Ahhh Ha!
I see why this board is deserted now.
Yahoo has an NIHK board.
GLTA!
My thoughts?
Well, here goes ...
The U.S. dollar is declining as quickly as Gold & Silver are advancing.
From the looks of any 5-year Gold or Silver chart, I'd say AQLNF and other metal stocks will be going much higher.
Look at the chart posted by the person who started this board.
If I had bought this stock during the LAST recession, I'd be sitting pretty $$$$ right now.
That's okay, though.
Another recession is coming. And it'll be worse than the one we had in 2000. In fact, I think the times ahead will be the worse we've ever seen ... 1929 style.
The Fed, the Central Banks and Ben Bernanke can do all the manipulatng they want ... we're gonna get hit where it hurts ... in our pockets, by either inflation or a recession or both. Food and gas are already at inflationary prices. People are just too stupid to notice it.
I haven't done it, but just for fun, try overlaying a metals & U.S. dollar chart. Post it if you can so anyone who joins this thread can follow on stockcharts.
If Gold goes to $1000, and Silver goes to $25, AQLNF is at least a double from here. (as long as their litigation with IMR doesn't get in the way)
At this point, I'm just going to sit back, relax and let reality take it's course.
LOL!
Is it "too late"?
The high was $11.50. We're now @ $9.80.
That dip last month to $6.50 scared the crap outta me.
Too bad I didn't look at it as a buying opp.
Once we break $12., we're off to the races.
Well, according to the chart, we broke thru the 200 DMA.
I guess we're in freefall now.
Plenty of people get "sucked" into crap stocks.
Go to the SPRL board and look at all the suckers who rode that stock down from 0.33 cents to zero.
Everyday those idiots post their "hopes" and dreams.
That POS has been @ zero since oil was $60/barrel.
We're at $85/barrel now.
When oil's at $100 a barrel, they'll still be cryin' the blues over why SPRL is still zero.
Anyway, I'm not saying CAUI is a scam.
In fact, the stock might be turning around in light of the metals boom we're having.
However, if you read the profile on Yahoo it says CAUI has "options to acquire" certain properties.
So I guess at this point, that means they don't own $#!T.
So, you're just trading on a "dream".
I found the following press release on Yahoo.
I'm not sure, but it sounds like the stock was due to be heavily shorted from 0.98 cents.
Obviously it was.
I dunno.
:>(
Check it out.

. Douglas Saathoff, Nighthawk's CEO, stated, "I am very pleased to receive this additional order from Traffic Signal Controls. Repeat orders from multiple state departments of transportation are testimony to the usefulness and reliability of our products. We've had so much success recently within our primary market selling to electric utilities that many people may not realize that our products continue to be used across a variety of industries and applications."

Press Release Source: Aquiline Resources Inc.
IMA Submits Application to Seek Leave to Appeal Navidad Decision
Friday September 7, 8:26 am ET
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 7, 2007) - Aquiline Resources Inc. ("Aquiline" or the "Company") (TSX:AQI - News) reports that an Application for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada has been filed by IMA Exploration Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Inversiones Mineras Argentinas S.A ("IMA"). The application represents IMA's request to the Supreme Court of Canada to grant leave to appeal the decision of British Columbia Court of Appeal dated June 7, 2007 which upheld the trial court judgment dated July 14, 2006 awarding ownership of Navidad to Aquiline's wholly owned subsidiary Minera Aquiline Argentina SA. This submission was expected by Aquiline, as IMA had previously announced its intention to seek leave to appeal in a press release dated June 7, 2007, which was filed immediately following the unanimous British Columbia Court of Appeal's decision dismissing IMA's appeal.
Aquiline is required to file a response with the Supreme Court of Canada by October 9, 2007. If the application is denied by the Supreme Court of Canada, then there will be no further appeal recourse for IMA, and Aquiline will become the ultimate owner of Navidad.
If it were for the legal disputes with IMA, this stock would probably be much higher.
Unfortunately, law suits happen.
Was $7.00 a month ago.
We're now up to $9.44.
Gold is rallying big.
The dollar is collapsing.
We should be able to retrace to our 6 month high of $12.25 soon.
Rally to 0.84 cents.
GOLD "dragging" baby sister, silver, along for the ride.
"golden" lining is right!
I wonder if they have any GOLD in those mines?
0.90 cents high today so far!
Hey losing money:
Don't worry.
I've been in this stock since 0.08 cents.
It goes up and down.
However, I must say, last month scared the $#!T outta me, 'cause NNVC had not been that low for a long while.
I had posted once it broke 0.65, it was in a freefall.
We could've gone lower than 0.45 cents.
Thank Gawd we didn't 'cause I was getting plenty scared. LOL!
Anyway, I have confidence that you will be at B/E soon so, hang in there.
This is a long term hold.
If we can ride out the volatility, and keep our fear in check, I think we'll be handsomely rewarded.
:>)
.82 cents!
SWEET!
Too bad I was too scared to buy more @ 0.45.
Hello?
Where's everybody?
yes, I saw that!
And I thought of yours truly, NNVC!!!
woo hoo!
0.74 cents! Sweet!
We're on our way!
Well, I DID SAY, "IF MY MEMORY SERVES ME CORRECTLY" ..
Perhaps it didn't. It was a few years ago, and I only have vague memories of the company.
All I remember is SARS and something to do with egg protein.
Anyway, at this point, it's water under the bridge. The past is the past.
I lost my money, and there's nothing I can do about it.
In any case, I'm more interested in moving forward with NNVC.
I have no interest in HDVY.
But good luck to you and to them.
Now just think ...
If a million people get this notice and read it,,, and then buy NIHK ... we'll be sitting pretty.
We need to break 0.13 cents to get any momentum going.

Greetings!
Some of the best company news may not have that sex appeal that gets your attention - but don't overlook it! Today's news out of Nighthawk Systems Inc. (OTCBB: NIHK) is very important for a plethora of reasons.
Although it may not seem like it at first glance, the release is packed with some very interesting nuggets of information that provide a glimpse into what the future holds for the company.
Record Sales Expected to Grow 2X Near-Term
This morning's announcement highlights a repeat order that follows NIHK's largest initial CEO 700 sale to the Town of Smyrna, Delaware back in late May.
On an even more important note, CEO Doug Saathoff states in the release that he expects NIHK's new Utility WebConnectTM software, which fueled the quick, re-up, to double current, record high, sales over the near term.
This should be taken into close consideration as shares trade under a dime heading into fall. If Nighthawk can indeed double revenues in both the third and fourth quarters that would bring us to somewhere in the $2.5 million range versus the $900K logged last year marking an improvement of nearly 188%.
Remember, the market was willing to pay $.19 per share on year-end earnings (3/18) that marked an increase of nearly 70% over the previous year. Essentially, people were snatching up shares like crazy (nearly 5M shares traded on 3/18) at levels that were more than 2X what we are seeing currently. All of this in order to purchase less than half of the company that stands in front of us right now. This is, of course, assuming that management's comments are right on track. Needless to say, there is a case to be made for potential under valuation here.
Cheapest Energy is Energy You Don't Use
In addition to increasing near-term sales growth, today's development should be very exciting from an investment standpoint because it helps transition NIHK from more of a hardware manufacturer or "box mover" into a valued added solution provider/partner. This opens up a whole new universe of potential revenue streams and growth opportunities.
With experts calling for the world to become drastically more conservative and efficient in its use of energy as we near crisis mode, change is in the air. From decoupling in the utility industry to promoting green buildings to consumers, a concerted effort is ramping up on all fronts. This is great for NIHK since its offering is quite versatile and can be used to remotely control just about any electrical product.
Putting environmental issues aside, the financial implications of our wasting in the U.S. alone are staggering. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has found that comprehensive programs to promote more prudent consumption could save Americans $20 billion on their energy bills every year.
Since Nighthawk's product and service suite are proven to help reduce energy consumption and improve efficiencies within the utility sector, I expect to see collaboration in the industry ramp up significantly over the next few years, particularly as we are faced with the increased burden of either (a) building new generator facilities, or (b) simply using less energy.
Value Proposition Grows With Time
As gasoline prices make their way back to $3 in some regions of the country, Utilities would rather not send personnel out for field calls which typically total 3 during the whole no-pay/slow-pay process at as high as $100 a pop. This is making Nighthawk's CEO 700 units, now monitored by its Utility WebConnectTM software, an increasingly hot commodity. I can see why, as the solution has the ability to generate as much as $400 savings per troubled utility account.
As the world strives to conserve precious energy, demand for the products and services of companies such as Nighthawk Systems will be growing faster than ever before. NIHK seems to be a frontrunner company that helps the industrial world become just a little greener. And as sales continue to grow at this record clip, the company keeps getting a little greener too!
As always, do your due diligence and happy trading!
Sincerely,
Micro Stock Profit

Investing in penny-stocks, or "micro-cap" stocks is a high-risk, high-reward proposition. The majority of companies that fall into this category are fundamentally unstable and their stocks will almost certainly be highly volatile. These companies are often under-funded and lack the financial infrastructure to execute their business plans successfully. If they report, their auditor opinions typically reflect that they are a "going concern". For those of you that seek out these high-risk investments, you are undoubtedly not averse to the volatile swings in stock prices and sometimes illiquid markets that penny-stocks offer. And you are also not looking for 10% growth in your penny-stock portfolio either. Rather, you are probably looking for return that is commensurate with the risk that you bear in these investments. After all, many penny stocks actually turn the corner and evolve into compelling business successes, and in turn reward shareholders handsomely. Pace Linksys, which we remember watching as a penny stock that traded on the Pink Sheets, was subsequently purchased by Cisco Systems! The opportunities are certainly out there and our goal is to find them. We can't guarantee these kinds of results, and we don't. We do, however, aim to identify interesting and compelling situations in the market with early stage businesses that we think are worth consideration with that percentage of your investment portfolio that is designated as high-risk and speculative. We aim to present thoughtful and fair commentary about the companies that we follow and we strive to present, for your consideration, companies that have a real opportunity to grow into successful long term businesses. Ultimately, stock performance should be a direct result of the company's business and financial performance. So our methodology is to provide insight into the business and financial progress of the companies that we follow – the good, the bad and the ugly. Our hope is that we will have more good to report than not. In full disclosure, some of the companies that we follow have paid us to do so. More information pertaining to particular companies can be found in our disclosures which can be reached from our homepage. While we are paid to cover certain business, there are many companies that we will discuss solely based on the fact that they seem to us to be timely and worth mentioning. We do not make any guarantees to client companies as to the nature of our commentary, and our commentary is based solely on performance – good or bad. We believe that this is a fair approach and again, we hope to bring timely and rewarding information to your desktop that you might not have had have had easy or immediate access to before. We urge you to do your own diligence on companies that we mention and follow, and the SEC website www.sec.gov is the best place to start. Dr. DF:
Where did you get that trademarked drawing of that Nanomicelle?
THAT'S the problem, Ovidius.
Most people here aren't selling because either:
1. They bot so low, they got their original money back already (as the saying goes, "nothing ventured, nothing gained").
OR
2. They didn't buy below 0.50 cents and can only sell at a loss.
The spread is so wide between the bid & the ask, you'd have to sell at least .10 cents above where you bot just to break even!
Silver is up $1 since Aug '07.
Ovidius:
Here's another pharmaceutical horror story for you.
Last year everybody & his mother bought a stock called NeoPharma (stock symbol - NEOL).
The stock was $18 some years ago, so, when it dropped to $10, everyone thought they were getting a "bargain".
The stock is now 0.97 cents.
Ya' never know ....
!!
Ovidius:
I KNOW the feeling.
Many years ago I bot a stock similar to NNVC.
I bot it around 0.27 cents and it went to over $1.00.
I was ecstatic, and thought I was a genius.
This was during the SARS scare.
During that time the stock symbol changed, and all these great press releases came out.
By the summer, the stock was just pennies and nobody talked about SARS again. The company later "morphed" into somethingelse. If my memory serves me correctly, I believe the symbol is now HDVY.
So, I do feel a little nervous when I see NNVC going down, because I know, no matter how promising a stock my sound, it CAN go to zero and take YEARS to come back, .. if ever.
haven't you asked that before?
LOL!
last year, NIHK made a huge rally ... from 0.03 cents to 0.24.
For no apparent reason.
So, as long as they don't go out of business, I expect the same again ... just don't know when.
