Apart from scamming, the authors of SAEI website are guilty of plagiarism. They probably stole the list of offences against the bashers from this site:
http://forums.silverseek.com/showthread.php?5809-Jim-Cramer-Uses-CNBC-to-Manipulate-Stocks
So was the dividend paid directly to his bank account or through Western Union? These are two different routes. I strongly suspect that the whole story is not being told here. If by Western Union, why not show us a copy of the payment slip with his name obscured.
May I also add that Western Union is the preferred money transfer method for most online scammers. I've NEVER EVER heard of a company pay dividend through Western Union.
"Real" trading action today in contrast to the fake painting of the last few days. Maybe the "shorts" are at it again?
I really don't expect any investigation to have a significant effect on Aurus. The operators are in Canada and Russia. I think the Canadian ones can still be prosecuted but the Russians are safe in Madagan or wherever they may be.
How can you request shareholder information if you have banned shareholders from seeing what you requested. How can you even get a correct count if everyone can't see your message.
Its called living in a world of your own. Maybe one day reality will finally set in.
Ever since I've been following stocks, this definitely takes the cake.
I think most of Aurus shareholders have already accepted their loss, but I can understand why this volunteer IR would go to this extent, he has over $40k in the worthless paper. Unfortunately, the scam looks dead for now (Not a single share traded today). All the best to him.
It's very obvious that they make things up as they go. "New management" backed themselves into a corner with this dividend thing, now shareholders don't want to hear anything but divvy.
Looks like a scam that's gone past the sell-by-date.
Your previous posts are not consistent with your most recent one. In one of your posts, you said you made a "profet" of 137k. From the closing prices of the different days that you bought, I dont see how this is possible.

The pdf file linked in your post has Mr Chong Lee's email address as a yahoo mail. The first thing to look out for (believe it or not) when doing DD is ... If the CEO or officials of a company use xxx@yahoo.com oe any of these free email services as official email address. You have to ask yourself what sort of company you're investing in that cannot afford a proper email service or maybe they're trying to cover their tracks.
I like the effort you have put in to expose SBRH as a SCAM. I hope that new/potential investors take heed and avoid this scam. As for those who have already fallen for the lie, take it as education, do better DDnest time
GLTA.
I'm sure the sleuth in you would've done a search on ihub to see what he's been doing.
you missed out many other potential excuses, one of which is --
The bulk payment was sent to Slava, but he disappeared with the money.
But watch out for some dilution, If we see that with the divie, then I would say ponzi
If they pay the 0.008 per share, the shareholders who bought at 0.0035 will still be better off, no matter how much they dilute.
I seriously doubt any dividend will ever be paid. The current pps reveals all. When the dividend is subtracted from pps, the pps will be negative. since the pps cannot be negative, then no divodend will be paid.
So are you expecting your dividend of twice current pps too?
People who propagate the fathom story of shorts like to delude themselves that the shorts are the reason why the pps is dropping. It doesnt make sense. On a day the company released a PR that dividend of more than double the share price will be paid in 10 days, the share price drops. Could this be attributed to shorts? I guess not. Unless you are an insider who knows for certain that no dividend will be paid, you will not short or sell today.
People need to wake up and see this scam for what it is.
Don't you understand that the pps drops by the dividend amount before any trading takes place on day the dividend is paid?
Its amazing how unknowlegeable people are about investing before putting their life earnings at risk.
And why is Aurus planning to pay dividend in batches. why pay individual shareholders at a different date date to corporate ones. Why would it take the period of one month to distribute dividend. The answer is: No dividend will ever be paid.
I fail to see your logic.
Here's the logic you failed to see :
If AURC pays a dividend of 0.008, on the day the divvy gets paid out, the price(whatever it is then) will be less the dividend. That means the price of AURC will be negative(if thats possible) when the divvy amount is taken from the pps. Ibreken is saying that the pps should have risen to around divvy plus current pps. Since that has not happened and the pps cannot be negative, it follows that it is near certain that the divvy will not be paid.
Do you get the logic now or you need further explanation?
There will never be a cash divvy on this stock. Talks of cash divvy is a scam. Don't be fooled.
Its obvious that people don't believe there will be a cash payment, thats why the pps is back to where it was before the divvy pump. Now management is trying to distract by bringing up tales of a merger and then another of a billionaire banker.
I know its weird, but its not news to those who know how aurc pps behaves. I've said it before, the more you buy the lower it goes. This is because those who are selling to you have almost unlimited amounts to sell. So keep buying if you want the price to drop so that you can have opprtunities to buy cheaper down the road.
LOAD THE BOAT!!!!!
Those .025 cent shares are going to look cheap when they pay that cash Dividend!
Please buy some more my dear friend. The more you buy the more money you'll make "when they pay that cash Dividend".
You were there when this was 0.25 ( not 0.025). were'nt you? You've been buying since then, so if you buy more now maybe you'll help push the price up a little bit. Only problem is you'll still be able to buy more at 0.0001 . It wont happen in a day, but it will surely happen.
Cash dividend : in your dream only
Please go ahead and buy more. You bought it around 0.006 didnt you. How is that working for you now? Those who were warned when this was 0.25 and failed to heed the warning were burnt and remain burnt. Read this post
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=25146731
This has been going on for a long time. Here's a brief chronicle of how this has been pumped :
First pump was an insinuation of cash dividend.
After that came the rumor of a buyout offer of 0.55
Then several PRs about new TA.
Then several PRs about a fake geological survey.
Also, along the way, there were PRs about a shareholders meeting.
None of these ever materialized, but that has not stopped people from buying more while the price goes further south. Every pump causes a spike in price, but you can hardly find anyone who truthfully benefitted from the spike. Even daytraders who bought for quick profits always find that they cant get out quick enough when there's a spike.
Have you seen the long tern chart of this stock? Its been dropping from a high of about 0.34. It didnt get to 0.003 in a day, there has been spikes here and there, but hardly enough for people to profit from.
After reading all these, please go ahead and buy more. Call your friends and families to let know about this wonder stock with billions in gold reserves. Tell them to fill the boat with aurc. They will have you to thank for it when aurc gets to a dollar a share.
When it comes to aurc, the more you buy the lower it goes. It has always been this way and it will always be. Check out this post when the price was around 0.1c .
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=25146731
Whether there is new management or not, aurc will keep dropping because its just a shell ( a Company In Name Only).
What I find odd is with the volume at around 1.3 million and the bid and ask at .004 x .0046, I put in an order to buy 100K at .0042. It took them an hour to fill my order, then they immediately changed the bid and ask to .0036 x .0038.
You've been around for a long time, so you should know that this is the normal pattern of price behavior when it comes to a stock like AURC. In case you dont know, I'll explain it to you again (like I did about a two or three years ago. You see, with AURC, the more you buy the lower the price goes because the sellers have almost unlimited amounts to sell you. These sellers are not your usual ihub guys, but a sophisticated group of pumpers and dumpers though some operate on this board and encourage people to go for it.
This has been their modus operandi since this shell company was bought. Dont expect it to change. Just remember, THE MORE YOU BUY THE LOWER IT GOES.
Have you seen any evidence that Aurus owns anything? Please discount the obvious forgeries posted by the last administrators
If you have that extra couple thousand dollars to buy more shares now, I guess you would still be saying the same thing when this gets to 0.001.
When will people stop giving their money away to this piece of scam. Does it never end. Its been the same story ever since a shell called Black Rock was bought and had its name changed to Aurus. All of a sudden a company that used to sell golf kits now claims to mine gold. Then all of a sudden the gold mining company out of thin air has reserves worth billions of dollars of precious metals.
All of a sudden, they are going to share the profit with people who bought shares of the shell company... Dream on.
The only good thing Aurus is good for is Dreaming. Buy One million shares of Aurus, lie back and dream of what you'll do with a million dollars when the price hits $1. As long as you keep your share, you are allowed to dream. So in that regard, its better not to sell your shares in order to keep the dream alive.
The only problem is we live in a real world.
Well said DOS. Even I will buy for keeps at whatever price if they pay a cash divvy
Do not begrudge aurus for their generosity. A dividend is a dividend. As long as they pay up. But the cost of sharing $899 might even be close to $899, so there wont be much left to pay out.
Go aurc!
If I had shorted Aurus, I'll be on a beach somewhere in a very warm place right now. Imagine shorting Aurc from 20cents downwards, what would a divvy of 0.001cennts do to dent your profit. All this shorty are scared stuff just doesnt make sense.
If the people running aurus are so stupid to the extent that they are "mistakingly" asking for bank details in order to pay divvy to shareholders, then no-one should be investing with such people. Even if they are not out to scam you, they can never make you money on your investment because of their stupidity.
adams,
Aurus has asked for "bank requisites" to facilitate transfer of money resources directly to shareholders. This is the kind of statement we get from 419 scammers on our scam exposure website. I'm sure you would have received such emails yourself.
DOS said he called Aaron of TransferOnline, who refused to say why Aurus has requested bank details directly from shareholders. It is left open to the public to wonder and speculate why they need such details. From my experience with scammers, it is possible that Aurus intends to steal money directly from your account, and its also possible (but not probable) that they intend to pour millions into your account just because they are feeling generous and dont know what else to do with the enormous profits thay are making.
If aurus wants to take me on for slander, they are welcome. Then the truth will finally come out. If you feel too concerned about, then you have to take the necessary steps to protect your investment.
I wonder why Lvov, his family, friends and associates are not buying bucket loads of shares in order to get some of the divvy been planned for 2010. Oh that might be because of insider knowledge- which is a fraudulent activity and we all know that aurus management will never do that!
Listen folks,
If the guys running AURUS are so stupid as not to understand how dividend is paid to shareholders then, you folks need to stay away from whatever they are doing.
But I know they are not stupid. They are purposefully demanding personal and bank details when they don't need to. So, I concluded that they want your details for fraudulent reasons.
I don't know why some posters will make excuses that border on the ridiculous just to cover up for Aurus. Some say they mean something else because they dont speak English. What kind of outfit that purports to do multi-million dollar gold transactions will not be able to afford a PR company that correctly communicates their intensions to their shareholders.
More importantly, what sort of company asks you to send personal and bank details to a gmail account. These bears the hallmark of fraud all over it.
Hi fellow Aurc ihubbers,
I havent posted here for sometime now, but I've been following the thread. I have read the report on Aurus website and I have the following warning for you.
Please do not send anybody your residencial address.
Please do not send anybody your bank details.
I operate along with some friends a website that specialises in scams (typically the Nigerian 419 scams). This aurus debacle is beginning to look like a variation of the 419 scam.
If a company wants to pay you cash dividend, that company does not need your account. nor your house address. This is really dangerous stuff here.
Enough said.
DOS, you're da man! You have every angle covered.
No way Aurus is a scam. - A company that prefers to mail video to potentially thousands of shareholders, rather than pay for internet services.
Its also a coincidence that the name Eleana Kalinina is floating all over the internet, scamming men into relationships.
Now aurus wants to diversify into pharma business. Interesting! Next thing, they will split the stock ten ways in order to raise cash to purchase pharma companies.
Big red flags all over the place.
Your link might explain why replies from Elena takes a while sometimes and almost instant at other times. She has to go use an internet cafe before she can access her email account. How many publicly traded company (which is not a pump and dump scam), use a free mail server as officail email address?
Aurus is undergoing some financial stress that they actually can't afford internet connection. This will be addressed under the new management.
People who are sending their address to this person should be very careful, this is extremely dangerous. No company will ask shareholders directly for their address to deliver information to them. It is much cheaper and easier for them to get the info on a website (youtube is free!) than to post to individual shareholders in a foreign country. This is a big red flag. Be careful guys.
"...We need verifiable documentation and pictures of every operation. Lets see how they do. "
Be patient Mr DOS. You will have to wait for them to process the gold on the waste fields, then they will process the video of the operation, then they will post the video (VHS format) to each invidividual that supplies home address, then you will see the evidence that AURC is real, then price will soar. You've been waiting for years now, few more won't make a difference. As someone here says "good things come to DOS who waits".
the operations wont be on disc, because the recording was not on a digital medium. If you still have VHS you should be able to see it, if not go and geta VHS system if you can find one.
I agree with you loni.
ibreken and all new members who have shorted this stock from 0.29 will be forced to cover at $1.00 or higher. That will teach folks not to call AURC a scam!
I share your concern. It is my opinion that the current management doesnt want to over excite the market, hence they put out some confusing information.
They may feel that things are moving too fast. In order not to create a bubble, they deliberately released a PR with a recycled title.
Buddyrich,
"Thank you DOS for all your DD,It is always greatly welcomed and appreciated. God I wish this would come to an end soon,it would be nice to move on. "
I think you should face reality that you've been scammed and your investment of over $40k in AURC was a bad one. Move on to better things and learn the lessons from this terrible mistake. If only you had listened, you wouldn't have lost so much.
All the best
"The activity of today proves to me even more that news is on it's way. This reaction to the volume empty morning , followed by a midday pps drop from .008 to .006 was very predictable , to say the least.Remember, it didn't drop to .0041, it settled at .006 , which is where we were at the begining of the week. So ,I see that the day is not over yet we still have 3 hours left of trading. My heart feels that news is coming, I wish the best for all "
When it comes to trading or investing, go with what your logical mind says, not with how your heart feels.
Every logical person knows that AURUS is a scam. Hopeful hearts want it to be a worthy investment.
