The name is supposed to be out next week. The business model here has not changed. They didn't do well on the exchange forum, probably nervous as hell, who knows, but I wouldn't sell shares at these levels. I was under the understanding that the partner was going to be announced next week. I say hold and wait for the next PR. back up to 20 cents soon. jmo glta
Hammer this is the post that you had
What if BMR wanted more compensation from POSC or they would put a sell rating on it?
I have seen some shady shit like that happen before.
I didn't read your other posts , my bad again, didn't realize you were long here. and I spent the daytrying to see the bottom of whats left after a Bombay Saphire. . I'm sorry. CP
Nice find keep em coming, But don't get busted , lol, next week is gonna be exciting!
OT, Its gonna be a good one with the original favorite out and Bafferts favorite on the rail. ( tough post) the Tri and Supers are gonna pay huge. GL
Anybody got any predictions:)
if we all do it they might only catch a few of us , then we can post bail for our POSC mates who weren't running fast enough:)
LOL , glad I went back to read the board. We will hold you to it. You can do it!!!! POSC $5 bucks
.30 C next week and up from there . its gonna be a great week
have a great weekend all!!!! POSC longs
GM Polynesian I think BMR has their back all the way , I would be surprised not to see them speak up today too. never the less we will explode next week!
lol, its the 29th ,what do we do?
Lawyers : just calm down, I got it! just call in sick.
CEO: I can do that?
Lawyers:Sure why not
CEO: Whats are next PR
Deals off your to sick to continue and the buyout has been put on hold till further notice .
This is probably how it went and will finish up, jmo, lol
I agree they must be holding some deep cards in their pocket. Their just giddy firing off these bits and pieces everyday, plus BMR's gonna back this up all the way to the release of the cannonade. BMR has really put their reputation on the line here they know this is huge! jmho glta
lol, The Ceo's sick , holy crap pants on the ground, or Thong on the ground lmao.let it drop hard then wait for the next pile of crap pr.
Whoa!EOM
lol
I have to share a laugh with you on the Xanax reference. definately an ativan week for me ! glta next week will be better going into anticipation of Fortune Magazine article!
Why is silence bad. What more do we need to know?
I agree 100% . They should realize shareholders can wait until May 5th and not put anymore watered down PR's out. Buyout/ Partnership sounds alot better than stategic alliance. Even though its a partnership they speak of, but repeating it is like asking a hot chick out the first time and not believing your ears and asking again only to find your butt kick off the couch! Now shutup POSC and make us shareholders patiently wait for the prize, damn. Go posc, quietly now! long
Yup, quiet until May 5th would stabalize the SP, this pr is not using wisdom. jmo
POSC is listed on Yahoo Sentiment as Bullish, it seems after reading this statement ...
As rumors of a lucrative buy-out or partnership continue to swirl, Patrick G. Rooney, the Chairman of the Board of Positron Corporation (OTC.BB:POSC - News) -- a molecular imaging company focused on Nuclear Cardiology -- has confirmed in an interview with BioMedReports that his company "is currently in discussions with a potential partner in our industry."
That partnership and buyout are one in the same. make sense for the big Company to just purchase POSC. Why fool around with a partnership. jmho
The chart on COV is pretty incredible over the last year. I'm thinking that something still may be announced before the May 5th Nas Conference. Hope so!jmo
Sounds like they may announce partnership or buyout info, at this presentation???? I'm just speculating, but that would be a possibility .
Yup! I trust Bio meds Rep, so I hope we can move up from here.
Same here, I wish I had waited too. But hell this buyout either is or is not. So buying in todays range will be rewarded big time if they announce! if not. F - it
Alot of people bought in @ 14-15 last week. they were smart to take a profit. It will be back up.
So very true , shorts are betting no news . simple fact, But the May 10th Fortune magazine article will keep us over the .10-11 cents . If Doug Hague doesn't PR an update on China before end of week. folks are are gonna sweat this, I know I am. glta
I do agree with that, lol gl here
Sjames41 I respectfully disagree that signing of China deal PR is not going to send this up nicely. The BW mag was an advertisement.( not much to be impressed with. The Fortune magazine PR was a and sounds like a legit story on the company. It will help SP too. But we really need an India pr or China deal pr to move from here. I hope its next week ! gl Cp
I see nothing in the PR about the cover! Heres the pr
News for 'CCTC' - (Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. Selected by Fortune Magazine to Be Featured in the May 10, 2010 Issue, Reaching an Estimated 4.1 Million Readers)
CORAL SPRINGS, FL, Apr 21, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Clean Coal
Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CCTC) was advised today that they have been
selected by FORTUNE Magazine, a subsidiary of Time, Inc's News Group, to be
featured in their Nuclear and Clean Energy signature article that will go on
sale May 10th. The article is in response to President Obama's recent proposal
to expand nuclear power loan guarantee authority by $36 billion.
Doug Hague, President & CEO of Clean Coal Technologies, Inc., (CCTI), was
quoted: "CCTI was selected from a short list of some 30 potential contributors
for this influential publication, and will be the only company representing the
Clean Coal sector. We are honored that CCTI was selected, and believe that this
further illustrates that our technology offers the world the most immediate
cost-effective solution for turning dirty coal into a clean source of
inexpensive fuel.
"Our selection by Fortune Magazine is testimony to the acceptance of CCTI's
revolutionary approach as the interim technological bridge to address the issues
associated with the continued use of coal until such time as even more
environmentally and economically preferred energy solutions are developed."
In a recent interview with Eric Adams of FORTUNE Magazine, Hague stated:
"Sustainable economic growth is dependent on the increased availability of
low-cost energy. Our immediate challenge is how to address the world's energy
needs while protecting the environment, and impacting consumer's wallets at the
least possible cost. CCTI promises to provide a global solution to this
dilemma."
All we need now is the China end to come through. Thank God for the fortune mag news. cause their seemly late on the fortune cookie news. I wish Hague would at least update us. It would get the shorties somewhat! jmo
tracker144 from the PR China news was slated for early april. its seem alot the board thinks India is first.Did I miss something.
What a run, I disagree with unreasonable predictions of 20 cents in short term . We will settle here until more news @8-9 .congrats peace:)
lol ,con men it surely is , nobody would release this many PR's saying we sold the company, just a little more DD , holy crap these guys are crooks and the way they get away with it, is most normal people would think it impossible to lie so publicly, thats what the lawyers are 4. These MF's should be in jail sickening!
I've been listening to this board for a couple of weeks now. myself and a few friends I recommended this stock too have positions in it. Humble Squawk is just trying to get cheap shares its an obvious weak bash to shake shares free of new people who are realizing the potential here. Business Week story must be next edition I couldn't find it in todays. Glta
exactly, that will be their escape route, quick everybody out the back door , quick now investors are coming in the front! SURPRISE! :)
I have seen alot of stinky pinks put out the BS PR's day in and month out, but most if not all had no verifiable place of business. These guys have a shop in California. I think they are really walking the line here, and may be stepping in it. lol though, the spin continues!
Any Positive news from Quest and it will run
200-300% no questions asked! you'll have your investment back . jmo glty
Looks like the warrant selling is finished to me I would also say they have a good thing going now with non healthcare related use of their SVM tech. 5 million is great news, I don't see anymore dilution. Abbott labs has completed the testing, Whats the estimate on how long before FDA approval? This is the key to $10 SP. I don't understand Clarients not using the test. My opinion and feeling is the same with Quest rollout. And that is they want or need FDA approval for this Market to start for the Prostrate test. Why else not rollout test? Why all the challenges to the ACS. All opinions appreciated on this. This is just mine. Other than that we are on course and have plenty of things here that will and can play out positively. Long! more than 400 shares. less than 20,000.:P
its a penny for the outstanding shares. Why if the group thats buying is holding billions and the rest of shareholders holding millions not get paid at buyout?
Seems it would have to be . They have less than 6 employees. Buyout for that high dollar amount for this is unreasonable unless the group buying owns a large portion of the shares already.
That could be a long weekend if they don't come out with news on friday the 9th, Monday the 12th will surely tank the stock with out early morning PR.
NEWS!
SANTA BARBARA, CA, Mar 30, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Carbon Sciences Inc.
(OTCBB: CABN), the developer of a breakthrough technology to recycle carbon
dioxide (CO2) emissions into gasoline and other portable fuels, today announced
a news segment by Reuters Television compiled at the company's Santa Barbara, CA
headquarters, was debuted recently to all Reuters subscribers via the news
organization's "Innovations" feed.
"Reuters is a highly respected source of news and information for television
stations around the world," said Byron Elton, CEO, Carbon Sciences Inc. "We're
are thrilled that they featured our CO2 to fuel technology as a powerful
solution to the energy and climate challenges facing the world today."
Titled "California company turns greenhouse gas into fuel," the segment features
commentary from Carbon Sciences' CEO Byron Elton and CTO Dr. Naveed Aslam, who
explained how the technology works and how it differs from past attempts to
transform this greenhouse gas into portable fuel.
Aided by an animation of the conversion process at a molecular level, Elton
explains Carbon Sciences' competitive edge to viewers of this story, "One of the
most important breakthroughs is our Smart Particle Technology. It's a nano-scale
housing where enzymes perform their missions for extended periods of time and
much more efficiently. That's the challenge for anyone who's ever tried to do
this, and it's our secret sauce if you will."
With far reaching implications for carbon emitters looking to reduce their
pollution levels, the emerging CO2 recycling industry has become an attractive
option for its cyclical model as Dr. Aslam explained to Reuters, "This
essentially becomes a loop. You basically burn the fuel, you generate CO2, you
capture it, you bring it back, you create the fuel and again you put it into
your energy generating system."
Reuters Television is a comprehensive global wire service, which offers
up-to-the-minute international news, regional coverage, and features to all
regions of the world via satellite. The North American headquarters for Reuters
Television is in Washington, D.C.
About Carbon Sciences Inc. Carbon Sciences Inc. is developing a breakthrough
technology to recycle carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions into the basic fuel
building blocks required to produce gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel and other
fuels. Innovating at the intersection of chemical engineering and
bio-engineering disciplines, we are developing a highly scalable biocatalytic
process to meet the fuel needs of the world. Our solution to energy and climate
challenges is to enable a sustainable world of fuel consumption and climate
stability by recycling CO2 into fuel. For example, Carbon Sciences' breakthrough
technology can be used to recycle CO2 emitted from fossil fuel power plants into
gasoline to run cars and jet fuel to fly aircraft. To learn more about the
that report says May 2009 . They didn't dilute their stock like maniacs at that point, holy christmas
No surprise there , huh, I
I spoke with a reporter at the Bee today , I wish I had mentioned that. Although I don't know that it matters here. I've never seen quite the PS play like this. usually they print the shares and down it goes . Some here are saying the increase in shares are to swap the preferred out. hmm . Only way to play this is watch the short list, keep your eyes peeled for the nexted PR. What is up the CEO's sleeve besides, what we know!(company buyers name , no way) I'm in again when it goes back to 0.0016 or lower. April 10th long way off, lol. great entertainment while work is slow.
