalization Capital, Inc. (AMEX: IGC - News)
Completes acquisition of Ironman.
Strengthens balance sheet.
Expands capacity at beneficiation plant by 50%.
Projects a swing to profitability in Fiscal 2013.
India Globalization Capital, Inc. (AMEX: IGC - News), a company competing in the burgeoning Indian and Chinese materials and infrastructure industries, announced financial results for the Third quarter of Fiscal Year 2012 that Ended December 31, 2011.
Ram Mukunda CEO of IGC said, "This quarter the team has been focused on completing the acquisition of Ironman. In addition we are in the process of expanding capacity at the beneficiation plant by 50%. We also acquired a mining property, which at $127 per ton has an estimated $225 million of iron ore reserves. This brings our total projected reserves of iron ore and rock aggregate to about $590 million. We expect the new plant to be operational by the end of March and in time for the beginning of our fiscal year starting April 1, 2012. In addition we are in the process of increasing synergies between our Indian operations and Chinese operations. We have a unique strategy of shipping low-grade ore to our plants and processing it to a higher grade before selling it to our customers. This allows us to take advantage of the price arbitrage between low grade and high grade ore."
The acquisition of Ironman closed on December 31, 2011 and therefore our consolidated financials include a consolidation of the balance sheet but not the income statement of Ironman. The profit and loss consolidation will commence on January 1, 2012 and will be included in the next quarter ending March 31, 2012.
Total revenue for IGC was $987 thousand for the three months ended December 31, 2011, as compared to $484 thousand for the three months ended December 31, 2010. As there is still a ban on iron ore exports from Karnataka, we increased domestic trading. The revenue reported for December 31, 2011 does not include an additional $879 thousand that was generated by our rock aggregate joint venture, because we own 49% of the joint venture. The revenue in the Joint Venture was up by 37% from $642 thousand in the previous quarter ended September 30, 2011. We continue to see strong demand for both ore and aggregate in our local markets in India.

Good News! An institution wouldn't be buying unless they know it is worth while!!!
You are wrong... The chart shows percentages..
Compare TIV to other oil companies of it's size......
Nobody should buy or sell stock based on what they read on message boards. I have been in this stock and following it stock for almost 6 years and the price dropped when oil took a dive just like a lot of other oil companies. Just look at their chart and compare it to other similar companies.
Now that oil prices have stabilized, I strongly believe the price will go back to at least the price before that 4.00 - 6.00.
Don't take my word, do your own DD and you will see I am correct.
Ignore all pumpers and dumpers and see for yourself.

INFO ON DRILLING !!!
If you are interested in learning about OIL and GAS drilling techniques go to the TIV web site and click on INFORMATION CENTER. I found it very interesting. It helped me understand what they are talking about in Oil & Gas Company PR's.
TIV is in the process of developing their oil sands property.
Just thought I pass it along!
